The site footer names JetTon Gaming Ltd, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, as owner, and CasinoGuru lists the same company as operator, dates the brand to 2023 and marks licence ALSI-192407050-FI3 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority as verified. The terms say only that the platform is run by "the service provider", with no company number, address or governing law, while the English text has legal force and the minimum age is 18.

From a $0.10 deposit to a withdrawal limit table that is empty

The minimum deposit is the equivalent of $0.10 and the maximum is unlimited, depending on the payment system. A request that lands in a review therefore takes up to 4 days (72 hours of review plus up to 24 hours of processing), and the platform may also start inspections of no less than 14 days. AskGamblers gives e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, cards 3 to 5 days and bank transfers 3 to 7 days, with 0 to 72 hours pending.

The terms promise "detailed information about the current limits" on winnings, which depend on currency and player status, yet no amount appears under that sentence. Daily limits can be set case by case, a request above a limit may be split automatically, and a request can be cancelled after the first six hours. A verified e-mail and a confirmed mobile number are required before a request is even created, and a fee may be charged at the rate shown at the cash desk.

KYC at $2,000 and $5,000: the three-step policy

The terms let the casino verify "for any deposit from $2,000", with the example of a cumulative $2,000 over a rolling 180 days. The separate AML and KYC policy sets 3 steps: step one is a form that every user fills in before the first withdrawal, step two applies after a deposit or withdrawal over $2,000 (or $1,000 sent to another user) and holds the transaction until a photo of the ID with a handwritten six-digit number is accepted, and step three applies over $5,000 (2.5x the step-two line, or $3,000 sent) and asks for the source of wealth.

Players from medium-risk countries meet step two at $1,000 and step three at $2,500, and a low-risk player who converts crypto into another currency is moved into that tier. One paragraph says "over a five thousand euro" instead of $5,000, so the currency of the top trigger is unclear in the policy itself. 180 months of inactivity and no refund after a casino closure

An account is deemed inactive when the player has not logged in for "more than 180 months" and funds remain, which is 15 years as published, and the terms do not say what follows and state no inactivity fee. The heavier clauses concern closure: "Platform does not refund the funds" held in a closed account, a player blocked by the casino has 14 calendar days to appeal, and the casino may block without notice or explanation.

Bonus abuse, including zero-margin or hedge bets, means "immediate forfeiture of winnings and account closure". The same crypto wallet on different accounts means all of them are blocked and the wins voided, and duplicate accounts opened to collect bonuses get no deposit refund. Winnings can also be withheld for fraud, platform misuse or a game bug confirmed by the provider. Clauses 14.2.1 to 14.2.3 let the casino take back bonuses, winnings and other payments obtained through a breach, and the 14-day appeal runs under Clause 19, whose sub-clause 19.1 allows recorded correspondence to be used as evidence.

The two review sites disagree: the player rating is high on 21 ratings, and the complaint record has 0 resolved cases.

Disputes go first to info@jetton.support. The Dispute Resolution Policy promises a first review within 48 hours and says some issues take up to 30 calendar days, while the terms speak of 10 working days with a further 10 days possible, and no outside dispute body is named.

Who JetTon suits at $2,000, and who should avoid it

JetTon fits a crypto player who deposits small amounts, stays under the $2,000 line and accepts that the limit table is not published. For safer play the policy offers self-exclusion of at least 6 months and a 7-day cooling-off, and AskGamblers finds 0 of the 4 limit tools (deposit, wager, loss, time).

It suits a player badly if the plan is to deposit $5,000 or more and win large, because that player meets step three, a 72-hour or 48-hour review and a possible 14-day inspection, under terms that CasinoGuru judges Unfair. A player in the 8 named countries is barred outright.
