How Kent Casino got 4.0/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index8.2/10weight 60%
  • Trustpilot2.5/5weight 10%

Combined: 7.7/10, shown as 4.0/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Kent Casino, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Kent Casino is run by Funnexus Limitada of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409039-FI2, and its terms put a price on speed and size: withdrawals of EUR 10 or more, 72 hours for requests up to EUR 1,000, a daily ceiling of EUR 4,000 at the entry levels, a EUR 5,000 monthly cap if the balance exceeds deposits 10 times, and a 20% fee on money taken out without play. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.2 (High) with 3 complaints, while Trustpilot shows 2.5 stars from only 5 reviews. This review reads the English terms clause by clause and sets the limits against real sums so a player can see what a EUR 3,000 win or a EUR 500 deposit would face.

Funnexus Limitada and the Anjouan licence

The terms name Funnexus Limitada, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-910435, as operator, with licence ALSI-202409039-FI2 issued in Anjouan and the Gaming Board of Anjouan as supervisor. Costa Rican law applies to the company, and the English text prevails over any translation (clause 1.4). Payments are handled by a payment agent, Eclipsedynamics Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, company HE463892. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2023 and puts its revenue tier under EUR 1,000,000.

One detail needs care. igaming.pub lists the Anjouan licence period as 16 September 2024 to 15 September 2026, shown as Active on a page dated 5 August 2026, and the same page records an earlier Curacao licence of Fun Fusion N.V. as revoked. The casino's footer still quotes the Anjouan number, but a renewal date after 15 September 2026 is not published, so a player cannot confirm from the site how long the current licence runs. The minimum age is 18 (clause 4.4.2).

Nine named countries and the FATF list

Clause 4.6 bars residents of Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus every country on the FATF blacklist. That is 9 named jurisdictions, and the casino adds the right to refuse any other country at its discretion. Review-site listings give a longer set of 44 country codes, which also takes in Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark and the Czech Republic, so the full list is wider than the terms spell out. Clause 10.3 says that if the casino finds a player living in a barred country, it may close the account and refund the balance.

The bonus terms add a further layer: clause 9.6 lets the operator apply restrictions to different countries for reasons it does not disclose. A player from Germany or France should read this casino as unavailable, not as a grey area.

  • Named in clause 4.6: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, UK, US
  • Also barred: all FATF blacklist countries
  • Longer list of 44 country codes in review-site data

Four contradictory payout times

The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both EUR 10 (clause 8.9), while igaming.pub lists a minimum deposit of EUR 5. Clause 8.9 also says payout requests are processed in queue order within 72 hours when the amount is up to EUR 1,000, and up to 7 days above that. Clauses 8.1 and 8.2 instead say withdrawals are provided within 7 business days after KYC is completed and the account approved. The withdrawal policy page repeats 72 hours for every request. The three statements cannot all hold, and a EUR 1,500 withdrawal could take anything from 3 days to more than 9 calendar days once weekends are counted.

Review-site data gives faster channel times: 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets and 1 to 3 days for cards. The policy page says withdrawals run every day including weekends and are free of commission unless stated. Visa payouts use the Original Credit Transfer route with a limit of EUR 60,000 per transaction, and Mastercard has a limit of EUR 5,000 per transaction. A Visa card issued in the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia or Singapore cannot receive an OCT payout, which is 9 countries.

EUR 4,000 a day at level 1, EUR 500,000 a month at level 12

The withdrawal policy lists limits by loyalty level. Levels 1 and 2 allow up to EUR 4,000 per day and EUR 40,000 per month. Levels 3 to 6 allow EUR 5,000 per day and EUR 50,000 per month, levels 7 and 8 EUR 10,000 and EUR 100,000, level 9 EUR 15,000 and EUR 150,000, level 10 EUR 20,000 and EUR 200,000, level 11 EUR 40,000 and EUR 400,000, and level 12 EUR 50,000 and EUR 500,000. Levels 13 to 15 are unlimited. A EUR 40,000 win at level 1 is therefore paid in 10 daily steps, while the monthly ceiling would allow it in a single month. Review-site data quotes EUR 3,000 per day and EUR 40,000 per month, which does not match the policy page.

There is a catch for large winners. If a balance exceeds total deposits by at least 10 times, the casino may cap withdrawals at EUR 5,000 per month. A player who deposits EUR 200 and builds a balance of EUR 2,000 or more falls under this clause, and at EUR 5,000 a month a EUR 20,000 balance would take 4 months to collect. Clause 8.7 adds that the casino may pay by a different method than requested and convert currency at a rate it sets itself.

A 20% fee on unplayed deposits

A player who deposits and then asks for the money back without placing any bet can be charged an administration fee of 20% of the amount, which is EUR 20 on a EUR 100 deposit. A player who made at least 1 spin must wager the balance 3 times before a refund is possible, so a EUR 100 deposit means EUR 300 of play. Refund requests must come within 7 days of the deposit, and notarised identification must be supplied within 5 days of the casino's request or the refund is refused and the account closed. Clause 8.2 separately allows an administration charge for deposits and withdrawals without commensurate play.

Notarised ID and six months of silence

Verification can pause withdrawals (clause 5.3). Clause 5.4 lets the casino demand notarised ID, proof of address, utility bills, bank statements, bank references and source-of-funds documents. Clause 6.2 accepts a passport, driving licence, national ID, birth certificate (24 hours to verify) or payment card for age, with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible, and asks for a utility bill or bank statement less than 6 months old for full KYC. The withdrawal policy says a first withdrawal, a large one or a change of method triggers extra checks.

Clause 8.8 allows the casino to debit funds from an account that has been inactive for 6 consecutive months, returning them only if the player contacts support. Duplicate accounts mean forfeited bonus winnings and kept losses (4.5), and closure for fraud or prohibited practice makes the balance non-refundable up to the casino's claim (14.7). Withheld balances after a chargeback are covered by clause 13.4.

Bonus terms in brief

The headline offer is up to 545% plus 1,675 free spins. Clause 9.2 sets wagering at a minimum of 25 times the bonus and real money sum, free spin winnings need x5 to x35 (9.9), the maximum bet is EUR 5 per spin or EUR 0.5 per line (9.5), and winnings from a no-deposit spin offer are capped at EUR 50 (9.4). igaming.pub lists 45x with a 7 day validity. The bonus page on this site has the details.

79 providers, one self-exclusion route

CasinoGuru counts 79 game providers and 12 payment methods. Review-site listings give 18 deposit methods including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, AstroPay and 7 crypto options, with 14 of them available for withdrawal, and 13 currencies including EUR, RUB, KZT, NZD, CAD and crypto. Support runs through support@kent.casino, and CasinoGuru marks live chat as available 24/7.

Responsible gambling is thin. Clause 8.4 allows a daily deposit limit set through support, with reductions taking effect immediately. The responsible game page offers self-exclusion by email to support and points to Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous and GamCare. Cool-off, loss limits and time limits are not described.

8.2 safety index, 3 complaints, 5 Trustpilot reviews

CasinoGuru assigns a Safety Index of 8.2, tier High, rates the terms as mostly fair with 5 issues found, and records 3 complaints: 2 resolved, 1 rejected and 0 open. The casino is not on its blacklist. Trustpilot shows 2.5 stars from just 5 reviews, too few to draw conclusions, and AskGamblers has no review of the casino. The picture is a young casino with a small complaint file and a limited outside record.

Who should play and who should avoid it

Kent suits a crypto or e-wallet player from outside the 9 barred countries who deposits EUR 10 to EUR 500, plans withdrawals within the EUR 4,000 daily limit and can accept a licence whose renewal after 15 September 2026 is not published.

It does not suit a player expecting to win 10 times their deposits, since the EUR 5,000 monthly cap can then apply. It also suits poorly anyone who may want a deposit back: 20% of EUR 500 is EUR 100 lost to the fee. Residents of France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US are excluded outright.
