The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Loki Casino publishes unusually detailed money rules and an unclear company behind them. Its terms, version 4.0 of 15 January 2026, set a €30 minimum withdrawal, a ceiling of €1,000 a day for players who have deposited under €1,000 in total, a 3x turnover of every deposit before cash-out, and a $10 monthly fee on accounts idle for 180 days. The terms name no operator and no licence number, while CasinoGuru and AskGamblers disagree about both. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 3.3 (Very low) with 31 complaints, AskGamblers a 7.5 player rating from 132 reviews, and Trustpilot 2.4 from 161. This review goes through the rulebook and the record.
A company the terms never name
The terms define "the Company" only as lokicasino.com. There is no operating company, registration number or licence number anywhere in the version 4.0 text, and the governing law is Costa Rica, with exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts. Costa Rica is also on the casino's own list of restricted countries, so the legal home of a dispute is a country where the casino does not accept players.
The review sites fill the gap in conflicting ways. CasinoGuru's record of 15 October 2026 names Bets Entertainment N.V., established 2016, with an Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence, number ALSI-202410047-FI2. An older CasinoGuru record listed the Curacao Gaming Authority and number OGL/2024/1178/0479 for the same brand. AskGamblers names TESSERA LIMITED SRL with an Anjouan Gaming Board licence, and its older record said Bets Entertainment N.V. under the Curacao Gaming Control Board with no number. That makes three licence stories and two company names. No sister casino was found in the sources.
For a player this bears on where a complaint can go. The terms name a Costa Rican court clause and no regulator, and the one other route they describe is the casino's own complaints procedure, which promises an answer within 8 weeks.
€1,000 a day until you have deposited €1,000
The withdrawal ceiling depends on lifetime deposits. Under clause 11 of the withdrawal section, a player with total deposits of €0 to 1,000 may take out €1,000 a day, €2,500 a week and €10,000 a month. From €1,000 to 10,000 deposited the limits are €2,000, 5,000 and 20,000. Above €10,000 they are €3,000, 10,000 and 30,000. A single transaction can be at most €10,000, and the minimum is €30.
A new player who turns a €50 deposit into €4,000 would take 2.5 days of €1,000 requests, but the weekly cap of €2,500 binds first: €2,500 in the first week and the remaining €1,500 in the next, so at least 8 calendar days. The terms add that wins above €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €30,000, and that a session payout can be capped at €100,000. Progressive jackpots are stated to be paid in full.
AskGamblers still carries an older limit of €60,000 a month. The current terms replace it with the tiered limits above.
Deposit and cash-out routes, with their own caps
The payments page lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, SOFORT, MiFinity, RapidTransfer, EPS, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, Bybit and 12 coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, BCH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, SOL, USDC, TRX, BNB and ADA. The fiat deposit minimum is €20. Cards are capped at €1,000 per deposit, SOFORT at €2,000, MiFinity at €2,500 and most others at €5,000. Only PaysafeCard carries a deposit fee, 2.5 percent.
Withdrawals are narrower. Bank transfer costs €25, runs 5 to 7 banking days on the payments page (the terms say ten banking days in principle) and has a €5,000 maximum. Visa and Mastercard are free with a €2,000 maximum, and Mastercard payouts are limited to a list of 29 countries that includes Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and France. MiFinity, Skrill and Neteller allow up to €5,000, and the coin routes are free, for example 5,000 USDT or 0.2 BTC at most. AskGamblers gives 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets and crypto, 1 to 5 days for cards and 0 to 48 hours of pending time.
The terms warn that bank transfers can attract intermediary charges, quoted at up to €16, and that deposits must come from a payment method in the player's own name. A third-party deposit can lead to frozen or confiscated winnings. Crypto deposits below the coin minimum are not returned, and the casino's deposit limit tool cannot be applied to crypto deposits.
The 3x turnover and the 30-day document deadline
Two verification mechanics sit in the terms. First, every deposit must be bet three times before the money tied to it can be withdrawn. A €100 deposit means €300 of bets. If a player withdraws with less than that played, the casino reserves the right to charge the cost of processing both the deposit and the withdrawal, at its sole discretion.
Second, identity checks can be requested before any payout, and the clock for processing counts from the date the requested documents are verified, not from the withdrawal request. The player has 30 calendar days to supply what is asked. After that the account is blocked for all transactions until the documents arrive. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise the casino may demand a video verification in which the player shows the documents. Records are kept for five years.
This is where the recorded disputes sit. AskGamblers lists a €4,000 case from March 2024 that was rejected after repeated document submissions, a €1,100 case from October 2025 that was resolved, and an AUD 75 case from August 2024 where winnings were deducted over incomplete verification and later resolved.
Rules that can take money without a verdict
Dormant accounts are charged $10 a month after 180 days without a login, which is $120 a year, with 30 days of notice. If the casino cannot return the balance, it may leave the account open and keep charging, or close it and confiscate the remaining balance after one dormant calendar year.
The fraud clause lists "low risk roulette play where the player betting equal stakes for both black/red" next to collusion and multi-accounting, and a confirmed fraud finding allows confiscation of all funds. CasinoGuru's most recent confiscation case matches that wording: $6,091.07 of winnings from a player in Japan on 7 March 2026, withheld citing abuse and low-risk strategies, which the player says came without specific evidence. Clause 11 of the fraud section also lets the casino suspend withdrawals during an internal review if it suspects automated or predictive betting tools.
The casino may close an account at its absolute discretion, without reason or prior notice, refunding the balance minus withdrawal charges. A chargeback lets it take the available balance. Players from a restricted country who use a location-masking tool risk forfeiting winnings that are then not recoverable.
45 restricted countries and what is not on the list
Section 6 of the terms lists 45 restricted names: Angola, Barbados, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Comoros, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, DR Congo, Dutch West Indies, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jamaica, Jersey, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Rwanda, Saba, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Statia, St. Maarten, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine, the United States, Yemen and Zimbabwe, including their territories. Belgium, Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine and the US are the best-known names on it.
Brazil is not on the list, and the terms show a minimum withdrawal of BRL 200. Brazil banned offshore online casinos by provisional measure MP 1.394 on 25 September 2026 according to our country notes, and no Brazilian licence appears in any source. The United Kingdom and the Netherlands are not on the list either, and no UK or Dutch licence appears in any source.
Games, support and safer-gambling tools
CasinoGuru counts 143 game providers and AskGamblers 50 or more providers with over 6,000 slots, naming Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Nolimit City and BGaming. The lobby also has live casino, quick win games, tournaments, a lottery, quests, scratch cards and a six-level VIP programme, according to AskGamblers.
Support is by live chat and by email at support@lokicasino.com. CasinoGuru says chat runs 24/7 in nine languages. AskGamblers lists English only, no phone line and a chat it calls unresponsive. The complaints procedure in the terms promises an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a full answer within 8 weeks, in English.
For safer play, the terms offer self-exclusion for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently, and revoking a permanent exclusion needs a written request and a 7-day wait. During exclusion the balance cannot be withdrawn until reactivation. AskGamblers confirms deposit, wager, loss and time limits plus cool-off, and notes that reality checks, a self-assessment test and a withdrawal lock are missing. The responsible gaming page itself lists no tools and sends exclusion requests to support by message.
Safety Index 3.3, 31 complaints, Trustpilot 2.4
CasinoGuru's record of 15 October 2026 gives a Safety Index of 3.3, Very low, with its terms rated fair and one issue flagged. An earlier record of the same page gave 8.5, High, so the figure has moved sharply. Complaints on CasinoGuru stand at 31: 1 open, 1 unresolved, 8 resolved and 21 rejected. Two cases from 2026 stand out: the $6,091.07 confiscation above, and an account closed over fraud claims after KYC was completed, reported by a player in Comoros on 16 April 2026. A €1,540 delayed withdrawal from a German player in February 2026 was closed after the complaint.
AskGamblers shows 17 complaints, 14 resolved and 3 rejected, and a player rating of 7.5 from 132 reviews. Trustpilot gives 2.4 of 5 from 161 reviews. The two review sites that collect player votes therefore differ by a wide margin, and the complaint-handling site rejects 21 of 31 cases.
Who Loki suits and who should skip it
It suits a player who wants crypto or e-wallet payouts, deposits at least €1,000 over time so that the €2,000 daily tier applies, and is comfortable with an operator that cannot be verified from the terms. For a player who has deposited under €1,000 in total the limits are €1,000 a day and €2,500 a week, which only matter after a large win.
It does not suit players who rely on a named regulator, who play the red and black roulette hedge, or who live in any of the 45 listed countries. For Brazil, the ban of 25 September 2026 is recorded in our country notes. The welcome package is covered on the bonus page for Loki Casino; this review only notes that bonus winnings are capped at 5x the deposit.
