How Madnix got 4.0/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index8.2/10weight 60%
  • Trustpilot1.9/5weight 10%

Combined: 7.6/10, shown as 4.0/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Madnix, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Madnix is one of the few casinos here that publishes an inactivity fee after only 90 days: €5 a month (CAD 10), starting once the player has had at least 7 days' notice, and a balance can be forfeited after 18 months. Its terms, updated on 9 October 2026, also cap withdrawals at €5,000 per 7 rolling days with a €50 minimum, allow 2 validated withdrawals a week, and count only slots at 100% toward bonus wagering. Next to You B.V. of Curacao runs it under licence OGL/2024/189/0118. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.2, High, with 11 complaints, while Trustpilot shows 1.9 stars from 119 reviews.

Next to You B.V. and a Cyprus card processor

Clause 1.3 says Madnix is operated under the licence of Next to You B.V., Curacao company number 145738, held with the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/189/0118. Card payments are handled by MDX LAB LTD of Limassol, Cyprus, number HE 401382, and card-processing disputes fall under Cyprus law (1.4). CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2019. Support is online from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. CET, 7 days a week, by email or chat (1.7), while CasinoGuru records 24/7 live chat, so the two sources disagree on hours.

New versions of the terms take effect 14 days after publication (1.5). The minimum age is 18 (2.2.1). Employees of Next to You B.V., ex-employees and their relatives may not play, and a breach can mean closure and confiscated winnings (2.14).

€5,000 per 7 rolling days and only 2 withdrawals a week

Clause 6.1.1 sets the minimum withdrawal at €50, or CAD 50, and clause 6.3 caps withdrawals at €5,000 per 7 rolling days, with different conditions by player status. Clause 6.4 adds that a player can make 2 validated withdrawals within 7 days, with higher limits for VIP arrangements, and that requests are processed within 2 business days once the documents are accepted. After that it can take 1 to 5 days to receive the funds, depending on the method. A €20,000 win therefore takes 4 weeks, and at most 2 payments a week. Spread over the week, €5,000 is about €714 a day, and two equal payments would be €2,500 each. The same limits apply in Canadian dollars: CAD 20 minimum deposit, CAD 1,000 maximum standard deposit, CAD 50 minimum withdrawal and CAD 5,000 per 7 rolling days.

A second source disagrees on the ceiling: Latest Casino Bonuses lists a weekly cashout limit of €2,500, half of what the terms say. The terms are the later and more specific document. The minimum deposit is €20 and the maximum standard deposit €1,000 (5.2), so a player who deposits €20 and withdraws nothing cannot cash out until the balance passes €50. Large or unusual wins can be delayed for extra checks (6.4.1), and the casino may cancel a withdrawal in order to send it to a different method (6.5.1).

Money must go back by the method used to deposit, otherwise by bank transfer (6.5). Every deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Funding from a business account or a third party is a breach that can close the account and confiscate winnings (5.10.2). Requesting a withdrawal voids all pending bonuses (7.6).

€5 a month after 90 days, and forfeiture after 18

Clause 8.1 treats an account as inactive after more than 90 consecutive days without a deposit, a bet or a login. Clause 8.2 then lets the casino charge €5 a month, or CAD 10, after at least 7 days' notice, and clause 8.3 takes it from the balance for as long as the account stays inactive. A player with €50, the minimum withdrawal, would pay it for 10 months. A balance of €100 would last 20 months of fees.

The second step matters more. Under clause 8.5 an account untouched for more than 18 months is long-term inactive, and clause 8.6 lets the casino close it after 30 days' notice and forfeit any balance still unclaimed. A €100 balance charged €5 a month from day 90 has paid €75 in fees over 15 months by the 18-month point, and the remaining €25 can be forfeited, not just charged.

Verification at the first withdrawal: ID, address and every card used

Clause 3.1.2 says identification happens at the first real-money withdrawal or at intervals set by regulators. The list is a valid ID, proof of address not older than 3 months and copies of every payment card used, front and back, with only the first 6 and last 4 digits showing. The AML page says 6 months for the proof of address, so the two documents conflict and the shorter period is the safer one to prepare.

The casino may also ask for source of funds and source of wealth (3.3), may withhold any payment until checks are satisfactory (3.4), and closes the account and confiscates winnings if a player tries to get round a check (3.5). Suspected fraud, collusion or cheating lets it freeze the account until the investigation ends, with possible permanent closure and confiscation (15.2).

Play rules: no VPN, no Martingale, and one session per provider

Clause 2.2.12 prohibits VPNs and proxies, external player assistance programs, and the Martingale betting system. It also forbids playing several games or sessions from the same game provider at the same time, which it calls game manipulation, with account restrictions, closure and forfeiture as possible results. Clause 2.2.10 bans collusion, and clause 2.2.11 bans bots and software-assisted gameplay.

Multiple accounts are closed, their winnings confiscated and the player banned (2.8). Clause 14.7 limits the casino's liability to one hundred euro regardless of the cause. The restricted list in clause 2.6 names the United States, Curacao, North Korea, Great Britain, Italy, Israel, Myanmar, Turkey, Iraq and Iran, and notes that France and Spain have their own regulations.

Bonus terms in brief: 5% on live games, a €5 bet limit and 1,000 times

The bonus article has the offers. Another listing lists a welcome of 100% up to €50 plus 50 spins. Under clause 7.3 slots count 100% toward wagering and all other games 5%, and clause 7.11 sets the maximum bet at €5 on slots and €50 on table games or live casino. The most that can be won or withdrawn from a bonus is 1,000 times the bonus (7.12), funds expire after 30 days (7.13), and deposit offers are valid for 1 to 7 days (7.10). Without a deposit before the bonus, a player cannot withdraw more than €50 (7.5).

Complaints in 4 weeks, and EGIS as the ADR body

A complaint must be filed within 6 months of the incident (12.3). Responsible gambling complaints are confirmed in 2 business days and resolved within 5 (12.6). Other complaints are acknowledged in 1 week and resolved within 4 weeks (12.7). Clause 12.8 says the regulator does not mediate player disputes, and clause 12.9 sends an unresolved case to the ADR provider EGIS, whose decision is final and binding for both sides (12.10). A player who abandons the ADR process cannot resubmit the same complaint (12.11).

On the tools, clause 9 describes deposit limits, a cool-off from 24 hours to 3 months, and self-exclusion for 1, 3, 5 or 10 years or indefinitely, which cannot be shortened.

11 complaints, an 8.2 index and 1.9 stars from 119 reviews

CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 8.2, High, with 11 complaints, 60 game providers and 7 payment methods. Trustpilot is far lower at 1.9 stars from 119 reviews, and AskGamblers has no review page. Another listing lists 12 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paysafecard, CASHlib, Neosurf, Flexepin, eZeeWallet, Interac, bank transfer, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. The sources give no complaint with an amount and outcome.

Who Madnix suits and who should look elsewhere

Madnix suits a player who plays slots, deposits at least €20, stays active at least once every 90 days and expects withdrawals within €5,000 per 7 rolling days. It is a poor fit for a player who leaves an account untouched for 3 months, who bets on live games with a bonus at 5% weighting, or who needs round-the-clock support, since the terms give 12 hours a day.
