The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
N1 Casino is run by N1 Interactive Ltd. of Valletta, Malta, under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/394/2017, issued on 1 August 2018. Its terms, version 2.11 of 21 January 2026, tie the weekly withdrawal limit to VIP level, from €3,000 a week at levels 1 to 3 to €10,000 a week at levels 21 to 30, and make verification mandatory once cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.7 (Above average) with 9 complaints, and AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 9.5 and a player rating of 9.1 from 620 reviews. The Trustpilot profile was removed for guideline violations.
N1 Interactive Ltd., C81457, and an MGA licence from 2018
The terms name N1 Interactive Ltd. as owner and operator, a Maltese company with registration number C81457 and a registered address at 206 Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta. The licence is MGA/B2C/394/2017, issued on 1 August 2018 by the Malta Gaming Authority, and Maltese law governs the terms. Sources disagree on the launch year: the data on file says 2017 and CasinoGuru says 2018.
A Maltese licence gives players a route outside the casino once 8 weeks have passed since a complaint reached management. After a complaint has been escalated to casino management and 8 weeks have passed without a result, the terms allow a free referral to the ADR service CasinoReviews.com or to the Malta Gaming Authority, and going to court stays open. The licence number carries 2017 while the issue date is 1 August 2018.
121 restricted countries, from Norway to Ontario
The terms list 121 countries and regions where real-money play is not allowed, a list that runs from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. They include the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Norway, Estonia, Poland, Cyprus, Japan, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Brazil, India and Ontario in Canada. Players from Sweden get no bonuses, VIP rewards or comp point exchange, and politically exposed persons are not served, with the account closed and the remaining balance returned.
The currencies are EUR, USD, CAD and NZD only. The minimum deposit is €20 or $20 and CAD or NZD 30, and 3D Secure is obligatory for cards. German players face a separate clause: a 5.3% fee on real-money bets outside live games, a monthly deposit limit of up to €1,000 and verification within 30 days or at a €150 deposit.
€3,000 a week at VIP level 1, €10,000 at level 21
The minimum withdrawal is €20 or $20 and CAD or NZD 30. The maximum depends on the payment method, and amounts above it are paid in instalments. The terms then tie weekly and monthly limits to VIP level, counted from the last successful cashout.
At levels 1 to 3 the limit is €3,000 a week and €12,000 a month. Levels 4 to 14 get €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month, level 15 and above €6,000 and €18,000, and levels 21 to 30 get €10,000 a week and €50,000 a month. In Canadian or New Zealand dollars the level 1 to 3 figures are 4,500 CAD a week and 18,000 CAD a month, level 15 and above get 9,000 CAD and 27,000 CAD, and levels 21 to 30 get 15,000 CAD a week and 75,000 CAD a month. The monthly limit resets on the first day of the month, so a €12,000 month at level 1 is spent in 4 weeks of €3,000. AskGamblers and the data on file show €15,000 a month, which matches only the level 4 to 14 band. The €50,000 monthly cap at levels 21 to 30 is 4.2 times the €12,000 at levels 1 to 3. A player at level 1 who wins €10,000 would need 4 weekly payouts of at most €3,000. Separately, a single win above €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of €15,000, although progressive jackpots are paid in full.
- Web wallets can take up to 3 days to process a withdrawal, according to the terms
- AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 24 to 72 hours, bank transfers at 5 to 9 days and a pending period of 0 to 24 hours
- The reality check pop-up appears every hour and adds a 5-minute wait (German clause)
- Visa payouts are not supported for cards issued in the USA, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia or Singapore
No crypto, 12 payout methods
The data on file lists 15 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Interac, iDebit, MiFinity, MuchBetter and bank transfer, and 12 withdrawal methods. No cryptocurrency is listed, so every one of the 12 payout routes is fiat. CasinoGuru counts 28 payment methods in total, and the minimum withdrawal of €20 applies to all of them. A refund request can carry transaction fees charged by the casino, and all costs of the refund fall on the player.
Verification becomes mandatory at €2,000 withdrawn
The terms say that when cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000, the verification procedure is mandatory. The casino may hold withdrawals for as long as the identity check takes and may ask for a selfie with ID, a selfie with ID and a special sign, or a phone call. Failing this can mean account closure and confiscation of winnings. The €2,000 trigger is two thirds of the €3,000 weekly limit at level 1, so the check comes before a level 1 player has used a full week of limit. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, and otherwise a video verification can be demanded. Failing the check can cost the balance, which is why a €2,000 withdrawal total is the point to have documents ready.
If the casino cannot reach the player by email or phone within 14 days, the account is locked as a failed KYC. Forged documents lead to confiscation of deposits and winnings.
€5 a month from the 13th month, and a 30-month limit
If there is no login for more than 12 months, the casino may charge a €5 monthly maintenance fee from the 13th month. At 30 months of inactivity the balance is returned to the player, and if the player cannot be found the funds go to the Maltese authorities. If the fee ran every month from the 13th to the 30th, that would be 18 fees and €90. A separate sentence of the same clause says the funds are retained by the company, so the terms contradict themselves on this point.
Every deposit must be wagered at least 1 time, so €100 deposited needs €100 played, and 3 times (€300) if money laundering is suspected. The anti-fraud list includes low-risk roulette covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers, chargebacks, for which the casino may take the full available balance, and bankruptcy in the player's country of residence.
50x wagering and a 10x win cap
The welcome offer in the data is 100% up to €1,000 plus 150 free spins. The general bonus terms require wagering 50 times, cap the maximum win at 10 times the bonus amount, and require a deposit of at least €20 to claim. Slots count 100% and table games, video poker and roulette count 5%. A bonus is cancelled when the bonus balance falls to €0.05 or less. Withdrawals from no-deposit free spins are capped at €50, 500 NOK or 75 CAD and NZD. Personal cashback and free spins from the VIP manager start at VIP level 4, the same level where the weekly limit rises from €3,000 to €5,000. The bonus page has the full terms.
95 providers and 8 of 10 responsible gambling tools
CasinoGuru counts 95 game providers, and the casino sorts its slots into jackpot, bonus buy, Megaways, drops and wins, hold and win and instant win. AskGamblers marks 8 of 10 responsible gambling tools: deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality check and a self-assessment test. A withdrawal lock and a self-exclusion register are not marked. A player who has self-excluded cannot log in, so the balance, whatever its size, must be requested from support and is paid within the casino limits.
Safety Index 7.7, 9 complaints, no Trustpilot profile
CasinoGuru gives N1 a Safety Index of 7.7 (Above average) with 9 complaints on record. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 9.5 and a player rating of 9.1 from 620 reviews. The Trustpilot profile was removed for guideline violations, so there is no third public score. The amounts and dates of the 9 individual complaints are not stated in the sources reviewed.
Who N1 suits and who should skip it
N1 suits players in a permitted country who use cards or e-wallets rather than crypto and who value a Maltese licence with a named ADR route. It is a weak fit for a player who expects a large win at VIP level 1, where the cap is €3,000 a week, for crypto users, and for anyone from any of the 121 restricted countries. Players who want a bonus should weigh the 50x requirement and the 10x win cap first.
