Our verdict

Nomini is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Nomini's terms (version 1.12, updated 19.08.2026) cap withdrawals at €500 a day and €7,000 a month at Level 1 and €1,500 and €20,000 at Level 5, bar residents of 27 jurisdictions including Estonia, and allow €5 a month after 180 days without a login. They name no operator and no licence: CasinoGuru says Naale Limited, AskGamblers Stellar Ltd, LCB Tranello Group. CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 5.9 with 241 complaints, 124 of them rejected, and Trustpilot shows 2.4 stars from 328 reviews. The games are broad, with 121 providers listed by CasinoGuru; the payout record is the weak point.

Naale, Stellar or Tranello: three operators, none named in the terms

The General Terms and Conditions (version 1.12, updated 19.08.2026) speak only of "the Company" in clause 1.4, and neither the terms, the About page nor the footer gives a company name, registration number or regulator. The review sites fill the gap and disagree. CasinoGuru names Naale Limited as owner and operator, with Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2 issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority in Comoros. AskGamblers names Stellar Ltd and the Anjouan Gaming Board, although a news item on the same page still says Curacao. LCB names the Tranello Group of Companies, writes Curacao in its text and shows 'No license' in its sidebar.

Both CasinoGuru and AskGamblers date the brand to 2019, and CasinoGuru puts its revenue above €20,000,000 a year. A player who wants to know which company holds the money has three names to choose from and no registration number from any source. CasinoGuru rates the terms as fair with 0 issues found and lists no blacklist entry. Clause 13.8 refers unresolved disputes to an unnamed external body.

27 barred jurisdictions in the terms, against 14 on AskGamblers

Clause 2.3 lists the "Excluded Jurisdictions" whose residents may not open an account or add funds: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Cote d'Ivoire, the Netherlands Antilles and Japan. That is 27 names, and the casino may change the list without warning. Clause 7.5 also blocks all promotions for Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia. Japan, China and Iraq are on the Nomini list; Japan appears in none of the terms of the sister casinos Casinia, Rabona or Wazamba, and Iraq is missing from the Casinia and Rabona terms.

AskGamblers names only 14 restricted countries and includes Spain, which the terms do not list; Spain appears only in game-provider lists in section 15. The other 13 AskGamblers names (the United States, the United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldova, Curacao, Cyprus and Malta) all appear in the terms. The welcome offers on AskGamblers are tagged 'Restricted' in eight currency versions, and the casino lists 25 currencies in total: 17 fiat, including EUR, PLN, NOK, CAD, NZD, HUF, INR and BRL, and 8 crypto.

€500 a day at Level 1: why a €2,000 win takes 4 days

Clause 6.11 gives withdrawal limits in euro per day and month by VIP level: Level 1 500 and 7,000, Level 2 500 and 10,000, Level 3 800 and 12,000, Level 4 1,000 and 15,000, Level 5 1,500 and 20,000. LCB says Level 1 was raised to €10,000, which the terms contradict, since €10,000 is the Level 2 figure. The level follows the previous 90 days (clause 6.12) and falls to Level 1 after a month without bets. At Level 1 a €2,000 win needs 4 days, the €7,000 ceiling arrives after 14 days of maximum withdrawals, and a €20,000 win takes 3 monthly windows. At Level 5 it fits inside one month. The other currency rows of the same table show how far the entry level moves: NOK 5,000 and 70,000 at Level 1 against 15,000 and 200,000 at Level 5, PLN 2,000 and 31,500 against 6,000 and 85,000, and NZD 1,000 and 14,000 against 3,000 and 40,000.

Clause 6.15 gives the financial department 3 business days per request, working 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, and clause 6.13 caps pending withdrawals at 3. AskGamblers states 24 to 72 hours for e-wallets, 1 to 5 days for bank transfers and cards, and a pending period of 0 to 5 days, so a bank payout with the longest pending time and the longest transfer is 10 days before any limit applies. CasinoGuru lists 'low withdrawal limits for new players' among its cons.

33 payment methods, but what players report is weeks

CasinoGuru counts 33 payment methods and AskGamblers 29. The casino's data lists 28 deposit routes, among them Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Revolut, Interac, Pix and a long crypto set, and 24 withdrawal routes. Cheques are not offered. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus, according to LCB, gambling.com and casinos.com; the bonus page covers that rule.

Players describe slower payouts than the stated times. A Trustpilot review from December 2025 says waits used to be 3 to 5 days and are now weeks. Another, from August 2025, describes a withdrawal of about €310, roughly 120,000 HUF, unpaid after more than a month and restarted 3 times. CasinoGuru's most recent complaints, from April and May 2026, include a withdrawal pending for six weeks on a blocked account in Italy and two others in Greece and Germany where the withdrawal was requested less than two weeks earlier.

30 days for documents, €5 a month when idle, 15% off a card deposit

Clause 5.1 lets the casino ask for ID, proof of residence, proof of payment-method ownership and transaction histories, and clause 5.3 gives the player 30 days to deliver them, after which payment can be withheld or the account closed. The usual check takes 10 days once everything is in. casinos.com says the documents must be sent within 10 days, which is shorter than the 30 days in the terms. Clause 6.16 allows delays for source-of-funds checks.

Clause 6.18 charges €5 a month on accounts without a login for 180 days, or the whole balance if lower, so a €60 balance lasts 12 months. Clause 6.7 lets the casino decline a withdrawal when less than €20 was wagered in the calendar month, and clause 6.8 allows it to cancel winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit, at least €0.50, if bets placed are below the deposit, and 15% for card or bank deposits. On a €100 card deposit that is €15. No maximum win is stated in the terms.

The same pattern appears around bonuses. Clause 7.13 voids bonus balance and derived winnings if a withdrawal is requested before wagering is met, casinos.com says that asking for a withdrawal before claiming the bonus makes the player ineligible, and a July 2020 Trustpilot review describes free spin winnings voided after a withdrawal request. Trustpilot shows bonus winnings voided, removed or deducted in 5 of 17 reviews found under a bonus search. CasinoGuru lists 'account closure difficulties when requested' as a con, and AskGamblers shows a €800 case titled 'They closed my account after I made a withdrawal request', marked resolved.

121 providers on CasinoGuru, 50 on AskGamblers

CasinoGuru counts 121 game providers, including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Playtech, Yggdrasil and Big Time Gaming, and marks all 25 of its game categories as available, among them live casino, crash games, virtual sports and eSports betting. AskGamblers counts 50 providers, a gap of 71. The site's own data advertises more than 5,000 games. The sportsbook has a welcome offer of 100% up to €100 at LCB, and the casino runs tournaments, with an €8,000 slot tournament reported by AskGamblers with a top prize of €1,500.

Self-exclusion by e-mail, a self-test, and no limits

The casino's responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion by e-mail to the support address, which closes the account "as soon as practicable", a list of self-assessment questions and links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. No deposit, loss or time limits are described. AskGamblers likewise lists two responsible gambling tools, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and CasinoGuru's record mentions none of the 10 tools it checks. Live chat is described as 24/7 by both sites, in 16 languages on CasinoGuru's list and 14 on AskGamblers'. Trustpilot reviewers report 1 to 2 days for an e-mail reply in one case and up to a week for a Level 5 VIP in another.

241 complaints, a Safety Index of 5.9 and 2.4 stars

CasinoGuru's data of 15 October 2026 shows a Safety Index of 5.9, Below average, and 241 complaints: 5 open, 109 resolved, 3 unresolved and 124 rejected. Rejected cases are therefore 51% of the total. An older extract of the same page showed 8.8 and 1,502 complaints, but those numbers are identical to those of another casino's extract and are treated as a read error here. Its users rate the casino Terrible on 43 reviews, and its cons name slow withdrawals, low reported RTP and VIP promises that were not kept.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 5.8 and a player rating of 5.9 from 27 reviews. Its complaint count varies between 37 and 45 across extracts. Examples are the €800 closure case, a €600 delayed payment and a NOK 2,000 withdrawal with repeated delays, all resolved. Trustpilot shows 2.4 stars from 328 reviews in the project's October record, and 2.3 stars from 329 reviews with 61% one-star reviews on 25 October, against 3.0 stars from 313 reviews in an older record.

Who Nomini suits and who should avoid it

Nomini suits a player outside the 27 barred jurisdictions who wants a very wide game list, who will stay at stakes where €500 a day is enough, and who accepts that the operator and licence are disputed between sources. It is a poorer fit for a player who expects to win €2,000 or more at Level 1, since 4 days of payouts plus 3 business days of processing and a pending period of up to 5 days can add up to 9 days, and for anyone who needs deposit limits, because the casino describes none. Estonia, the Netherlands, the UK and the United States are barred outright in clause 2.3.

The welcome offer is 100% up to €500 plus 200 spins at 35x on deposit plus bonus; the bonus article has the terms and the seven starter packages.
