The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

NorseWin changed owner on paper. Its terms, updated 5 October 2026, name 3-102-945845 SRL of Costa Rica as operator, AUROX Technologies Ltd of Cyprus as payment agent and licence ALSI-202511035-FI2 from the Government of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers, still show Casiworx N.V. and a Curacao licence. The money rules are the same as on its sister sites: deposits up to €15,000 a day, a €30 minimum withdrawal and a €5 monthly fee after 12 idle months. The track record is two scores, CasinoGuru 3.4 in May and 3.0 in October 2026 (both Very low) and AskGamblers 6.3, and a Trustpilot page for a different domain, norsewin.net, with 4 reviews.

3-102-945845 SRL, Anjouan licence ALSI-202511035-FI2, and review sites that still say Casiworx

Clause 1.2 of the terms, dated 5 October 2026, says NorseWin and its rights belong to 3-102-945845 SRL, a Costa Rican company with the same number as its registration, based in Jaco in the province of Puntarenas. The payment agent is AUROX Technologies Ltd of Strovolos, Nicosia, registration HE 483684. Clause 1.3 gives licence number ALSI-202511035-FI2, and the footer says the site is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Terms are governed by the law of Anjouan, with exclusive jurisdiction there (22.1 and 22.2). The legal-use page names the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority as the body that can designate further excluded jurisdictions.

The review sites have not caught up. CasinoGuru's October 2026 check shows Casiworx N.V., the Curacao Gaming Authority and licence OGL/2024/1278/0497, established 2024. AskGamblers also names Casiworx N.V. with the Curacao Gaming Control Board and gives 2025 as the founding year in its table. The two sister sites FreakyBillion and StakeBro still carry the Casiworx terms dated 4 August 2025. None of the review pages says when the operator changed or why.

Who handles a dispute: EGIS, and a regulator that does not

Section 14 has one line the Casiworx versions lack: alternative dispute resolution is provided by EGIS, reachable at disputes@egis-adr.com. The rest is the same. A complaint must be filed within 6 months of the incident (14.1), the casino acknowledges it within one week, or 2 business days for a responsible-gaming complaint, and aims to resolve it in 4 weeks, extendable by 4 more (14.6). The dispute body can only be used for claims above €5,000 or for responsible-gaming complaints (14.8). Clause 14.10 states that Anjouan Gaming does not resolve player complaints or act as an escalation body, and can be contacted only about malpractice, breach of licence conditions or whistleblowing. Governing law and court are in Anjouan, so a €2,000 dispute has no route to the dispute body under clause 14.8.

€15,000 a day in; €6,000 on the listing, up to €15,000 in the terms

Clause 5.4 allows €5,000 per deposit and €15,000 per day. The minimum deposit is not given in the terms, and AskGamblers shows €20 for the bonuses. The minimum withdrawal is €30 (6.5). For the monthly ceiling the sources disagree. Clause 6.9 says up to €15,000, set by VIP level, and the VIP page runs from €6,000 at the first level to €15,000 at level 10 in steps of €1,000. The profile data of the casino shows only €6,000 a month, which matches level 1. A €24,000 win would take 4 months at €6,000 and 2 months at the top level. A €36,000 win would take 6 months at €6,000 and 3 months at the top level. A smaller €30,000 win takes 5 months at level 1 and 2 months at level 10, and €12,000 is cleared in 2 months at level 1 but within 1 month at the top level.

AskGamblers puts e-wallet and crypto payouts at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 1 to 5 days, bank transfers at 1 to 7 days and the pending period at 1 to 5 days. Bank wire is the slow route: up to 5 + 7 = 12 days. The processing aim in the terms is 1 to 3 business days after document checks, with a reason owed if money has not arrived after 10 days (6.6). Fees: clause 6.8 allows them, the support FAQ says all transactions are free.

Sixteen ways in, fifteen ways out, no Interac

The profile data shows 16 deposit methods: Visa, MasterCard, MiFinity, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill, bank wire, Ethereum, Tether, Ripple, Zcash, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, TRON and USD Coin. Withdrawals use 15 of them, without Paysafecard. Unlike FreakyBillion and StakeBro, NorseWin does not list Interac or MuchBetter. It lists 17 currencies, nine fiat (EUR, CAD, USD, NZD, NOK, TRY, PLN, DKK, BRL) and eight crypto. Clause 6.2 pays out by the deposit method whenever possible, and clause 6.3 requires the receiving account to carry the player's own name and address.

What the first withdrawal needs

Clause 4.2 asks for an ID copy and a utility bill no older than 3 months showing the registered address. The KYC page adds a selfie with the ID and says the ID must not expire within 3 months, with up to 72 hours for the review and a mailbox staffed Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 18.00 (GMT+2). The status In Progress still allows play and deposits. The referral programme pays a new player €10 and the referrer €100 once the friend passes KYC, deposits €30 and bets three times that, which is €90. A notarised ID can be demanded (6.7), source of funds can be asked at any time (5.7), and bonuses above €1,000 need verification (9.4). Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of the transaction, or 30 calendar days when someone else used the account, and are paid in 7 to 14 working days.

€5 a month, 5x the deposit and a changed restricted list

An account with no transaction for 12 consecutive months can be charged €5 a month (3.1, 3.2), and six such months equal the €30 minimum withdrawal. Winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins are capped at 5 times the deposit, the maximum bet is €3, bonuses last 7 days and unused bonus winnings vanish after 30 days. Only one deposit bonus is allowed per day, and wagering across parallel sessions can be classed as abuse.

The restricted list differs from the sister sites. The legal-use page, updated 05.10.2026, names Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus sanctioned and FATF-listed jurisdictions, among them Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Lebanon and Mali, and anything else designated by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. Comoros is new on the list. Ontario and the Dutch Caribbean territories are no longer named separately. A second list tied to payment providers still has 34 entries, including Turkey, Japan, Singapore, China and the UAE. The registration form lists 171 countries, Australia among them. Bonus terms exclude Poland from no-deposit bonuses, and Argentina and Mexico from deposit bonuses.

50 publishers, 6,065 games and a 9,000-slot claim

The providers page shows 50 publishers whose counts add up to 6,065 games, the largest at 1,055. The support FAQ promises more than 9,000 slots and more than 80 providers, with live dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. A Norsewin Games row sits on the homepage, and rakeback of 20% daily, 20% on live games, is collected every 30 minutes but does not build while a bonus is active. The VIP ladder has Viking-themed levels from Viking Novice to Norse Legend, with level-up free spins from 50 to 1,000 spins. Across 50 publishers, 6,065 games is an average of 121.3 per publisher, and the claim of more than 9,000 slots is 48.4% above that total.

The €3,000 package and two weekday offers

The homepage reads 300% up to €3,000 plus 300 free spins. The promotions page lists the first deposit as 100% up to €200 plus 100 spins and a Weekend Reload of 100% up to €1,000. AskGamblers also lists 45% up to €200 plus 50 spins on Wednesdays and 99% up to €300 on Fridays (a €300 deposit earns €297 of bonus), with wagering of 45x on bonus plus deposit for most offers and 60x for the Friday one. On a €200 deposit and €200 bonus that means €18,000 of bets, or 6,000 bets at the €3 limit. The Halloween promotion is 250% up to €1,666 plus 166 free spins, and the Winspinity tournament prize pool is €25,000. The refer-a-friend programme pays €10 or €100 and asks the friend for a €30 deposit and 3x of bets, which is €90 of play.

Safety Index 3.4 then 3.0, and a Trustpilot page for norsewin.net

CasinoGuru's May 2026 record gives a Safety Index of 3.4 and the October check 3.0, both in the Very low tier. It reads the terms as fair, has no complaints on file, no blacklist entry and rates user opinion as very bad. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.3, 0 complaints and no player reviews, and its notes say support goes through a contact form and email with no live chat, while the casino's own support page shows a live chat button.

Trustpilot's page is for norsewin.net, displayed under the name Casoola, claimed, with 3.6 from 4 reviews. It is not confirmed that this is the casino at norsewin.com. A 1-star review from 2 May 2026 is titled 'Payout Mismatch and No Transparency'; the reviewer says he requested a €30 withdrawal and that the confirmation email and history showed €30, and the review text breaks off there. Three 5-star reviews from January 2026 are one line each.

Who this casino suits

NorseWin suits a player who accepts an Anjouan licence and a Costa Rican operator, wants Visa, MasterCard or bank wire for withdrawals as well as crypto, and starts at the €6,000 monthly ceiling. It suits someone who values a published external dispute body for claims above €5,000.

It does not suit a player who relied on a review that names Casiworx and a Curacao licence, a player in Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK or the US, or anyone who wants an external body for small disputes. A player who wants Interac will not find it here. With two Very low Safety Index readings of 3.4 and 3.0, the case for a large deposit is weak. The two CasinoGuru readings differ by 0.4 points.
