Our verdict

Rolletto is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

How Rolletto got 3.4/5

  • AskGamblers CasinoRank7.2/10weight 30%

Combined: 6.4/10, shown as 3.4/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Rolletto is a sportsbook and casino run by Santeda International B.V. of Curaçao under licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, and its terms cap withdrawals at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month. The same terms charge 20% of the balance every month on an account idle for 60 days, take 20% of a deposit that was not wagered, and limit winnings from a deposit bonus to 10x the deposit. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 6.0, Below average, with 3 complaints; AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.2 and a player rating of 7.4 from 53 reviews; Trustpilot has no profile. This review reads the clauses against those figures.

Santeda International B.V. and licence OGL/2024/1798/1048

The footer of rolletto.com says the site is operated by Santeda International B.V., a Curaçao company with company number 151296, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/1798/1048. A second company, Santeda International Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, acts as payment agent of the licence holder and parent company. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2020. The terms are headed as applying from 27 March, with no year given, and the English version prevails over translations (section 16).

Besides the casino, the site menu lists a sportsbook, esports, virtual sport, racing and minigames named Chicken, Dino, Plinko, Icefield and Aquarings. Complaints go to complaints@rolletto.com. CasinoGuru counts 78 game providers and 36 payment methods.

€7,500 a week, €15,000 a month, €100,000 a spin

Section 12 sets the maximum withdrawal at €7,500 or $7,500 a week and €15,000 or $15,000 a month, unless a promotion says otherwise. VIP players may have different limits. A win above €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of at most €15,000, and progressive jackpots are paid in full. The monthly cap is exactly two weekly caps, so a €7,500 win leaves in 1 week and a €22,500 win takes 2 months (€15,000, then €7,500) and a €100,000 win takes 7 months (6 payouts of €15,000 and one of €10,000). The same section limits any single bet or spin, including a bonus round or free spin, to a payout equal to €100,000 (jackpots excluded); anything above is cut from the account. A €45,000 win would take 3 months of €15,000.

Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are both €20. The terms promise all withdrawals within 3 banking days, paid by the same method as the deposit unless the casino approves another after verification. Bank transfers cannot be requested for USD, and intermediary banks may add charges the terms limit to the equivalent of €16. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 72 hours, crypto at 0 to 6 hours, cards and banks at 1 to 5 days and a pending period of 0 to 5 days. A bank payout can therefore take up to 10 days: 5 days pending and 5 days in transit, which is longer than the 3 banking days in the terms.

The currencies are GBP, EUR, USD, BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR, DASH, AUD and BRL (section 5). The data held for the casino lists 29 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pix, Boleto, Interac, SEPA and Jeton, and 25 withdrawal methods. Deposits must come from an account in the player's own name, otherwise winnings are confiscated and the deposit returned to the payment owner (section 11).

30 days to prove identity, and 20% off if the casino doubts it

Section 10 lets the casino ask for identity proof at any time. The player has a maximum of 30 days from the request, after which proof is considered not provided: the account can be terminated or the funds held, winnings may be confiscated and the deposits returned. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise the casino demands video verification. If the checks raise suspicion, for example more than one person in the photos or a user who appears to be coached during the video, the casino may terminate the account and refund the last deposits minus 20% as a transaction fee. On a €500 deposit that is €100 lost.

Section 12 adds that withdrawals can be held while identity is checked and while the casino investigates a breach of the terms. The FAQ says full verification needs first and last name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and address, and that until the profile is complete a player can play with cryptocurrency only. The terms state no processing time for the verification itself.

60 idle days, 20% a month

Section 14 defines an inactive account as one with no login or logout for 60 consecutive days. From the following month the casino may charge 20% of the Initial Dormant Balance, the balance recorded on the day inactivity was determined, and the fee is the same amount each month whatever happens to the balance afterwards. A balance of €500 loses €100 a month and is empty after 5 months. A remaining balance below 10 in any currency can be taken in full, so €9.50 would go in a single deduction. A balance of €45 loses €9 a month and is gone in 5 months.

Fees also attach to deposits. Deposited money must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (section 11); if a deposit is not fully wagered, the casino may charge 20% of the amount (section 12). Separately, if the bets since the last deposit are under 3x that deposit, the casino may charge the transaction costs of deposit and withdrawal (section 10). When a deposit is returned because the account is terminated, a 20% administrative fee applies (section 12, which is €80 on a €400 deposit), and during an investigation that can last up to six months the casino may deduct up to 50% of the remaining deposit as a termination fee (section 10). A €200 deposit returned after an investigation could therefore come back as €100.

Duplicate accounts are barred per person, household or IP address (section 9). If a payment account is used by two or more players, all their accounts can be terminated, 20% is deducted from deposits and the funds are seized when no valid account is provided within 7 days (section 12). Complaints must be made within 2 months of the issue (section 16), and the game server logs decide any dispute.

Registration is closed to 8 named territories and the USA

Section 3 bars residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba and St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries, and lets the casino refuse others. Section 12 says payouts to users from Russia and Belarus are not possible, accounts there are closed on detection and the balance is kept by the company. Thailand, Finland and Japan are excluded from deposit and welcome bonuses (section 13). Bets on odds under 1.30 may not count as wagered (section 3).

150% up to €500 with winnings capped at 10x the deposit

AskGamblers lists the casino welcome bonus as 150% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, and a crypto welcome of 100% up to €1,000 plus 50 free spins. Section 13 caps the winnings from a deposit-required bonus at 10 times the deposit that activated it, with the excess forfeited. A €200 deposit with the full €300 bonus can therefore pay out at most €2,000. Cashback bonuses and free money are capped at 5x the bonus, no-deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets at €100 or $100, and a sports free bet at 15x its value: a $100 free bet can return at most $1,500. When such winnings are at least equal to the real balance, the payout is €100 plus the real balance, so €150 of free-spin winnings on top of €60 of real money pays €160. The wagering multiplier is not stated in the general terms. If winnings exceed a cap and the player keeps playing, the further winnings are confiscated in full. The bonus article has the headline offer. On a €25 deposit the same 10x rule leaves at most €250 to withdraw.

Games, support and tools

The site lists slots, live casino, a sportsbook with esports, minigames and virtual sport. Support runs around the clock according to the about page, by live chat and by email at support@rolletto.com; CasinoGuru also records 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers lists four responsible gambling tools as present (deposit limit, self-exclusion, cool-off and a self-assessment test) and wager limits, loss limits, time limits and reality checks as missing. The site menu has a self-exclusion page.

Safety Index 6.0 and 3 complaints

CasinoGuru gives Rolletto a Safety Index of 6.0, Below average, and records 3 complaints. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.2 and a player rating of 7.4 from 53 reviews. Trustpilot has no profile. The sources do not give the amounts, countries or dates of the 3 complaints, so no case can be described.

Who Rolletto suits and who should avoid it

It suits a player who stays active at least once every 60 days, deposits in own name, wagers each deposit and expects to withdraw under €7,500 a week. For that player the 3 banking days of the terms and the 1 to 5 days AskGamblers lists for cards are the relevant figures.

It is a poor fit for a player who plans to leave a balance untouched, since 60 days start a 20% monthly deduction, for anyone who wants to cash a six-figure win quickly, because €100,000 takes 7 months, and for residents of the listed territories, Russia and Belarus.
