The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Rox Casino is the GALAKTIKA N.V. brand with the highest ceilings and the only one whose terms are published in Russian. Its clause 8.14 sets base payout limits of €4,000 a day, €20,000 a week and 80,000 euros a month at the New and Regular statuses, €10,000, €50,000 and €200,000 at Grand and Premium, and €15,000, €75,000 and 450,000 euros at VIP and Elite, with a dynamic floor of 3 times the deposits of the period. Status is earned in ROX points, 25 for Regular and 30,000 for Elite. CasinoGuru gives Rox 7.6, Above average, with 14 complaints, 8 of them rejected, and Trustpilot shows 3.3 out of 5 from 25 reviews.
What is different about Rox: Russian terms and a six-step ladder
The terms name GALAKTIKA N.V. of Willemstad, Curacao (registration 140803) and licence OGL/2024/169/0146 of 28 October 2024, the operator and licence also behind Sol, Fresh, Lex and Martin. CasinoGuru dates Rox to 2017, the oldest of the group, and lists revenue above €5,000,000. The terms and the FAQ are published in Russian, with amounts shown in roubles, dollars, euros, tenge, hryvnia, zloty, lira and kroner side by side, and the clause numbers are printed, which makes this the easiest of the five to cite.
Rox has six statuses in three tiers: New and Regular, Grand and Premium, and VIP and Elite. The FAQ sets the thresholds in ROX points: Regular at 25, Grand at 100, Premium at 500, VIP at 5,000 and Elite at 30,000. Play on bonus money earns points at half rate, a coefficient of 0.5. Elite needs 30,000 points, 6 times the 5,000 that VIP asks for.
Clause 8.14: €4,000, €10,000 or €15,000 a day, and a 3x deposit floor
The base limits per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days are €4,000, €20,000 and 80,000 euros for New and Regular, €10,000, €50,000 and €200,000 for Grand and Premium, and €15,000, €75,000 and 450,000 euros for VIP and Elite. Clause 8.14 makes the real limit the higher of that base figure and 3 times the deposits made in the same period, and every request is checked against all three periods at once (8.14.5). If any period would be exceeded, the casino may refuse the payout, pause it, ask for a smaller amount or pay it in instalments (8.14.7). The casino may change the base limits and the multiplier at any time without notice (8.14.4).
Crypto payouts are capped at the equivalent of $50,000, $250,000 and $1,000,000 for the three periods for every status, but only for winnings from crypto-funded bets. A win of €200,000 at New status needs 50 days at the daily limit or 10 weeks at the weekly limit, and it overshoots the 80,000 euros monthly limit by 2.5 times, so it spreads over at least 3 months. At Premium it takes 4 weeks at the weekly limit.
The casino says payout requests are decided within 24 hours, and the FAQ says money can take up to 5 business days to reach a bank. Another listing lists €4,000 a day and 80,000 euros a month for Rox and up to 5 business days for bank transfers, matching the entry tier.
Clauses 8.13.3 to 8.20: ID at €1,250, deposits above €2,000, funds above €10,000
Clause 8.13.3 requires identification when a requested withdrawal reaches €1,250 or the equivalent, and clause 8.13.2 sends the money back to the same card, wallet or phone number that funded the account. Clause 8.16 lets the casino check the gaming transactions for up to 48 hours above the same amount. Clause 8.19 allows an identity request once total deposits pass €2,000, and clause 8.20 a source-of-funds request above €10,000.
The AML section adds that an account flagged for unusual deposits is suspended until the holder explains them, and is closed if no satisfactory information arrives within 30 days. The player has 10 days to send documents requested for KYC, and a player who cannot be reached within 10 days of a withdrawal request can be blocked or permanently suspended. Added up, a €1,250 withdrawal can mean 24 hours of review, 48 hours of transaction checks and up to 5 business days at the bank, a little over a week.
Wagering, risk-free play and the other rules that cost money
A deposit must be wagered once in most countries, and from 1x to 3x by status for players from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and India. Otherwise the casino may cancel the withdrawal or keep a 10% commission, and risk-free play can raise the requirement to 3x or cost up to 25% of the withdrawal. If a player keeps betting while a withdrawal is pending, the pending requests are cancelled, newest first, to cover the stake.
The restricted list in clause 4.4 has roughly 60 names, including the UK, USA, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia and the UAE, and misleading location details void all deposits and withdrawals. Another listing lists only the USA as blocked, which the terms contradict. Duplicate accounts lose their winnings, third-party money is confiscated and the balance is refunded minus a withdrawal fee on closure. No dormancy fee is stated, and the only responsible gambling tool described is a temporary or permanent restriction on request to support.
Bonus terms in brief: 72 hours, €5 bet limit and clause 28.5
The bonus article has the offers. The FAQ says a bonus is valid for 72 hours after activation, and the default maximum bet with a bonus is €5, or €3 for players from Finland. No-deposit winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus. Clause 28.5 gives a birthday bonus to players who deposited at least €500 as Premium, €1,000 as VIP or €2,000 as Elite in the 30 days before the birthday, and social-media bonuses can be withheld if 30-day deposits are under 20,000 RUB. Prize pools are converted from euros at €1 to 100 RUB, 1.16 USD, 45 UAH and 4.5 PLN.
14 complaints: 5 resolved, 8 rejected, 1 unresolved
CasinoGuru's Safety Index for Rox is 7.6, Above average, with the terms rated Mostly fair and 1 issue noted. Its 14 complaints split into 5 resolved, 8 rejected and 1 unresolved, so 57% were rejected. It lists 90 providers, 20 payment methods and 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers has no page for the brand, and Trustpilot shows 3.3 out of 5 from 25 reviews, the best average of the five GALAKTIKA casinos but on the smallest sample after Martin. The sources give no complaint with an amount and outcome. Another listing names 20 deposit methods for Rox: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Jeton, Piastrix, Paysafecard, CashtoCode, Rapid Transfer, Trustly, bank transfer, Binance Pay, and eight cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, USDT and TRON, and gives no withdrawal list.
Who Rox suits and who should look elsewhere
Rox suits a player who reads Russian, expects to move up the ladder and wants the highest ceilings in the group, up to 450,000 euros a month at Elite. At the New tier the limits match the sister brands, so the benefit depends on reaching 500 points for Premium. It is a poor fit for a player who needs English-language terms, a first-time player expecting a €10,000 payout in one transfer from an entry status, or anyone in the restricted countries.
