The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Sisal is the online casino of Sisal Italia SpA, holder of ADM concession 16020, and it takes Italian residents only. Its terms, last updated in February 2026, start every account at a 200 euro daily deposit limit and 3 hours of play a day, with €50 a day and 2 hours for ages 18 to 24, suspend an account that has sent no valid ID within thirty days, and send a balance untouched for 3 years to the State. CasinoGuru gives Sisal a Safety Index of 9.8 and lists 26 complaints, 5 resolved. Trustpilot shows one point two out of five from 341 reviews.
Sisal Italia SpA and concession 16020
The opening lines of the terms say Sisal Italia SpA operates remote gaming under concession 16020 issued by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli. The relationship rests on 4 documents: the account contract, the terms, ADM rules, and Italian and EU law. CasinoGuru verifies the same concession and gives the casino a 9.8 Safety Index. CasinoGuru places its revenue tier above €100,000,000 and counts 34 game providers.
The launch year differs by source: CasinoGuru says 2013, a gambling.com listing says 2004. Section 10 sends complaints to info@sisal.it or to ADM, and the 11 sections of the terms print no response time in hours or days. Statements older than 3 months, up to 1,825 days (5 years) back, come on request.
Italian tax code required, 18 to open
Sisal is a single-market casino. Section 1 requires the client to be at least 18 years old and to hold an Italian tax code, and no list of restricted countries is published, so a player without a tax code cannot join. Opening also needs a front and back copy of a valid ID, and the account area then shows the last 3 months (about 90 days) of movements, with up to 5 years on request.
A client holds 1 active account, and after closing it a new account cannot be opened for 15 days, and the terms give a 15-day notice for Sisal's own exit as well.
Two hundred euros a day to start, €50 for ages 18 to 24
Section 4 sets the starting limits. Adults begin with 3 hours of play a day, one hundred euros a day in net spending (stakes minus winnings and refunds) and two hundred euros a day in deposits. Clients aged 18 to 24 begin with 2 hours, €50 and €50. A 22-year-old who wants to deposit one thousand euros needs 20 days at that limit, against five days for an adult. The €50 deposit default for ages 18 to 24 is 25% of the adult €200.
The terms add that the 6 default figures apply only from a date Sisal will announce after new technical rules, and until then the player's own limit stays in force, so the 3-hour and €50 figures are not yet live limits. Raising a limit takes seven days, or 1 day for first-activation limits, and lowering is immediate. A client at two hundred euros a day who wants three hundred waits seven days, and the deposit limit counts the last seven days of top-ups.
Self-exclusion runs from seven days to 270 days, or indefinitely. An indefinite exclusion can be revoked only after 9 months (about 270 days), and reactivation follows seven days after the request, while withdrawals stay possible throughout.
Cards, e-wallets and cash, with no limits printed
Section 2 lists credit and debit cards, Postepay and BancoPosta cards, Skrill, PayPal, Neteller, Paysafecard and bank transfer for deposits, plus cash at authorised Sisal shops with a health card and ID. Withdrawals go to Visa or Mastercard, Postepay, bank transfer, Skrill, PayPal, Neteller or a postal domiciled transfer, or are collected as cash at a shop with a withdrawal code and valid ID.
The terms state 0 withdrawal limits, 0 processing times and 0 fees, and they point to 2 site pages, Ricariche and Prelievi, while CasinoGuru counts 16 payment methods, in euros only. A gambling.com listing shows Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Postepay and bank transfer for deposits.
Thirty days to send an ID, a selfie on request
Section 5 suspends the account automatically if, thirty days after registration, no valid front and back ID copy has arrived. Section 6 lets Sisal ask for more than the ID, for example a selfie, and lets it suspend or close the account and freeze withdrawals on suspicion of third-party use, fraud or collusion. It may also suspend an account that uses a software bot, with 180 days as the outer limit of any suspension.
Sisal may suspend an account on its own initiative, or at the request of ADM or a court, for at most 180 consecutive days with the reason given. Section 6 cites Decree 231/2007 for its anti-money-laundering checks.
Bonus rules and the 3-year dormancy clause
Section 7 says bonuses are never withdrawable or transferable, though winnings made with them are. Welcome bonuses are for new clients only, which means 1 per person. No bonus is paid to suspended accounts, accounts under a warning for anomalous play or collusion, multiple registrations such as from one IP address, crossed bets, or minimum-risk bets placed to meet a requirement. Fun bonuses are never withdrawable, and each bonus has an expiry date shown on its offer page.
The homepage shows €50 in Real bonus with the first top-up plus up to five thousand euros in Fun bonus, a full match up to €6,000 in Fun bonus, and a jackpot welcome of €15 extra for a €1 top-up or ten euros extra for a five euro top-up.
The dormancy rule has the largest money effect (sections 1 and 8). A client has 3 years (1,095 days) from the last operation to withdraw the balance, after which the account is dormant and the balance goes to the State; unused bonuses are not counted. Closing by post or email needs a payout method if the balance is above €0.40, and Sisal may end the contract with 15 days' notice.
26 complaints, 5 resolved
CasinoGuru rates the Safety Index at 9.8, Very high, with no blacklist entry, the terms Mostly fair with 1 issue found, and a 24/7 live chat. Its complaint record has 26 entries: 0 open, 5 resolved, 12 unresolved and 9 rejected, so 21 of 26 cases (81%) ended unresolved or rejected. The 26 entries come without amounts or dates, so no single case is described. Of the 26 entries, 12 unresolved is 46%, 9 rejected is 35% and 5 resolved is 19%.
AskGamblers has no review page for Sisal. Trustpilot shows one point two out of five from 341 reviews, under a profile titled Sisal Poker (www.sisal.it), which may include poker feedback. The gap between 9.8 on CasinoGuru and that Trustpilot score is wide. A search snippet showed a Safety Index of 9.6 while the CasinoGuru page data gives 9.8.
Who Sisal suits and who should look elsewhere
Sisal suits an Italian resident who wants strict built-in limits: the two hundred euro daily deposit default, self-exclusion of seven to 270 days, and support by chat, phone or email around the clock. It also suits someone who wants cash at Sisal shops, where a health card and ID are shown.
A player outside Italy has no tax code and cannot join. The casino does not suit anyone who needs printed withdrawal limits and times before depositing, because the terms give 0. A client aged 18 to 24 should expect the €50 daily default, and one who may stay away for 3 years should remember the dormancy rule.
