The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Sportaza is a sportsbook-first casino run by Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. of Costa Rica, and its terms (version 1.9, 10 November 2025) set out the cost of using it in numbers: withdrawals of EUR 500 a day and EUR 7,000 a month at the entry VIP level, up to 3 business days of processing on weekdays only, a 10% to 15% commission if deposits are not wagered once, and a EUR 5 monthly fee after 180 days without a login. Only 21 places are excluded, a short list. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.5 with 127 complaints, 70 of them rejected, while Trustpilot sits at 2.2 from 525 reviews.
Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. and two different licences
The footer states that sportaza.com is owned and operated by Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., registration number 3-102-921894, with an address in San Jose, Costa Rica. The licence is stated twice and differently. Clause 1.4 of the terms names licence No. 0000067 issued by Tobique, while the footer names the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, licence ALSI-202606064-FI2. CasinoGuru lists a different owner, Liernin Enterprises LTD, and an Estonian Tax and Customs Board licence, and some older reviews name Rabidi N.V. of Curacao. The operator changed over time, so a player should treat the terms and footer as the current record and the review sites as history.
The terms are binding in English. Disputes the support team cannot settle can go to an alternative dispute resolution provider at disputes@egis-adr.com, and the casino says it aims to resolve disputes within 60 days (13.7).
Only 21 exclusions: the list in clause 2.3
Clause 2.3 bars residents of Afghanistan, New Brunswick in Canada, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, DR Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the UK, the USA, Yemen and Venezuela. That is 21 entries, and the casino may change the list without warning. Most of Europe is open, which is unusual: a comparable casino, Slottica, bars 49 countries, including Estonia, Germany and Sweden.
Game providers add their own bans. Clause 15.2 lists 52 places where NetEnt games are unavailable, including Estonia, Sweden, Denmark, the UK and the USA, and the clauses that follow limit single titles such as Vikings and Street Fighter by country.
EUR 500 a day and EUR 7,000 a month, rising with VIP level
Clause 6.11 ties withdrawal limits to VIP level. At level 1 the limits are EUR 500 per day and EUR 7,000 per month, at level 2 EUR 500 and EUR 10,000, at level 3 EUR 800 and EUR 12,000, at level 4 EUR 1,000 and EUR 15,000, and at level 5 EUR 1,500 and EUR 20,000. The level is set by activity in the 90 calendar days before the request, and it drops to the lowest level after a month without bets (6.12). A player with a EUR 10,000 win at level 1 needs 20 days at the daily cap, or two months by the monthly cap: EUR 7,000 in the first and EUR 3,000 in the second.
Time matters as much as size. A customer can have at most 3 pending withdrawals (6.13). Requests are worked within 3 business days, and the finance team handles them from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday (6.15). A request sent on Friday evening starts on Monday and could be paid by Thursday. After the finance team acts, later delays are explicitly not the casino's responsibility. AskGamblers shows 0 to 5 days for e-wallets and 1 to 5 days for cards and bank.
The terms do not publish a fee table, and they say the casino may pay by a different method than the one requested (6.10).
- Level 1: EUR 500 a day, EUR 7,000 a month
- Level 3: EUR 800 a day, EUR 12,000 a month
- Level 5: EUR 1,500 a day, EUR 20,000 a month
- Maximum 3 pending withdrawals
A x1 rollover and the 10% to 15% commission
Clause 6.8 sets the minimum rollover at x1: the deposit has to be wagered once before a withdrawal. If it is not, the casino may cancel winnings and keep a commission of 10% of the last deposit, at least EUR 0.5 or 5 NOK, and 15% if the deposit came by card or bank transfer. On a EUR 100 deposit that is EUR 10, or EUR 15 for a card. Deposits are not refundable in general; a refund must be requested within 24 hours and is impossible once the deposit has been used for a bet (6.6).
Documents within 30 days, and the 10-day versus 24-hour gap
Clause 5.3 gives players 30 days to supply requested documents and warns of withheld payment, suspension and closure. It says verification usually takes up to 10 days after full documents arrive. The FAQ is more optimistic: typically 24 to 48 hours. Both can be true only if the cases are simple, so planning on the terms is safer. Checks can happen before or after deposits and at withdrawal (5.2), and deposits and withdrawals may be blocked until finished (FAQ).
The FAQ lists an ID, proof of residence issued within the last 3 or 6 months, proof of ownership of payment methods and transaction history covering 1 to 3 months. Documents are rejected if old, edited, expired, blurry, damaged, scanned or screenshots.
EUR 5 a month after 180 days, and voided funds on closure
An account with no login for 180 days is treated as inactive, and the casino may charge EUR 5 a month, or the whole balance if it is under EUR 5 (6.18). Closing an account is only possible when the balance and pending withdrawals are zero; if you close with money in it, all funds are voided (3.7). The casino may also close an account without notice or reasons (3.9).
Further clauses carry money risk. Duplicate accounts per person, household, phone, email or IP lose their winnings and any processed withdrawals can be reversed (3.2). Equal-margin, hedge and other minimal-risk bets are prohibited (9.1), and on suspicion of breach the casino may void winnings, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate the real-money balance (9.4). The casino can deduct credits it made by mistake (6.20) and the decision of the company is final in disagreements about bets (8.5). The terms also state that customer funds are held in separate client bank accounts (6.17).
Sport, casino and a limited tool set
The menu covers casino, live casino, jackpots, sport, live betting, horse racing, virtual sport, tournaments, a points shop, VIP levels, challenges and collections. The site does not state a provider count. Accounts can be held in EUR, HUF, NOK, PLN, NZD, CAD, USD, CZK, AUD and CHF. Support is live chat and support@sportaza.com.
AskGamblers lists a welcome offer of 100% up to EUR 500 plus 200 bonus spins, a reload of 50% up to EUR 700 plus 50 free spins and weekly cashback up to 15%. The bonus page holds the wagering terms.
Self-exclusion by email only
The responsible gaming page tells players to email support@sportaza.com for a break or self-exclusion, and the account is closed as soon as practicable. It describes no deposit limit, loss limit, reality check or time-out tool, and AskGamblers likewise shows self-exclusion as the only tool. It also leaves the burden on the player: the page says it is the player's responsibility to notify the casino of other accounts and not to open new ones.
127 complaints, 70 rejected, and 525 Trustpilot reviews
CasinoGuru records 127 complaints: 49 resolved, 6 unresolved, 2 open and 70 rejected. That is 55% rejected. It rates the terms mostly fair with 2 issues and the Safety Index at 7.5, Above average. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 4.3 and a player rating of 5.8 from 14 reviews. Trustpilot is 2.2 from 525 reviews. The sources list no individual amounts, so the weight rests on the share rejected and the low Trustpilot score.
Who Sportaza suits and who should look elsewhere
Sportaza suits a sports bettor from a country not on the 21-name list who wagers deposits at least once, uploads documents quickly and stays within EUR 7,000 a month. It is a weaker fit for a player who wants a withdrawal on a weekend, who expects a limit above EUR 500 a day without building VIP status, who leaves an account unused for 6 months, or who wants deposit and loss limits instead of an email to support.
