3-102-945845 SRL and an Anjouan licence, against Casiworx N.V. on the review sites

Clause 1.2 of the current terms says StakeMania belongs to 3-102-945845 SRL, registered at Provincia de Puntarenas 06, Canton 11, Garabito, Jaco, 61101, Costa Rica, with registration number 3-102-945845. Its payment agent is AUROX TECHNOLOGIES LTD of Strovolos, Nicosia, registration HE 483684. Clause 1.3 and the footer give licence ALSI-202511035-FI2, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and the footer adds that the site "has passed all regulatory compliance". Anjouan law and exclusive Anjouan jurisdiction apply (22.1 and 22.2).

The review sites tell a different story. CasinoGuru lists Casiworx N.V. as owner, 2024 as the founding year and the Curaçao Gaming Authority with number OGL/2024/1278/0497. AskGamblers also names Casiworx N.V. but dates the brand to 2025 and names the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Sister site Slotobit still carries the Casiworx wording in terms dated 4 August 2025, while SlotyStake repeats StakeMania's Costa Rica and Anjouan text. Neither review site shows the 5 October 2026 wording, so the Safety Index figures below come from records that still name Casiworx.

Clause 14.10 says Anjouan Gaming will not resolve player complaints. The terms instead point to EGIS as the alternative dispute resolution provider, at disputes@egis-adr.com, but clause 14.8 allows ADR only when the claim is above €5,000 or concerns responsible gambling. The English text prevails over translations (1.8), and the casino may change the terms at any time without notice (1.6).

The registration form offers 171 countries

The terms do not list restricted countries. Clauses 2.3 and 8.2 send the reader to the registration page, so the country drop-down is the closest thing to an official list. On 31 October 2026 it offered 171 countries. It includes Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Nordic countries, Estonia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Mexico and Argentina. It does not include the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Israel, Turkey, Brazil, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Latvia, Singapore, China or Hong Kong.

Bonus terms add two exclusions inside that list: no-deposit bonuses are not available to players from Poland, and deposit bonuses are not available to players from Argentina and Mexico. Clause 8.3 says a player who registers from a restricted jurisdiction can lose all winnings and bonuses and must return funds already withdrawn. The list above is what the form showed on one day, not a legal statement by the casino.

Eleven currencies at sign-up, €15,000 a day in, €30 minimum out

The registration form offers 11 account currencies: HUF, DKK, AUD, PLN, NOK, CAD, ZAR, EUR, USD, MXN and NZD, with no crypto among them. The project listing shows 18 currencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB and DOGE, which does not match the form. The listing has 16 deposit methods (including Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, MiFinity, Skrill, Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Ripple, Binance and Dogecoin) and 14 withdrawal methods.

Deposits are limited to €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 per day (5.4), and the minimum deposit is not stated (5.1). Withdrawals start at €30 (6.5), with a processing aim of 1 to 3 business days after verification (6.6). AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 3 to 5 days, bank transfers at 3 to 7 days and a pending period of 1 to 5 days, so a bank payout adds up to 4 to 12 days on its figures. The sources do not say whether the pending period and the casino's 1 to 3 business days overlap.

The bonus terms give the same €30 floor for no-deposit and free-spin winnings in other currencies: $30, CA$45, NZ$60, 100 PLN and 180 BRL. The terms allow withdrawal fees that are shown on the request (6.8), while the support FAQ says all transactions are free of charge. Deposits unconnected to a bonus must be wagered once before they can be withdrawn (6.11).

VIP coins: 1 per €1,000 at the start, 1 per €500 at the top

The VIP page ties the monthly payout limit in clause 6.9 to a ten-level ladder. Level 1, Beginner Bettor, allows €6,000 a month and a 20% reward. Level 10, Stake Master, allows €15,000 and a 30% reward after 100,000 points. StakeMania adds a coin earning rate that the Slotobit page does not show: 1 coin per €1,000 of real-money wagers at level 1, then €950 at level 2, €900 at level 3, €850 at level 4, €800 at level 5, €750 at level 6, €700 at level 7, €650 at level 8, €575 at level 9 and €500 at level 10.

Level-up free spins start at level 2 with 50 spins and reach 1,000 spins at level 10; no spins are listed for level 1. A personal manager is ticked from level 7. A €30,000 win at level 1 would take 5 months of payouts, and 2 months at level 10. Clause 7.2 also mentions a daily winnings cap, but never states the amount.

KYC after €2,000 in deposits, within a 30-day window

The AML page says verification is enforced once a player has deposited €2,000 or wants to withdraw. Three proofs are required: ID, address and payment. Players have 30 days to finish, the target is 2 business days, and reasons for delay are given after 10 business days. ID can be a passport, national ID card or driving licence, and address proof must be under 3 months old. Documents go to support@stakemania.com.

Other clauses extend the checks. The casino may demand a notarised ID (6.7), may ask where the money came from at any moment (5.7), and will grant bonuses above €1,000 only after verification (9.4). Withdrawals are blocked while due diligence runs (10.4). If verification fails, the account is blocked or terminated and deposited funds are returned, unless the law requires them to be held (10.5).

Inactivity fee, 5x cap and other clauses that take money back

After 12 months without a transaction an account counts as inactive and clause 3.2 allows a fee of €5 a month. Cashback on an inactive account is cancelled (3.3). Bonus winnings from deposits and free spins can be withdrawn only up to 5x the deposit, the maximum bet while a bonus is active is €3, a bonus lasts 7 days, and bonus winnings expire after 30 days unused. Only one deposit bonus per day is allowed. Clauses 16.5 and 16.6 void winnings made through prohibited practices or when an account cannot be verified and fraud is suspected.

The promotions page showed five offers on 31 October 2026: First Deposit 100% up to €200 plus 100 free spins, Spooky Halloween 250% up to €1,666 plus 166 free spins, Weekend Reload 100% up to €1,000, Wednesday Reload 100% up to €500 plus 150 free spins and Friday Match 101% up to €300. The welcome banner reads 300% up to €3,000 plus 300 free spins. AskGamblers lists the first four welcome steps at 45x bonus plus deposit and mentions no-deposit codes worth 135 spins and 185 spins, plus a 295% offer up to €4,375 with 225 spins.

Safety Index 2.5 or 1.9, three complaints, and a Trustpilot profile on .net

CasinoGuru gave StakeMania a Very low Safety Index of 2.5 in its May 2026 text, and 1.9 in the October 2026 data. It counts 3 complaints, though the record holds no details of them. It rates the terms as fair and finds no blacklisting, and lists untranslated terms and live chat mostly after registration among its cons. AskGamblers shows CasinoRank 6.8, a player rating of 5.8 and 0 complaints. Its live chat entry conflicts with itself: the table says 24/7, the text says limited hours.

Trustpilot holds a claimed profile for stakemania.net, not stakemania.com, with 3.7 from 10 reviews. A 1-star review from 16 February 2026 calls the site a fraud, says half the advertised providers are missing and claims the 5-star reviews come from the casino. That is one reviewer's allegation. A 2-star review from 1 December 2025 asks whether the site can be trusted. Three 5-star reviews from 16 to 21 November 2025 praise bonuses and fast withdrawals in general terms. Because the domain differs, these reviews may not describe the current site.

What the site offers, and who should skip it

The support FAQ claims more than 9,000 slots and over 80 providers, with live dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. The homepage lists Slots, Live Casino, Penny Slots, Burst Games, Bonus Buy, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Drops & Wins, with Pragmatic Play Live tables, a €2,000,000 monthly Drops & Wins pool and a €12,000,000 SpinoLeague 2026 tournament. The site is available in 12 languages, including Polish, Greek and Hungarian, while CasinoGuru lists support in 7.

It suits a player from the 171 listed countries who deposits modestly, expects payouts below €6,000 a month and is comfortable with an operator that has just changed its stated owner and regulator. It is a poor match for anyone who relies on the Curaçao licence quoted by the review sites, who wants a regulator to settle disputes, or who would take the Trustpilot praise at face value given the .net domain. Responsible-gambling tools include a wagering limit by day, week or month, loss limit, session limit, time alert, game limit and self-exclusion, effective only after support confirms in writing (12.11).
