The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Starcasino.be is run by Chaudfontaine Loisirs SA under Belgian Gaming Commission licence A+8112, and its terms publish figures that decide how fast money moves: a €200 default weekly deposit limit, a €10 minimum withdrawal, caps of €10,000 a day, €25,000 a week and €100,000 a month, and a thorough check on any withdrawal over €2,000. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.0, Very high, with 2 complaints on file, both rejected. Trustpilot shows 4.0 stars from 1,930 reviews. There is no welcome bonus, so this review looks at limits, verification and the clauses that can delay or cancel a payout.
Chaudfontaine Loisirs SA and licence A+8112
Article 2 of the terms names Chaudfontaine Loisirs SA, Esplanade 1, 4050 Chaudfontaine, business number 0442.520.928, as publisher. It holds an A licence for offline games in a Class I establishment and an additional A+ licence for online games; the site footer gives the number as A+8112. The platform providers are Green Island NV (0422.851.308) and Green Island Belgium BV (0764.878.949), both holders of an E licence under Belgian law. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2014 and puts its revenue tier above €20,000,000.
Belgian law governs the contract and the English version is decisive if translations differ (Article 5). The minimum age is 21 (clause 6.1). The terms carry no date or version number. Players can also deposit in person at gaming halls and at the Grand Casino Chaudfontaine, which ties the online brand to a land-based operator. The site is offered in 14 languages, but the licence and terms are Belgian.
A €200 weekly limit that takes 3 days to raise
Clause 7.1 gives every account a default deposit limit of €200 per week, counted as a moving 7-day window. That allows €800 over 4 weeks. Lowering the limit applies immediately. Raising it means a request that Starcasino passes to the Gaming Commission, which checks the Central Individual Credit Register at the National Bank of Belgium. The help centre says the new limit takes effect after 3 days at the earliest, and the Commission re-checks monthly and ends the increase if the player appears in the register.
The help centre lists 12 deposit methods: Bancontact Card, Bancontact Pay, Wero, Instant Payment, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paysafecard, Skrill, Skrill Rapid Transfer, PayPal and Neosurf. CasinoGuru counts 12 as well. One help answer also mentions iDEAL and Payconiq, which are not on that list, so the exact set is not clear from the casino's own pages. Credit cards are not accepted (clause 7.1). The help centre says deposits should appear in the balance immediately.
€10 minimum, €10,000 a day, €100,000 a month
Clause 7.2 sets the minimum withdrawal at €10 and the maximum at €10,000 per day, €25,000 per week and €100,000 per month; CasinoGuru lists the same figures. The operator may raise them for an individual player. At the daily cap, the weekly cap takes 3 days to reach, since €25,000 is 2.5 times €10,000. The monthly cap equals four weekly caps. Payouts go only to the player's own account at a financial institution, and the help centre adds that money can be withdrawn only with a method already used to deposit.
The help centre says withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours but that more time may pass before the money arrives, especially by bank transfer. No fixed number of bank days is published. A request can be cancelled until it has been approved and sent. The help centre says the casino charges no fees and that the payment provider might, while clause 7.3 says administrative costs can be charged, so the two pages are worded differently.
Over €2,000 means a thorough check, up to 60 business days
To withdraw, a player must have validated the email address, had identity details verified and given correct bank details (clause 7.2). The operator may also ask at its sole discretion for proof of address, bank documents or a colour scan of bank cards. The withdrawal stays on hold until the check is done, and failure to verify on time or at all can lead to cancellation, closure of the account and cancelled credits.
Withdrawals above €2,000 are paid only after a thorough verification against money laundering. At the default deposit limit it takes 10 weeks to put in €2,000 in total. A further clause says an enquiry into gameplay and winnings can delay a payment for up to 60 days, counted as business days, which is 12 working weeks. Registration data is checked with the Gaming Commission, and politically exposed persons must declare themselves and may be excluded (clause 6.1).
100% play-through and a 7-day complaint window
Clause 7.3 and clause 7.5 say a deposit cannot be refunded as such and must be wagered in full, 100%, before it can be withdrawn; only winnings from those stakes are withdrawable. A €200 deposit therefore needs €200 of stakes first. In some cases credits can go back only to the account they came from.
Several other rules affect the outcome of a dispute. Wins from games with anomalies or erratic behaviour are void and debited from the account (Article 8). Systematically doubling bets on a 50% chance is banned, and automated systems can lead to confiscation of funds. Liability is limited to the lesser of the stake or net winnings. The operator may cancel any bet at any time. A complaint must reach support@starcasino.be within 7 days of the issue, and the operator answers within 30 days, counted as business days, or 6 working weeks (Article 9). The operator can also close an inactive account after notice and keep a right of retention for administrative costs, with no inactivity period stated (clause 6.4).
135 providers, Xtra Payout and Starcoins
CasinoGuru counts 135 game providers. The menu shows slots, dice games, table games, live roulette, live blackjack, live game shows, crash games, instant games, buy bonus titles and tournaments, with providers such as Pragmatic Play, Playson, EGT Digital, Evolution and NetEnt. The home page winners list showed a €346,500 win on a €5,000 stake, followed by €128,174.16 on a €50 stake and €102,516.90 on a €2.50 stake on the day it was read; that is the casino's own display and says nothing about typical results.
Instead of a bonus, Article 8 describes Xtra Payout, a rating based on stakes and deposits that can raise the return to player, and Starcoins that unlock items in the Starshop. The terms say Starcoins are not a gift, can be changed or cancelled at any time without notice, and cannot be transferred between accounts. The sources give no figure for the size of the uplift.
Support all day and the playing break
The help centre gives a phone line, +32 460 24 09 05, open 24/7, a direct message chat and the address support@starcasino.be. CasinoGuru records 24/7 live chat. For responsible gaming the terms provide a weekly deposit limit with the €200 default, a playing break on request and, in Article 11, a statement that closing an account is no substitute for the Gaming Commission's legal self-exclusion. The footer links to stopoptijd.be and arretezvousatemps.be with a 21+ notice. Players must also declare that they have never had a gambling problem (clause 6.1).
Safety Index 9.0, 2 rejected complaints, 1,930 reviews
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 9.0, Very high. It rates the terms somewhat unfair, with 2 issues found, and records 2 complaints, both rejected, none open. The brand is not blacklisted. AskGamblers has no review of this site. Trustpilot shows 4.0 stars from 1,930 reviews. The sources reviewed give no detail of the 2 complaints, so no amount or outcome can be reported.
Set against the terms, the pattern is a fast stated processing time of 24 hours and large caps, balanced by a thorough check above €2,000, a 60 business day outer limit and a 7-day complaint window.
Who Starcasino.be suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a Belgian resident aged 21 or over who plans withdrawals under €2,000, will verify email, identity and bank details early, and values 24/7 phone support. The caps are wide: €10,000 a day and €100,000 a month.
It is a poor fit for a player who may win above €2,000 and needs the money within days, given the thorough check and the 60 business day ceiling; for one who wants to withdraw to a different method than the one used to deposit; and for anyone unlikely to complain within 7 days of an issue.
