The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
VivatBet is run by P.H. PRIMARY OÜ, which holds four licences from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, issued on 4 November 2020 and 17 September 2021, and the official terms were last refreshed on 17 September 2026. The pages show no withdrawal fees, a €10 minimum for card withdrawals and a €2 monthly fee after 12 months without activity. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.6, Above average, and AskGamblers lists 0 complaints. Against that, Trustpilot is split between 2.3 from 43 reviews and 3.2 from 1, and the terms give a player only 14 days to complain about a bet.
P.H. PRIMARY OÜ and four Estonian licences
The footer names P.H. PRIMARY OÜ, registration number 16046808, Narva mnt 63/4, Tallinn 10120, as holder of licences HKT000051 and HKT000052, both issued on 4 November 2020, and HKL000367 and HKL000368, both issued on 17 September 2021, by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. The terms say the agreement follows Estonian law and that the Estonian version prevails over the English one when they differ. CasinoGuru gives 2020 as the founding year and lists licence HKT000051; AskGamblers gives 2023. The licences on the site were issued in 2020 and 2021.
The minimum age is 18 for sports betting and 21 for the casino (terms section 2). The terms say the company does not onboard clients from prohibited countries, but they print no list. The profile data lists 16 restricted countries: the US, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Czechia, Cyprus, Iran, Poland, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Turkey, Israel, Russia and China. That list is ours, not the operator's, and no official list was found.
Six deposit routes from €5, eight withdrawal routes from €10
The payment page, in its Estonian view on 1 November 2026, lists 6 deposit methods, all marked no fees and instant. Visa, MasterCard and Trustly start at €5, and Skrill, Neteller and Rapid Transfer at €10. There are 8 withdrawal methods, also marked no fees, with no maximum shown. Visa and MasterCard start at €10 and take between 1 minute and 7 banking days. Trustly pays in 15 minutes from €10, and Skrill and Neteller in 15 minutes from €20. Bank transfer, SEPA and Rapid Transfer start at €20 and take about 5 days. The profile data lists 14 deposit methods, including Apple Pay, Revolut and Brite, which the Estonian page does not show.
Limits are contested. The profile data lists €5,000 a day and €15,000 a month, CasinoGuru lists unlimited withdrawals as a pro, and the official page shows no maximum. If the data figures were in force, a €30,000 win would take 2 months. The terms in section 4 let the company set minimum and maximum withdrawals per day, week or month and publish them or send them by email.
Identity first, and a 72-hour clause with unclear wording
Section 3 says identification usually runs through Mobile ID, Smart ID or another online service, and can include a real-time photo of the ID document, a real-time photo of the face and a proof of address. Section 4 says the fraud department approves no deposit or withdrawal before the account owner is verified, and that it may ask for source-of-funds documents. The terms say the company shall strive to complete verification 'in longer than 72 hours' from receipt of the last requested document. That wording is ambiguous, so no firm deadline can be read from it.
Payment rules are strict about who owns the money. Deposits must come from a source in the account owner's name, and withdrawals go back by the same method, to the last deposit source, split in proportion when several methods were used. The deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. A deposit may take up to 24 hours to be credited. If the company finds fraud and ends the account, the initial deposit is returned within 60 business days of cancellation.
€2 a month, deposit-only refunds and a 14-day complaint window
Section 7 sets an inactive-account fee of €2 a month after 12 months without a deposit, bet or withdrawal. The fee stops when the balance reaches zero, so a €24 balance disappears 24 months after the last activity. For gross breaches, such as play by a person under the casino age of 21, play from a restricted jurisdiction, bots, syndicate betting or bonus schemes, the player may request only the deposited amount back. On a €500 deposit that has grown to €2,000, that means €500.
The complaints page says to write to complaints@vivatbet.ee with the user ID and a description. Claims are accepted only in writing within 14 days of the bet, and the company answers within 30 days, so a complaint filed on day 14 can wait until day 44. An unresolved case can go to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, whose ruling the company calls final and binding on itself. Casino stakes are usually between €0.10 and €108, and the terms void all wagers if a game system malfunctions.
Live tables from €50 to €10,000 and a sportsbook-first company
The live casino page on 1 November 2026 shows Blackjack 9 Azure at €50 to €5,000, Blackjack 74 Ruby at €100 to €5,000, Mega Roulette 3000 at €0.1 to €5,000, Candy Wheel at €0.1 to €8,750 and Speed Auto Roulette and The Bingo Spot at €0.1 to €10,000. Ten hands at the €100 minimum at Blackjack 74 is €1,000 of action. The slot lobby offers demo play and shows titles such as Gates of Olympus 1000 and Big Bass Raceday Repeat. The profile data lists 30 or more game providers. CasinoGuru's pros are an Android and iOS app and live dealer games, and its cons say the company focuses on sports betting rather than the casino and that not all terms are translated.
Support runs by email: info@vivatbet.ee for customer support, security@vivatbet.ee, complaints@vivatbet.ee and block@vivatbet.ee for blocked accounts. AskGamblers reports 24/7 live chat. CasinoGuru lists 10 support languages, from English and Estonian to Dutch and Swedish. On responsible gambling, the site describes limits, self-exclusion and the Tax and Customs Board register, all arranged through support, and gives the Estonian helpline 00372 6825 243. AskGamblers' checklist shows wager limit, loss limit and self-assessment as present and self-exclusion as absent, which conflicts with the site's own page.
Safety Index 7.6, 0 complaints, and two Trustpilot profiles
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 7.5 in its May 2026 record and 7.6 in the 15 October 2026 record, Above average, and the user rating is good. The terms are fair in the record and unfair in the later record. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.5, a player rating of 8.8 from 33 ratings and 0 complaints.
Trustpilot has two profiles. The vivatbet.com profile shows 3.2 from 1 review, and the vivatbet.ee profile shows 2.3 from 43. The one review, dated 10 December 2025, says winnings from the Crazy Time game were not paid, that the balance disappeared from the game account, and that support repeated each day that experts were investigating. It is one reviewer's claim and has no company reply.
The welcome offer: 100 free spins or a €1,500 package
The casino page on 1 November 2026 advertises 100 free spins as the welcome offer with no wagering requirements, and the sports side offers €35 for a €1 bet at odds of at least 1.5. AskGamblers lists a four-step package of 100% up to €300, 50% up to €350, 25% up to €400 and 25% up to €450, which adds up to €1,500, with 35x on the bonus from the second step. The profile data says up to €1,500 plus 150 free spins. The three versions disagree, and the bonus page has the details.
Who VivatBet suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player in Estonia or a similar market who wants a local regulator, accepts that the company is mainly a sportsbook, withdraws through Trustly, Skrill or Neteller in about 15 minutes, and keeps the account active within 12 months. It is a poor fit for a player who may need to complain about a bet after more than 14 days, who wants bank transfers faster than about 5 days, who wants a published list of restricted countries, or who is under 21 and wants the casino. It is also a weaker fit for anyone who wants a long, consistent Trustpilot record, since the two profiles differ by 0.9 points.
