The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Wildz is a Malta-licensed casino (MGA/B2C/1079/2025, issued 10 September 2025) run by Granturo Malta Ltd. Its terms are detailed: a decision on every withdrawal within 3 days, wins above €50,000 paid in instalments of up to €10,000 a day, €25,000 a week and €100,000 a month, extra checks above €2,000, and a €5 monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity. The record is split. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.8, Very high, with 2 complaints on file, while Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 363 reviews. This review goes through the terms clause by clause and sets them against what the review sites say.
Granturo Malta Ltd and licence MGA/B2C/1079/2025
Clause 1.2 of the terms names Granturo Malta Limited, company C107733, registered at Tower Business Centre, Level 3, Triq It-Torri, Birkirkara, Malta, as the contracting party. The Malta Gaming Authority licence is MGA/B2C/1079/2025, issued on 10 September 2025. CasinoGuru's record, dated 15 October 2026, still names Rootz Limited as owner, which no longer matches the terms. Wildz is listed with an establishment year of 2019 by CasinoGuru and LCB, so the brand is older than the current licence. The terms say other brands run under the same licence, and the bonus terms share one Loyalty+ cashback scheme with Beazt, Caxino, Wheelz, Spinz and Tuplaus.
Governing law is Maltese and disputes go to the Maltese courts (clauses 21.1 and 21.2). The English version prevails over translations (1.6). The minimum age is 18 (4.2). Wildz may refuse or close an account without giving a reason (5.11), although obligations already made are honoured. Using a VPN is treated as an attempt to avoid regional access and can end the account (4.20). The clauses quoted here come from the casino's terms, version 1.2 of 9 January 2026. The current terms were reported as version 1.6 of 14 October 2026, so figures should be checked on the site before relying on them.
Withdrawals: 3 days to decide, then €10,000 a day on big wins
Wildz only accepts and pays in euros (clause 6.12). A player with a bank account in another currency pays the conversion cost. Deposits normally post within 1 minute (6.9). Withdrawals can only be requested on the website, never by phone or email (7.2), and the terms say a request should be approved or denied within 3 days (7.9). Where possible the money goes back by the method used to deposit, and Wildz reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal to enforce this (7.4).
Large wins follow a different schedule. Above €50,000, Wildz may pay in instalments of up to €10,000 per day, €25,000 per week or €100,000 per month, and VIP players may get exceptional limits (7.11). If the instalments apply to a whole €60,000 win, that is 6 days at the daily limit, but the weekly cap of €25,000 stretches it to three weekly instalments (25,000, 25,000 and 10,000), so at least 3 weeks. LCB lists the same €10,000 daily and €100,000 monthly figures and gives bank transfers 3 to 5 days and cards 1 to 3 days.
Fees need a close look. If a withdrawal is requested without the deposit having been staked, Wildz may charge 5% with a minimum of €10, plus bank charges (7.15). On a €100 withdrawal that minimum is a 10% fee. Other fees may apply and are shown in the cashier before confirming (7.13). LCB lists 21 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, Zimpler, Interac and bank transfer, with a €10 minimum deposit in the bonus facts.
- Decision on withdrawals: within 3 days (clause 7.9)
- Instalments above €50,000: €10,000 per day, €25,000 per week, €100,000 per month (7.11)
- Fee when the deposit was not staked: 5%, minimum €10 (7.15)
Checks above €2,000 in deposits, rolling over 180 days
Clause 5.22 sets the trigger. Wildz runs additional verification on any transaction above €2,000, or on cumulative transactions above €2,000, counted either per day or over a rolling period of 180 days. It may also verify at lower amounts. The documents named are a passport or national identity card and utility bills, with more possible. Clause 5.8 lets Wildz do background checks at any time for any reason, and registration already requires a mobile number confirmed with a code.
At withdrawal stage, clause 7.12 allows enhanced due diligence, especially when deposited money has not been used for wagering. Clause 6.13 gives the same case as an example of abuse: a deposit that was not wagered followed by a withdrawal request, where Wildz may cancel deposits, retract the balance, confiscate funds and close the account. The 5% fee above applies to the same situation. A chargeback request blocks the account while identity is confirmed (6.15). The terms give no time for how long document review takes, so the only time promise is the 3-day decision window.
€5 monthly fee, 15% duplicate-account fee and a €100 liability cap
An account counts as inactive after 12 months without a login while holding real money, and Wildz may then charge €5 a month (5.12), after an email 30 days earlier. A balance of €60 would be gone after 12 months of fees. Opening a second account is costlier: Wildz may close all of them, void bets on the duplicates and deduct 15% with a minimum of €30 for each extra account (4.1). Only one account is allowed per household, IP address and device (5.4).
Several clauses allow money to be held or removed. Suspected cheating or collusion can lead to confiscation of the funds and closure (5.13), and suspicious activity can lead to frozen funds and confiscation (5.16). Before a withdrawal, irregular play can be reviewed: hedging bets such as red and black on one roulette round, and single bets of 30% or more of the total balance during wagering, can lead to withheld withdrawals and confiscated winnings (7.10). Money credited by mistake stays Wildz's property and can be set off against later winnings (5.23). Game rounds left open for more than 30 days are voided and stakes returned (12.11). Wildz limits its liability to €100 (15.10), and its server record decides any conflict over a result (15.2).
Bonus: €500 and 200 spins, with the traps in the terms
The welcome casino offer is 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, with a €10 minimum deposit and 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus. The spins are worth €0.10 each and arrive at 25 a day for 8 days. The bonus page covers the numbers. The general terms add three rules that matter on the account side: bonus money is removed after 60 days (clause 8.3), the maximum bet is €5 per spin or €0.50 per line, with winnings confiscated even after wagering is finished (8.11), and requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete deducts the whole bonus and its winnings (8.4). Bets on sports, horse racing and virtual sports do not count toward the casino bonus wagering (8.7).
96 providers, live chat all day and a Wildz-only exclusion
CasinoGuru counts 96 game providers and 18 payment methods and marks live chat as available 24/7. The terms list game rules for casino, horse racing, sportsbook and virtual sports (clause 4.15). Chat conversations are recorded (4.17), and withdrawals cannot be requested by chat or email (7.2).
The limits tools in clause 9 cover deposits, losses and wagering by day, week or month. Lowering a limit is immediate, while raising or removing one waits 24 hours (9.3). A session time limit logs the player out (9.5). A time-out ends with a 24-hour cooling-off, and an indefinite self-exclusion can be removed after 7 days, although Wildz may refuse (9.7). Every tool applies to wildz.com only and not to other brands run by the operator (9.11). A player who excludes on Wildz can therefore still open an account at its sister brands unless they exclude there too.
Safety Index 9.8 against a TrustScore of 1.6
CasinoGuru records a Safety Index of 9.8, Very high, and only 2 complaints in total (record of 15 October 2026). AskGamblers has no review page for Wildz. Trustpilot gives 1.6 from 363 reviews, 49 of them in the last 12 months, with about 59% at one star, and shows no public replies from Wildz to negative reviews [Trustpilot, 2026-10-25].
The reviews cited in our notes are allegations, not verified findings. One from 9 October 2026 describes about €400 of rewards lost when the account was frozen. One from 29 July 2026 says a bonus-buy win was cancelled. One from 24 March 2026 describes a $500 sports bonus followed by account limits. The review texts do not quote clause numbers, but frozen accounts, a cancelled win and account limits are the subjects of clauses 5.16, 7.10 and 8.11. The two scores come from different places: CasinoGuru's index sits next to only 2 complaints on its own site, while Trustpilot collects what the reviewers who chose to write say.
Complaints go to the casino by email, with an answer due within 10 days, extendable by 10 (14.2). Beyond that, eCOGRA acts as the alternative dispute resolution body (14.3), and licence issues can be reported to the Malta Gaming Authority (14.4).
Who Wildz suits and who should look elsewhere
Wildz suits a euro player who stays under €2,000 in deposits across 180 days, wants a stated 3-day decision on withdrawals, and is comfortable with an operator regulated by the MGA with eCOGRA as the dispute route. It also suits someone who values daily, weekly and monthly limit tools, as long as they remember the limits cover Wildz only.
It is a poor fit for a player who deposits to withdraw soon after, because of the 5% fee with a €10 minimum and the due diligence clause. It does not suit someone expecting an instant big payout, since a win above €50,000 can arrive at €10,000 a day or €25,000 a week. Players in markets where no list is published should check that their country is accepted, because the terms refer to a list of registration countries but do not print it. Wildz has no Spanish-language site: its /es address returns a 404.
