The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Beef Casino holds Curacao licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024 to GALAKTIKA N.V. Its terms, last updated on 5 March 2026, set a daily withdrawal limit of €4,000 at the Starter and Standard levels and €10,000 at Prime, a 24-hour processing promise, and a 10-day deadline for sending verification documents. The same terms bar players in 54 listed entries, including Spain, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, the UK and the USA. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.4 in May and 7.4 in October 2026, while Trustpilot averages 2.2 from 52 reviews.
GALAKTIKA N.V., licence OGL/2024/169/0146, and a second operator text
The operator in the terms is registered in Willemstad, Curacao, under number 140803, and the licence number is OGL/2024/169/0146. Payments run through Unionstar Limited of Limassol, Cyprus (number HE 356131), which the site calls a subsidiary of the operator. The terms took effect on 25 July 2025 and the current version is dated 5 March 2026. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date the brand to 2025, and CasinoGuru lists 3 sister brands under the same owner: Starda, Monro and Gizbo.
The site's own text strings hold a second footer notice that names a different operator: 3-102-951923 SRL of Costa Rica, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. The footer and terms show the first text, and which notice applies to a given visitor is not stated. AskGamblers names the licensor as the Curacao Gaming Control Board, CasinoGuru as the Curacao Gaming Authority. The courts of Curacao have exclusive jurisdiction. The casino's terms (in force from 25 July 2025, latest version updated 5 March 2026) are the source for the rules in this review.
€4,000 or €10,000 a day, and what 24 hours means
By status, Starter and Standard accounts can take out €4,000 a day, Prime accounts €10,000, and Elite accounts have no limit. The monthly payout cap in the terms is C$187,500, about €125,000 at the 1 euro to 1.5 C$ rate the terms use for prize pools. Crypto withdrawals are capped at $1,000,000 a month below Elite. The affiliate data lists €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month, which does not match the terms. A €12,000 win at Starter level would take three days of payouts, and at Prime level two days. In the terms the same daily limits read C$6,000 for Starter and Standard and C$15,000 for Prime. Thirty days at the Starter limit of €4,000 would come to €120,000, just under the monthly cap of about €125,000, so the daily and monthly limits fit together for the lowest status. The monthly cap of C$187,500 adds up to C$2,250,000 over a year. The crypto cap of $1,000,000 a month works out at about $33,333 a day if spread evenly.
The terms promise payment no later than 24 hours after the request. Above C$1,875 (about €1,250) the casino may spend up to 48 hours checking the gaming activity first. AskGamblers lists 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 0 to 1 hours for crypto, 3 to 5 days for cards and 3 to 7 days for bank transfers, with a pending time of 0 to 24 hours. A bank payout could therefore take up to 8 days from request to arrival on the AskGamblers figures. A crypto withdrawal is only allowed if the winnings came from crypto deposits.
- Daily limit: €4,000 (Starter, Standard), €10,000 (Prime), none (Elite)
- Processing: 24 hours, plus up to 48 hours above about €1,250
- Crypto: 1,000,000 $ a month below Elite
Wagering the deposit once, and the 10% and 25% deductions
Before any withdrawal the deposit itself must be wagered 1x in casino or sports, so a €100 deposit needs €100 of bets. For players from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and India the requirement runs from 1x to 3x depending on status. In India and Brazil, roulette and instant games count for only 20% of the bet. A deposit is treated as lost when less than 5% of it is left at the next deposit.
The casino may cancel the withdrawal until wagering is met, or hold back a 10% commission, which would be €50 on a €500 payout. If the casino judges that a player is using a risk-free strategy, such as betting on red and black at once in roulette, it may raise the requirement to 3x, drop roulette and instant games from the count, or take a fee of up to 25%, which would be €125 on the same €500. Instant-game wins at odds under 1.3x do not count toward wagering.
Documents within 10 days: how verification works
A crypto withdrawal of C$1,875 (about €1,250) or more triggers an identity check, total deposits above C$3,000 (about €2,000) allow one, and deposits above C$15,000 (about €10,000) allow a request for proof of the source of funds. The terms add "other cases" without listing them.
The documents are a passport or other government ID, proof of address and, for card deposits, a copy of the card with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. Files can be up to 30 MB. They must reach the casino within 10 days of the request, and the casino says it typically reviews a complete package within 10 days, with no upper limit if the case is complex. Withdrawals are suspended during additional phone or video checks. The stated figures add up to 20 days (10 to send, 10 to review), and the review may run longer. If the 10 days pass without documents, or the player cannot be reached for 10 days after a withdrawal request, the account can be blocked or permanently suspended. Separately, unusual deposits that go unexplained for 30 days lead to closure.
54 restricted entries and the clauses that cancel winnings
Opening an account, depositing or betting is prohibited for people in 54 listed entries: American Samoa, Aruba, Afghanistan, Belarus, the BES islands, the UK, Venezuela, the US Virgin Islands, the US Minor Outlying Islands, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Guam, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Spain, Yemen, Cyprus, North Korea, DR Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, China, Cuba, Curacao, Lebanon, Libya, Mayotte, Macau, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Martin, Syria, Slovakia, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, the USA, France, French Guiana, the Central African Republic and Ethiopia. Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Canada and Brazil are not on it, and a player who gives misleading location details has all deposits and withdrawals declared void. A separate list of 36 countries, including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Pakistan, cannot play NetEnt games.
Only 1 account is allowed per player, household, email or IP address, and a duplicate loses its winnings. The casino may close an account without notice and return the balance less a withdrawal fee. Collusion, bots, chargebacks and many bets on one outcome in a short time allow it to cancel winnings. The terms show no inactivity or dormant-account fee; the only inactivity rule found is that the bonus-store currency resets after 6 months without gaming activity.
The welcome package: 250% or 125%, and the €3 bet cap
The official home page of 22 September 2026 advertised a welcome package of 250% plus 600 free spins, while the affiliate data lists 125% plus 600 free spins and AskGamblers lists 125% up to €600 with a €20 minimum deposit and wagering of 45x or 40x on the bonus. The bonus rules are clearer: the maximum bet while wagering is €3, slots count 100% and live, card and table games 5% in the terms (the site strings state 0% for other games), roulette is barred with bonus funds, and no-deposit winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus. Withdrawing before the wagering is done cancels most bonuses and the winnings above the bonus amount. The bonus page covers the offer itself. In the terms the same bet cap is C$10, and C$4 for players in Finland.
14 named providers and support in three languages
The terms list minimum bets for 14 providers: Pragmatic Play, 3oaks, Hacksaw, BGaming, Nolimit, Belatra, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Relax, NetEnt, Amusnet Interactive, PG Soft, Quickspin and Push Gaming. The home page shows slots, live casino, bonus buy, instant and crash games, a sportsbook and a VIP club, and CasinoGuru notes 2 apps, for iOS and Android. No game total was found.
CasinoGuru lists 3 support languages (English, Russian, German) and AskGamblers shows 24/7 live chat, while the site itself is offered in 5 languages (English, Russian, German, French, Polish). AskGamblers counts 7 of 10 responsible gambling tools, with no cool-off period, withdrawal lock or self-exclusion register.
Safety Index 8.4 or 7.4, and 2.2 on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru rated Beef Casino 8.4, High, when it was recorded on 8 May 2026 and 7.4, Above average, on 15 October 2026. CasinoGuru rates the terms fair, finds no blacklist and records 1 complaint. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 5.6, lists 4 complaints and has no player reviews yet. Trustpilot averages 2.2 stars from 52 reviews. The sources give no amounts, countries or outcomes for individual complaints, so no case is described here.
A player in Canada, Germany or Poland is not on the restricted list but still faces the 10-day document deadline and the possible 10% or 25% deduction, while a player in Spain, France, the Netherlands, Sweden or the UK is excluded outright. The casino suits someone who withdraws to the method used to deposit, plans around the €4,000 daily limit and accepts a Curacao licence. It does not suit a player who expects a €20,000 win in one day, who wants roulette to count toward a bonus, or who needs a named independent dispute body, because the terms name none.
