Our verdict

Bizzo Casino is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Bizzo Casino has two faces in the sources. The Estonian version at ee.bizzocasino.com runs under Moon Technologies OÜ and licence HKL000381, with a stated limit of €4,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €50,000 a month, a 40x bonus wagering rule and a €5 maximum bet. AskGamblers instead describes a Curaçao and Kahnawake casino with a 9.2 player rating from 152 reviews. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.0 but calls the terms unfair and counts 161 complaints, of which 105 were rejected. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 407 reviews. This review reads the Estonian terms and sets them against those outside records.

Two operators, two licences, one brand name

The official terms cited here belong to the Estonian version. bizzocasino.com redirects Estonian visitors to ee.bizzocasino.com, and clause 1 of its terms names Moon Technologies OÜ, registration code 16277880, Tartu mnt 16-34, Tallinn. The Estonian Tax and Customs Board issued activity licence HKT000065 for games of chance on 7 December 2021, HKT000064 for betting the same day, operating permit HKL000381 for online gambling on 31 March 2022 and HKL000382 for betting. The age limit on this version is 21.

AskGamblers describes a different picture: owner TechSolutions Group N.V., Curaçao Gaming Control Board and Kahnawake Gaming Commission, established 2021. CasinoGuru agrees with the Estonian terms on the owner and the licence number, but dates the casino to 2025, which does not fit the 2021 and 2022 licence dates. The footer and terms of the international version are not covered here, so which company serves a given player outside Estonia is not confirmed here. Estonia is on the restricted list of the international side, so the Estonian text is a guide here, not proof for every visitor.

Disputes under the Estonian terms go to complaints@moon-technologies.com first, with a stated 14 days for an answer, and then to the Tax and Customs Board.

€4,000 a day, €15,000 a week or €16,000: the limits and what they mean

The Estonian terms set a minimum withdrawal of €10 and maximums of €4,000 per day, €15,000 per week and €50,000 per month. AskGamblers and the profile data list €4,000 and €50,000 as well, but give €16,000 for the week. That is a conflict of €1,000 and the terms are the more reliable figure for the Estonian version. No per-transaction limit is stated.

Worked out, a €50,000 win cannot leave faster than 3.3 weeks at the weekly cap, so a payout that large runs into a second month window in practice. A €12,000 win clears in 3 days at the daily cap. Requests are processed 24/7 according to the terms, and "within 48 hours once the account is fully verified". AskGamblers adds a pending time of 0 to 72 hours, e-wallets in 0 to 24 hours, cards in 1 to 5 days and bank transfers in 1 to 7 days. If the 72-hour pending time, the 48-hour processing and a 7-day bank transfer all apply in sequence, that is up to 12 calendar days, although the sources do not say they add up this way.

Money goes back to the method used for the deposit. If several methods were used, withdrawals must match each deposit. One clause lets the site charge the transaction costs of both deposit and withdrawal if the bets since the last deposit are under 3 times that deposit. A €100 deposit therefore needs €300 of bets to be safe from that charge. AskGamblers lists no fees.

  • Minimum withdrawal: €10
  • Daily, weekly, monthly maximum: €4,000, €15,000 (AskGamblers: €16,000), €50,000
  • Processing after full verification: 48 hours
  • Fee clause: bets under 3x the deposit

Why verification starts at €2,000

The terms say extra identification checks apply once deposits or withdrawals add up to the equivalent of €2,000, and may apply at lower amounts at the casino's discretion. The documents are a photo of an ID, a photo or screenshot of the payment method, and proof of address not older than 90 days. Selfies with ID, proof of wealth and proof of funds can be added. Documents are checked within 48 hours, PDFs and scans are not accepted, and papers must be in Latin or Cyrillic script or the player is asked for a video verification.

Two clauses carry the risk. If requested documents do not arrive within 30 days, winnings may be confiscated, the deposit returned and the account closed. The anti-fraud section adds that the site may phone the player; the account is not verified and winnings are not processed until that conversation takes place, and if the player does not pass within two weeks the account is closed and winnings confiscated. CasinoGuru's editorial calls the KYC timeframes "unreasonably short".

The rules that can cost winnings: €5 max bet, 40x, €10,000 cap

The general bonus terms fix wagering at 40x for all deposit bonuses and a maximum bet of €5 with an active bonus. Bought game features and respins count towards that €5. Exceeding it allows the casino to confiscate winnings. Slots count 100%, table games and live dealer games count 0%, and a long named list of games is excluded, including Dead or Alive, Dead or Alive 2 and Plinko, as are all jackpot games. The bonus is cancelled when its balance falls to €0.05. For the Estonian welcome bonus of €120, 40x means €4,800 of bets, at least 960 bets at €5.

Payout caps are set per bonus type. A no-deposit bonus can pay at most €50, and requires full verification and a deposit. Cashback, comp points, tournament, deposit, VIP and weekly bonuses are capped at €10,000, with the excess forfeited; the welcome bonus is the stated exception. Free spin winnings can be cancelled if the deposit behind them was not wagered 3 times, with table games not counted. A bonus-to-wager ratio above 40% is called abuse.

The anti-fraud section lists low-risk roulette covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers, opposite betting and delaying game rounds. For a suspected breach the site may terminate the account and suspend payouts without telling the player the reason. CasinoGuru rates the terms "Unfair" and says low-risk play may lead to winnings being confiscated. Its example is a German player on 5 May 2026 who disputed a confiscation citing an unclear maximum bet rule.

Welcome offers in three versions

This section is short because the bonus page has the details. The Estonian promotions page shows 100% up to €120 plus 120 free spins, delivered as 30 spins at once and 30 every 24 hours for 3 days, and a second deposit of 50% up to €100 plus 50 spins. AskGamblers lists 125% up to €1,250 plus up to 125 spins (minimum €10, 40x), then 50% up to €300 plus 50 spins. The profile data says up to €1,000 plus 150 spins. These three cannot all be current, so the figure to trust is the one shown on the registration page for your country. Any deposit bonus needs at least €20 under the bonus terms.

64 or 70+ providers, and 5 or 50+ payment methods

CasinoGuru counts 64 game providers on the Estonian page, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, Evolution and Pragmatic Play. AskGamblers counts more than 70, adding BGaming, Hacksaw, Playson and Push Gaming. Both list slots and live casino, and CasinoGuru adds roulette, blackjack, baccarat and jackpots. CasinoGuru marks sports betting and eSports betting as not available. The Estonian promotions page advertises Pragmatic's Drops & Wins at €2,000,000 a month and a VIP programme with 16 levels.

Payments show the same gap between the two pictures. CasinoGuru's Estonian page lists 5 methods: Neteller, Skrill, Payz, Visa and Mastercard. AskGamblers lists more than 50, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay4Fun, and the profile data counts 42 currencies and 12 withdrawal methods. The short list is what CasinoGuru shows for the Estonian version.

161 complaints on CasinoGuru, 9 on AskGamblers

CasinoGuru records 161 complaints: 5 open, 51 resolved (32%) and 105 rejected (65%). The three most recent are a German withdrawal alleged delayed on 7 May 2026, the German confiscation above and an Irish player on 3 May 2026 whose first deposit bonus was denied after the account was flagged for bonus abuse. CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 8.0 in one record and 8.4 in the October 2026 data, tier High, with a user rating of Mixed from 67 reviews.

AskGamblers shows only 9 complaints, in one place 11, mostly about payments, with an average resolution of 2 days in one passage and 5 in another. Its cases: a €488 withdrawal held up by verification (Germany, resolved), a €1,005 withdrawal pending since 20 March 2025 (Germany, resolved) and a €70 missing deposit via Revolut (Sweden, rejected). The player rating is 9.2 out of 10 from 152 reviews, with 166 in the other record, and the CasinoRank is 7.

Trustpilot on 29 October 2026 shows 3.5 from 407 reviews, 47% five-star and 41% one-star; an earlier reading was 3.6 from 405. One reviewer on 26 October 2026 describes 15 free spins that won $1.80, where release needed a $72 deposit and $72 of wagering, 40 times the win. The casino replied that promotional offers can have different deposit and wagering requirements.

Support and responsible gambling tools

Both review sites report live chat around the clock. CasinoGuru lists Estonian, English, French, German and Italian for the Estonian version; AskGamblers lists 13 support languages, among them Czech, Polish, Greek, Hungarian and Vietnamese. On responsible gambling the sources disagree: AskGamblers finds deposit, wager, loss and time limits plus self-exclusion, with cool-off, reality check, self-assessment, withdrawal lock and a national register missing, while CasinoGuru finds none of its 10 tools. The Estonian terms mention a loss limit at registration and point to the Estonian national exclusion register.

Who it suits, who should skip it

The numbers favour a player who deposits small amounts, plays slots, uses an e-wallet and expects wins well under the €4,000 daily limit. Verification at €2,000 of cumulative deposits or withdrawals, 40x wagering and a €5 bet cap are manageable for someone who reads them before claiming a bonus.

It suits less a player who wins large and expects a quick payout, since €50,000 needs 3.3 weeks at the cap, or one who plays roulette with covering bets or switches bets around bonuses, because the anti-fraud list names those patterns. Anyone in a restricted country, among them the 7 AskGamblers names (Israel, Netherlands, Turkey, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Malta) and the 62 codes in the profile data, should not register. With 105 of 161 CasinoGuru complaints rejected, anyone who needs a dispute won should keep every chat and document.
