Our verdict

Boomerang is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Boomerang Casino publishes the same rulebook as Winrolla (terms version 1.12, 19 August 2026) with VIP levels named Wooden, Stone, Bronze, Silver and Golden: EUR 500 a day and EUR 7,000 a month at Wooden, up to EUR 5,000 a day and EUR 75,000 a month at Golden, 96 business hours of processing, a EUR 20 minimum monthly wagering floor and a EUR 5 monthly fee after 180 days idle. As at Winrolla, no operator company or licence number is printed anywhere on the site. The records of the review sites contradict each other: CasinoGuru shows a Safety Index of 9.0 in one copy and 5.5 in another, and complaints of 434 against 1.

What differs from Winrolla: five named levels, 22 currency tables and a longer track record

Boomerang uses the same terms as Winrolla, word for word in the money clauses. The EUR limits per transaction, per day and per month are identical to Winrolla's five levels, but here the levels have names: Wooden, Stone, Bronze, Silver and Golden. The currency tables are longer, with columns for BRL, INR, JPY, KRW, THB, ZAR, PEN, CLP, KZT and others, and the live casino rollover for Japan is x5 instead of x1 (clause 6.8). The brand is older: CasinoGuru gives 2020 as the founding year, and Trustpilot holds 829 reviews against Winrolla's 30 to 58.

A sister site, Posido, carries the same welcome offer of 100% up to EUR 500 plus 200 free spins.

No operator, no licence number, no named law

The terms, the about page and the footer name no company and no licence. The applicable law clause says disputes follow the applicable law without naming a country (14.1). AskGamblers lists the owner as Luxinero Group and mentions a Costa Rica licence, while one CasinoGuru copy says the casino has no licence and does not name the operator. A player can therefore not check a licence register, and the only route above the casino is its own committee at complaints@boomerang-casino.com.

35 excluded jurisdictions

Clause 2.3 bars residents of 35 places: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine, the UK, the USA, Cote d'Ivoire, the Netherlands Antilles, the Central African Republic, DR Congo, Cuba, Haiti, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan and Venezuela. The list can change without warning. Germany, Finland, Canada, Australia and Japan are not on it.

EUR 7,000 at Wooden, EUR 75,000 at Golden

Clause 6.11 sets limits per transaction, per day and per month. Wooden: EUR 500, EUR 500 and EUR 7,000. Stone: EUR 1,000, EUR 2,000 and EUR 25,000. Bronze: EUR 1,000, EUR 3,000 and EUR 30,000. Silver: EUR 1,500, EUR 4,000 and EUR 50,000. Golden: EUR 1,700, EUR 5,000 and EUR 75,000. The level depends on 90 days of activity and falls to Wooden after a month without bets (6.12). A EUR 30,000 win at Wooden takes about 4.3 months at the monthly cap, or 60 days at EUR 500 a day. At Golden the daily cap clears it in 6 days. Only 3 withdrawals can be pending (6.13).

The finance team takes up to 96 business hours, about 4 working days, per request and again after each previous payout, and it works from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday (6.15). AskGamblers shows EUR 500 per transaction and per day and 3 to 5 days for e-wallets, cards and bank, with a pending time of 1 to 5 days. The terms print no fee table, and the casino may pay by a different method than the one requested (6.10).

  • Wooden: EUR 500 a day, EUR 7,000 a month
  • Silver: EUR 4,000 a day, EUR 50,000 a month
  • Golden: EUR 5,000 a day, EUR 75,000 a month
  • Processing: 96 business hours, Monday to Friday

EUR 20 monthly floor, x1 rollover and 10% to 15% commission

A withdrawal can be declined if less than EUR 20 was wagered in the calendar month of the request (6.7). Deposits carry a x1 rollover; when bets are below the deposit the casino may cancel winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit, at least EUR 0.5, or 15% if the deposit came by card or bank transfer (6.8). On a EUR 300 deposit that is EUR 30 or EUR 45. For Japanese players the live casino rollover is x5.

Documents within 30 days; checks take about 10

Documents requested by the casino must be provided within 30 days, or payment can be withheld and the account closed (5.3). The casino says it usually verifies them within 10 days of a complete answer. Refund requests need documents within 30 days or the account is closed and funds forfeited (6.6.4), and refunds must be asked for within 24 hours (6.6.3).

EUR 5 a month from day 180, and balances voided on closure

An account with no login for 180 days can be charged EUR 5 a month, or the whole balance if it is below EUR 5 (6.18). Closing an account with a balance or pending withdrawal voids the money (3.7). Duplicate accounts per person, household, phone, email or IP lose their winnings (3.2). Equal-margin and hedge bets are banned (9.1), and for suspected breaches the casino may void winnings and confiscate the real-money balance (9.4).

Bonus rules: 10 days, 35x on the welcome offer and an EUR 80 free-spin cap

The homepage shows a casino welcome bonus of 100% up to EUR 500 plus 200 free spins, and a sports bonus of 100% up to EUR 100. AskGamblers lists wagering of 35x on bonus plus deposit and a minimum deposit of $20; the bonus page has the full terms. The general clauses say casino bonuses must be wagered within 10 days and sports bonuses within 30 (7.12). Slots count 100%, live games 10%, video poker 10%, Plinko 10% and table games 0% (7.7). Early withdrawal voids the bonus and winnings (7.13). Free-spin winnings from no-deposit offers are capped at EUR 80 with x40 wagering (7.15).

Self-exclusion by email only

The responsible gaming page is the same as at Sportaza and Winrolla: a request to support for a break or self-exclusion, with no limit or reality-check tools. AskGamblers likewise lists only self-exclusion and a self-assessment test.

Safety Index 9.0 or 5.5, and 434 complaints or 1

CasinoGuru's two records disagree. One shows a Safety Index of 9.0, Very high, 434 complaints (236 rejected, 167 resolved, 29 open, 2 unresolved), 114 providers and 47 payment methods. The other shows 5.5, Below average, with 1 complaint. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.1 to 7.2 and a player rating of 8.8 to 8.9 from 56 to 64 reviews, and Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 829 reviews. If the larger CasinoGuru record is right, 54% of complaints were rejected. No amounts are on file.

Who Boomerang suits and who should wait

Boomerang suits a player from outside the 35 excluded places who accepts an operator that is not named, wagers at least EUR 20 a month and can wait 4 working days per payout. It is a poor fit for someone who needs a licence register to check, who wants more than EUR 7,000 a month without climbing through the five levels, or who leaves money unused for 6 months.
