The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
DragonSlots publishes a withdrawal limit of €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week and €50,000 a month, with a €10 minimum deposit and a €10 minimum withdrawal. Its own terms, last updated on 5 August 2024, add a 3x deposit turnover before any withdrawal, a €10 monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity and a two-week deadline to finish verification. The outside record is mixed. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.7 but rates the terms unfair, AskGamblers shows a 9.4/10 player rating from 12 reviews and 1 complaint, and Trustpilot shows 2.5 from 103 reviews. The casino's own pages name no operator and no licence number.
Three owners named, no licence number on the casino's own pages
CasinoGuru lists TechSolutions Group N.V. as owner, Innovex B.V. as operator and a Curacao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/1769/1016, with the casino founded in 2024 and annual revenue above €5,000,000. AskGamblers names Innovex B.V. as owner and gives 2025 as the launch year, while its structured record names Lumora Digital Ltd and no licence number: three different owners for one site. The terms show 'Valid from 02.01.2021' and 'Last updated 05.08.2024', yet speak only of 'the Company'. No company name, registration number or licence appears on the casino's pages.
The domain dragonslots.com forwards visitors to dragonslots-1.com, and the deposit clause gives support@dragonslots1.com as the contact address. DragonSlots shares details with Granawin, which CasinoGuru also ties to TechSolutions Group N.V.: the same €500 wire minimum, €16 intermediary bank fee and €12.5 account-closure fee, and a live chat link to the same LiveChat account number, 9054575. For disputes, clause 18 sends the player to support and then to 'any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website'. No ADR body is named, and the casino's server logs are final in any game dispute.
€4,000 a day, €16,000 a week: how long a big win takes to leave
Clause 15 caps withdrawals at €4,000 per day, €16,000 per week and €50,000 per month, and says exceptions may be made for players with a higher VIP status. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. A €16,000 win therefore needs 4 days at the daily cap. A €50,000 win needs more than 3 weeks, because three weekly allotments come to €48,000 and the last €2,000 waits for a fourth. Amounts above a payment method's own limit are paid in instalments.
The minimum deposit is €10 and the minimum withdrawal is €10, but a wire transfer needs €500, so a €300 balance has to leave by another method. The terms say the casino takes no commission, yet intermediary banks may charge up to €16 on a transfer, and closing an account that still holds money costs €12.5 for the manual transfer. For vouchers such as Flexepin and for CoinsPaid crypto deposits, no deposit limit can be applied.
AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 1 to 5 days, bank transfers at 1 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 72 hours, which puts a bank payout at up to 10 days from request (72 hours plus 7 days). The terms say some options take up to 3 working days. Visa payouts are not supported for cards from the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia or Singapore.
- Daily: €4,000
- Weekly: €16,000
- Monthly: €50,000
15, 17 or 20 payment methods, and 34 currencies
The profile data names 15 methods for deposits and 15 for withdrawals, among them Visa, Apple Pay, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Cardano. CasinoGuru counts 20 methods in one record and 17 in its 15 October 2026 record, adding Neosurf, Flexepin, Jetonbank, MiFinity, CashtoCode and Solana. AskGamblers counts 15. Clause 3 accepts 34 currencies, among them EUR, USD, CAD, NOK, PLN, CHF and BRL; the internal currency is the euro, so a card payment in another currency may be debited slightly higher than shown.
Verification: ID, payment proof and address within two weeks
The FAQ says KYC is applied before any withdrawal and usually takes about 72 hours, while a deposit usually needs no verification. Clause 14 lists a photo of an ID document, a photo or screenshot of the payment system and a proof of address not older than 3 months (90 days). Further proof can be requested: a selfie with the ID, proof of wealth and proof of funds. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise the casino can demand a video verification, and a phone call or a live video call may be required.
The deadline matters most. A player who does not complete verification within two weeks has the account closed permanently and the winnings confiscated (clauses 12 and 14). The documents can be requested once a player reaches a certain sum of deposits or withdrawals, and the sum is not named. A €4,000 withdrawal request therefore has a 14-day window, and the FAQ's 72 hours is an estimate, not a promise. CasinoGuru's Canadian reviewer warns of unresponsive support, which would matter if a document is rejected.
€10 a month after 12 months, and the clauses that can empty a balance
Clause 17 treats an account as dormant after 12 consecutive months without a login. The casino may then charge €10 a month, or the whole balance if it is lower, until the balance is zero or the player returns. A €50 balance is gone 5 months after the account turns dormant.
Every deposit must be wagered 3 times in the casino, or once for sports, before a withdrawal can be requested (clause 4). A €200 deposit needs €600 of bets. If the bets since the last deposit are under 3x, the casino may charge the processing costs of the deposit and the withdrawal, and the security service may refuse a payout that does not match the bets placed at minimum odds of 1.1. Refund requests count only within 24 hours of the transaction.
The anti-fraud clause lists low-risk roulette, defined as covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers, bets on opposite outcomes and a bonus-to-wager ratio above 40%. Free spins claimed from a country that differs from the IP address lead to account termination and withheld winnings, and the casino may end an account without giving a reason. CasinoGuru flags the same area: rules that allow bonus winnings to be confiscated and low-risk play to be penalised.
55 restricted entries, and NetEnt jackpots blocked in 17 more countries
Clause 2 prohibits real-money play for 55 entries, among them the USA, the United Kingdom, France with its overseas territories, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Curacao. Germany, Italy, Austria, Poland, Canada, Australia and Brazil are not on the list. A breach means the casino cannot guarantee that payouts or refunds go through. Picking another country at registration is prohibited and can lead to withheld winnings and a permanently closed account.
Being off the list does not mean every product works. A NetEnt jackpot cannot be won from 17 countries, including Italy, Denmark, Australia and India, and a jackpot hit there is annulled. Canadians may not play NYX games. The terms say VPNs are not restricted but may cause game malfunctions.
The bonus in numbers: a €5 bet limit, a €10,000 cap and table games at 0%
The home page on 31 October 2026 advertises 460% up to €4,000, a bonus game and 700 free spins. The profile data and AskGamblers describe a four-step package of up to €5,250 and 650 spins, so the headline has changed or differs by region. The bonus terms set a €20 minimum deposit for deposit bonuses, where CasinoGuru and AskGamblers list €10, and 40x wagering without stating the base. AskGamblers reads it as deposit plus bonus. On a €20 deposit with a 225% match the balance is €65, and 40x is €2,600, which at the €5 maximum bet means at least 520 bets.
Slots count 100% and table games and live dealer games count nothing. No-deposit winnings are capped at €50, other bonus winnings at €10,000, and a case above that can take 14 working days to review. Exceeding the €5 bet can cost the winnings. The bonus page covers the offer itself.
116 providers, a sportsbook and one responsible gambling tool
CasinoGuru counts 116 game providers and 21 categories, among them slots, jackpots, crash games, live shows and eSports betting. AskGamblers counts 110 or more providers and a 50-level VIP programme, and the profile data counts 7000 or more games. A sportsbook with prematch and live betting sits in the same menu. CasinoGuru records 24/7 live chat.
The official responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion through live chat and lists no deposit, loss or wager limit. CasinoGuru lists three tools (time limit, self-exclusion, cool-off), AskGamblers only self-exclusion.
Safety Index 7.7, and 535 complaints in one record against none in another
CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.7, Above average, in one record and 7.1 in its 15 October 2026 record, finds no blacklist entry and rates the terms unfair. One record shows 535 complaints (16 open, 7 unresolved, 142 resolved, 370 rejected), the other shows 0. The same totals appear in the Granawin profile record, where they are labelled as 16 direct complaints and 535 including related casinos; the DragonSlots record makes no such split.
CasinoGuru's cases: a Portuguese player waiting for a withdrawal on 24 April 2026; a Hungarian player whose 890,000 Ft was confiscated over duplicate-account allegations on 6 March 2026, closed with the funds returned after the complaint; and an Australian player who raised an A$58,000 dispute after asking to end a cooling-off period early on 17 February 2026, closed for insufficient evidence. AskGamblers records one complaint, a €1,100 bank-transfer withdrawal delayed after Visa payouts failed and resolved once documents were sent, and scores the casino 7.4 in one record and 7.3 in the other.
Trustpilot shows 2.5 from 103 reviews in the earlier record and 2 stars from 104 in the October record. A review of 8 April 2026 says winnings were confiscated without a clear explanation, and one of 1 May 2026 says the VIP manager and email support never answered. One 5-star review of 27 April 2026 praises quick payouts.
Who DragonSlots suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player who deposits from €10, expects withdrawals under €4,000 a day, can supply an ID, a payment proof and an address document under 3 months old within 14 days, and needs no limit tools beyond self-exclusion. It also fits someone who clears bonuses on slots, which count 100%.
It is a poor fit for a player in any of the 55 restricted entries, for someone holding a €300 balance who wants a wire transfer, for a player who bets low-risk roulette or clears bonuses on table games, and for anyone who wants the operator and licence confirmed on the casino's own pages.
