How FreakyBillion got 2.5/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index3.2/10weight 60%
AskGamblers CasinoRank6.7/10weight 30%
Combined: 4.4/10, shown as 2.5/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for FreakyBillion, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
FreakyBillion is a 2024 casino run by Casiworx N.V. of Curacao, and its own terms (updated 04.08.2025) set hard figures: deposits up to €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 a day, a €30 minimum withdrawal, a monthly withdrawal ceiling of €6,000 to €15,000 depending on VIP level, and a €5 monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity. The outside record is thin. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 3.6 (Low) in one record and 3.2 (Very low) in a later one, shows no complaints, and AskGamblers has no complaints either, while Trustpilot has no profile. The licence line also needs care: clause 1.3 says licensed, the page footer says the application is in progress. This review sets the rules against what the review sites say.
Casiworx N.V., a licence number and a footer that says 'application in progress'
Clause 1.2 of the terms names Casiworx N.V., Curacao, registration 163922, as owner, and Xenith Limited Ltd. of Nicosia, Cyprus, registration HE 450395, as payment agent. Clause 1.3 states a licence, number OGL/2024/1278/0497. The footer of every page says something weaker: Casiworx N.V. has an application under that same number in progress with the Curacao Gaming Control Board. Both statements are on the official site, and they do not match. CasinoGuru lists the number as a licence from the Curacao Gaming Authority and dates the brand to 2024; AskGamblers says 2025 and names the Curacao Gaming Control Board.
The terms are governed by Curacao law with exclusive Curacao jurisdiction (clauses 22.1 and 22.2). The minimum age is 18, only one account per person and per IP address is allowed, and a second account closes all of them (2.6). The casino may close any account at its absolute discretion without giving a reason (2.9) and may change the terms at any time without notice (1.6). Clause 21.2 gives the casino the final decision on whether a breach happened, and clause 2.10 lets false registration data void winnings. The same operator number and licence number appear in the terms of RockstarWin, another Casiworx brand.
€15,000 a day in, €6,000 to €15,000 a month out
On the deposit side clause 5.4 allows €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 per day, so three maximum deposits fill a day. The minimum deposit is required by clause 5.1 but no amount is given in the terms; AskGamblers shows €20 for the bonuses. Deposits must come from a card or account in the player's own name (5.2).
Withdrawals start at €30 and anything lower is rejected (6.5). The monthly ceiling is not one number. Clause 6.9 says up to €15,000 and ties it to the loyalty level, and the VIP page lists €6,000 at level 1, rising by €1,000 per level, with €11,000 at level 6 and €13,000 at level 8, to €15,000 at level 10. A player who wins €30,000 at level 1 can take it out over 5 months; at level 10 it takes 2. Above the limit the casino may pay in instalments with no interest (6.10).
The processing aim is 1 to 3 business days after the documents are verified, and the casino must explain the delay if money takes more than 10 days (6.6). AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 48 hours and a pending period of 1 to 5 days, which puts an e-wallet payout between 1 and 7 days. It lists cards and bank transfers as not offered for withdrawal. The profile data of withdrawal methods shows 14, among them Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Interac and nine coins, and leaves out Visa, MasterCard and Paysafecard, which are deposit-only in that list.
Fees are a conflict inside the site. Clause 6.8 says the casino may charge processing fees, shown when the request is made, while the support FAQ says all transactions are free of charge.
- Deposit: €5,000 per transaction, €15,000 per day
- Withdrawal: €30 minimum, €6,000 to €15,000 a month by VIP level
- E-wallet payout per AskGamblers: 0 to 48 hours plus 1 to 5 days pending
- 17 deposit methods and 14 withdrawal methods in the profile data
Why the first withdrawal waits for documents
The terms say all accounts must be verified (4.1). To withdraw, the player sends a copy of an ID document and a utility bill no older than 3 months showing the registered name and address (4.2), by email to the support address (4.6). The KYC policy page adds a selfie with the ID, says the ID must not expire within the next 3 months and says a review takes up to 72 hours, with the verification mailbox staffed Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 18.00 (GMT+2). Add the 1 to 3 business days of processing and the paper timeline for a first payout is up to 3 days of review plus up to 3 business days, before any pending period.
The separate refund policy, updated 24.04.2024, allows a refund request within 24 hours of a transaction, or within 30 calendar days if another person used the account, and pays refunds in 7 to 14 working days. Until the review ends the status is 'In Progress' and the player can still play and deposit. Clause 6.7 also lets the casino demand a notarised ID, and clause 5.7 allows a request for proof of the source of funds at any moment, with account suspension possible if the player does not comply (5.9). Bonuses above €1,000 are only granted after verification (9.4). If the casino cannot verify the player, the account is blocked and deposited funds are returned, unless the law requires the casino to hold them (10.5).
The clauses that can cost money: €5 a month, 5x and forfeiture
An account counts as inactive after 12 consecutive months without a transaction, and the casino may charge €5 a month (3.1 and 3.2). Six months of that fee equals the €30 minimum withdrawal. Cashback sitting on an inactive account is cancelled (3.3).
The bonus terms cap withdrawals of winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins at 5 times the deposit. After a €20 deposit that is €100. The maximum bet with a bonus is €3, a bonus lasts 7 days, free spins must be activated within 24 hours, bonus winnings left unused for 30 days expire, and only one deposit bonus can be claimed per day. Playing two games at once or using several devices with an active bonus can forfeit the winnings.
Forfeiture clauses cover playing from a restricted country (8.3, with funds already withdrawn to be returned on demand), suspected fraud or laundering (6.11), false registration data (10.7) and prohibited practices such as bonus abuse (16.5). A complaint must be filed within 6 months (14.1), is acknowledged within one week, and the casino aims to resolve it in 4 weeks, extendable by 4 more. Outside arbitration is only open for claims above €5,000 or responsible-gaming complaints (14.8), and the Curacao Gaming Authority says it does not decide individual player disputes (14.10). A full year of that fee is €60.
Who is excluded: the official country lists
The legal-use page names the United States and its territories, the Kingdom of the Netherlands including Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten, Ontario, France, the United Kingdom, Australia and Spain, plus sanctioned and FATF-listed jurisdictions such as Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Lebanon and Mali. A second list on the same page, tied to payment providers, runs to 34 entries and adds among others Algeria, Egypt, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, China, the UAE and Japan. The bonus terms add that no-deposit bonuses are closed to Poland and deposit bonuses to Argentina and Mexico.
81 publishers, 14,238 listed games and a 20% rakeback
The providers page lists 81 publishers whose game counts add up to 14,238, with one publisher alone at 1,055. The support FAQ makes a different claim: more than 9,000 slots and more than 80 providers, with live dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. CasinoGuru notes that not every provider is available in every country.
The site also runs a rakeback of 20% daily, 20% on live games, collected with a button every 30 minutes and tied to the VIP level. It needs a first deposit and does not accumulate while a bonus is active. The VIP ladder has 10 levels from Freaky Starter to Freaky Billionaire, a listed reward share that rises from 20% at level 1 to 30% at level 10, level-up free spins from 50 at level 2 through 250 spins at level 6, 400 spins at level 7, 600 spins at level 8 and 800 spins at level 9 to 1,000 at level 10 and 100,000 points needed for the top level. Some game tiles on the homepage show maximum-win multipliers, the highest shown being 27,000x. The coin rate is 1 coin per €1,000 wagered at level 1, falling to €500 per coin at level 10. Divided over 81 publishers, 14,238 games is an average of 175.8 per publisher, the largest publisher's 1,055 is 7.4% of the catalogue, and the listed total is 58.2% above the FAQ's 9,000 slots. The level-up free spins from level 2 to level 10 add up to 3,425 spins.
The €3,000 welcome package, in short
The homepage advertises a welcome package of €3,000 and 300 free spins, and calls it a 500% bonus. AskGamblers splits it over four deposits: 100% up to €200 with 100 spins, 100% up to €500 with 100 spins, 100% up to €800 with 100 spins and 200% up to €1,500, which adds up to €3,000 and 300 spins. It lists 45x wagering on bonus plus deposit and a Wednesday reload of 60% up to €200 with 50 spins. On a €200 deposit with a €200 bonus that is €18,000 of bets, or 6,000 bets at the €3 limit. The promotions page also shows a Spooky Halloween offer of 250% up to €1,666 with 166 spins and a Halloween jackpot with a €25,000 prize pool. The bonus page covers the details. The referral scheme pays a friend €10 and the referrer €100 once the friend has passed KYC, deposited €30 and placed bets of 3 times the deposit, which is €90.
A Safety Index of 3.6 or 3.2, no complaints, no Trustpilot page
CasinoGuru's May 2026 record shows a Safety Index of 3.6 (Low); the October 2026 check shows 3.2 (Very low). CasinoGuru rates the terms as fair, has found no unfair clauses, has no complaints on file and no blacklist entry. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.7, a player rating of 7 and 0 complaints. Trustpilot has no profile for the domain.
Support is live chat and email. CasinoGuru lists seven support languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) and notes live chat is mostly available only after registration. On responsible gambling, AskGamblers finds wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and finds no deposit limit, cool-off, reality check or national register. The site's page lists wagering, loss, session, time alert and game limits, and clause 12.11 makes any restriction effective only once support confirms it in writing.
Who this casino suits
It suits a player who wants crypto or e-wallet payments, accepts that level 1 means a €6,000 monthly withdrawal ceiling, and is happy to hand over ID, a utility bill and possibly a selfie before the first payout. It suits a player who wants a 14,238-game catalogue and rakeback and does not need a long public complaint history to feel comfortable.
It does not suit a player from any listed country, a player who wants card or bank-transfer withdrawals (listed as not offered), a player who expects to withdraw more than €6,000 a month at the start, or anyone who wants a licence stated without qualification: the terms say licensed, the footer says application in progress, and CasinoGuru's Safety Index sits at 3.6 at best.
