How IntellectBet got 2.3/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index2.3/10weight 60%
  • AskGamblers CasinoRank7.1/10weight 30%

Combined: 3.9/10, shown as 2.3/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for IntellectBet, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

IntellectBet's own terms, updated on 5 October 2026, name 3-102-945845 SRL of Costa Rica and an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202511035-FI2, while CasinoGuru and AskGamblers still file it under Casiworx N.V. and a Curacao licence. The rulebook is specific: deposits up to €5,000 each and €15,000 a day, payouts capped from €6,000 to €15,000 a month by VIP level, a €30 minimum withdrawal, verification of up to 72 hours before any payout, and a €5 monthly fee after 12 idle months. CasinoGuru rates safety at 2.9 in its May data and 2.3 on 15 October, both Very low, and counts 20 complaints in one record and 2 in the other. AskGamblers gives 7.1. This review sets the rules against those records.

3-102-945845 SRL, Anjouan licence ALSI-202511035-FI2

Clause 1.2 of the terms says IntellectBet belongs to 3-102-945845 SRL, registered in Jaco, Costa Rica, with a payment agent, AUROX TECHNOLOGIES LTD of Nicosia, Cyprus (registration HE 483684). Clause 1.3 and the footer give the licence ALSI-202511035-FI2, issued by the government of the island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The terms are governed by Anjouan law (22.1), and clause 14.10 states that Anjouan Gaming does not decide player complaints or act as an escalation body.

CasinoGuru and AskGamblers describe a different set-up. CasinoGuru lists Casiworx N.V., Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1278/0497, a 2024 launch, estimated revenue under €1,000,000, and says the operator manages 10 associated casinos. AskGamblers names Casiworx N.V. and the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The two versions cannot both be current, and the live terms carry the later date. The affiliate programme in the footer still points to casiworx.partners, and the sister site SlotoRush keeps the Casiworx wording in the body of its terms.

€5,000 in, €6,000 to €15,000 out

Clause 5.4 sets the deposit limit at €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 per day. The way out is much narrower. The minimum withdrawal is €30 (6.5), and the monthly maximum depends on the VIP level: €6,000 at level 1, rising by €1,000 per level to €15,000 at level 10 (clauses 6.9 and 7.2, VIP page). A player at level 1 who wins €24,000 gets paid over 4 months. At level 10, the same win takes 2 months (€15,000 plus €9,000). Clause 6.10 allows instalments above the limit with no interest, and clause 7.2 adds a maximum daily winnings amount, which is not published; once it is reached no further winnings are credited that day. AskGamblers and the profile data show a different limit, €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, so the sources disagree.

The support page says all transactions are free of charge, and AskGamblers calls payments fee-free; clause 6.8 says withdrawal fees may be charged and shown at the time of the request. Aim: 1 to 3 business days after documents are verified, and a player is told the reason if money has not arrived after 10 days (6.6). AskGamblers gives e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, cards 0 to 72 hours, pending time 1 to 5 days and no bank transfer. The profile data lists 18 deposit methods, among them Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Interac and nine coins from Bitcoin to USD Coin, and 14 withdrawal methods; CasinoGuru counts 22. The registration form offers 11 currencies, including HUF, the Mexican peso, the South African rand and the Australian dollar, whereas the profile data lists 9. A deposit not tied to a bonus must be wagered once before it can leave (6.11).

Up to 72 hours of checks, and no withdrawal while the status says In Progress

The KYC page makes full verification compulsory when a player requests a withdrawal. It asks for an ID document, and if needed a selfie holding it, plus a bank statement or utility bill. The ID must not expire within the next 3 months and the proof of address must be less than 3 months old. Documents go to kyc@intellectbet.com, staffed Monday to Friday 9.00 to 18.00 (GMT+2), and verification takes up to 72 hours from receipt. In the "In Progress" status a player may play and deposit but not withdraw. Clause 6.7 lets the company demand a notarised ID, and clause 5.7 lets it ask for source-of-funds evidence at any moment.

Put the clocks together: up to 3 days of verification, then up to 3 business days of processing, then up to a day on an e-wallet, a week or more in the slow case before a first payout. The record shows what delays look like in practice. CasinoGuru lists a German complaint for €100 from 12 December 2025, a withdrawal held up over ID issues despite a valid document, with the verdict "no reaction"; a Brazilian complaint for R$600 from 5 September 2024 about a withdrawal pending since then, closed after the player stopped responding; and an Austrian complaint for €28 from 22 August 2024 about a missing Ethereum deposit, credited after documentation was sent. A Brazilian player's pending withdrawal of R$600 on 5 September 2024 ended with the player not responding, and the German €100 case from 12 December 2025 involved a KYC rejection despite a valid ID.

Ten VIP levels set the payout ceiling

The VIP page gives the numbers behind the monthly limit. Points come from stakes, and the coin rate improves from 1 coin per €1,000 wagered at level 1 to 1 coin per €500 at level 10. Level-up spins start at 50 spins for level 2 and reach 1,000 spins at level 10, and a personal manager is attached from level 7.

  • Level 1, "Pawn Puzzler": 0 points, 20% reward, €6,000 a month
  • Level 4, "Bishop Buff": 2,500 points, 23% reward, €9,000 a month, 100 spins on level-up
  • Level 7, "Queen Quizzical": 15,000 points, 26% reward, €12,000 a month, 400 spins, personal manager
  • Level 10, "King Genius": 100,000 points, 30% reward, €15,000 a month, 1,000 spins

€3 maximum bet, 5x deposit cap and a 30-day expiry

The bonus terms are short and strict. The maximum bet with a bonus is €3, and bonus buys and doubled bets count towards it. Winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins are capped at 5x the deposit, so a €200 deposit caps them at €1,000. A bonus is valid for 7 days, free spins must be activated within 24 hours, and bonus winnings not used within 30 days of crediting expire. Only one deposit bonus can be claimed per day and one bonus is allowed per person, address, email, IP, phone, card, e-wallet or device. Playing two games at once with an active bonus can void the bonus and the winnings. Clause 9.1 withholds bonuses from shared connections such as households, universities, libraries, cafes and workplaces. Self-exclusion removes every active, inactive or pending bonus.

The homepage advertises €3,000 plus 300 free spins. The current promotions list shows 100% up to €200 plus 100 spins on the first deposit, a Weekend Reload of 100% up to €1,000, a Wednesday Reload of 100% up to €500 plus 150 spins, a Friday Match of 102% up to €300 and a Halloween offer of 250% up to €1,666 plus 166 spins. AskGamblers lists the older steps with a €20 minimum and 45x on deposit plus bonus; the official page does not state a multiplier. The bonus page has the details.

Other clauses that cost money

An account is inactive after 12 months without a transaction, and the company may charge €5 a month; a €40 balance would last 8 months. Cashback on an inactive account is cancelled (3.3). The company can close any account without giving a reason (2.9). Winnings made during a prohibited practice are forfeited and withdrawn funds must be returned (16.5), and if the security team cannot verify an account and suspects fraud, winnings may be voided (16.6).

Complaints must be filed within 6 months. The company acknowledges them within 1 week (2 business days for responsible gambling complaints) and aims to settle within 4 weeks, extendable by another 4. Independent arbitration through EGIS is open only when the disputed value is above €5,000 or the complaint concerns responsible gambling, so a €300 dispute has no ADR route under the terms. Counted over a year, the level 1 monthly limit of €6,000 allows €72,000 out and the level 10 limit of €15,000 allows €180,000.

Where it cannot be played

The Lawful use page, updated on 5 October 2026, bars registration from Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, UN- and FATF-listed jurisdictions (Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Lebanon, Mali) and anything else designated by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. A second list, for payment networks, includes Afghanistan, Algeria, Cambodia, Egypt, Qatar, Russia, Ukraine, Vietnam, Singapore, Turkey, China, the UAE and Japan. The registration form offers 171 countries and omits Brazil, Italy, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine but still lists Australia, which the legal page bans. No-deposit bonuses are closed to Poland, and deposit bonuses to Argentina and Mexico. CasinoGuru's cons include many restricted countries.

9,000 slots, 80+ providers and a €2,000,000 monthly pool

The support FAQ claims more than 9,000 slots and 80 or more providers, with live tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. CasinoGuru counts 85 providers and AskGamblers 46, so the figure depends on who counts. The homepage runs a Drops & Wins pool of €2,000,000 a month, the SpinoLeague 2026 with €12,000,000 in prizes, two races (Most Bets, with 2,000 or more free spins, and Most Games) and rakeback of up to 30% paid every 30 minutes, 20% on live games. There is no mobile app, according to AskGamblers.

Live chat is called 24/7 by AskGamblers, but CasinoGuru says it is mostly available after registration and in English only. The responsible gambling page lists wagering limits per day, week and month, loss limit, session limit, time alert, game limit and self-exclusion, and suggests a 7-day suspension. AskGamblers counts 7 of 10 tools; CasinoGuru's record found none.

Safety Index 2.9, then 2.3, and an AskGamblers 7.1

CasinoGuru rates the terms fair and finds no blacklist entry, yet the Safety Index is Very low: 2.9 in the May record and 2.3 on 15 October. Its editorial points to withheld-winnings complaints that are numerous for a casino of this size. The May record counts 20 complaints, 7 resolved and 7 rejected; the October record counts 2. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.1, one player review (8 out of 10) and one complaint, a withdrawal held for 5 days that ended resolved. Another CasinoGuru case is a Brazilian player's R$600 withdrawal left pending on 5 September 2024, closed when the player stopped responding. Trustpilot has no profile for intellectbet.com.

Who it suits, who should skip it

It suits a player who stays under the €6,000 monthly ceiling, uploads an ID and a utility bill under 3 months old before the first withdrawal, and keeps bonus bets at €3 or below. It also suits someone who values a published VIP table, since the withdrawal ceiling for each of the 10 levels is on the page.

It is a poor match for anyone who wants an operator and regulator the review sites can confirm, a player who may need an independent route for a dispute under €5,000, a winner who would rather be paid €24,000 in a month than in four, and any resident of the listed countries.
