1x wagering, the 10% commission and the 25% risk-free penalty

A deposit has to be wagered once in casino games or sports bets before withdrawal. If it is not, the casino may cancel the withdrawal or deduct 10% as a processing commission. Bonus bets do not count, and wins in instant games count only at odds of 1.3 or higher. A deposit with less than 5% left at the next deposit counts as lost and needs no wagering. On a EUR 500 deposit withdrawn after EUR 100 of play, 10% is EUR 50.

A risk-free strategy, such as betting red and black at once on roulette, lets the casino raise the requirement to 3 times the deposit, count only slots, or hold back up to 25% of the payout. On EUR 500 that is EUR 125.

Betting after a request cancels it

A withdrawal request does not leave the balance at once. It stays there until it is passed to the payment system. If the player keeps betting and the free balance is too small, the system takes the stake from the pending amount and cancels requests one by one, newest first. Cancelled requests are removed from the queue and cannot be restored. The terms advise players not to bet until the payout is being processed.

Documents within 10 days, and thresholds at EUR 1,250, 2,000 and 10,000

Identification can be required once a payout reaches EUR 1,250, once total deposits pass EUR 2,000, and a source of funds proof can be required above EUR 10,000 in deposits. Documents must arrive within 10 days of the request, and the casino typically takes up to 10 days after receiving a complete set.
