How we rate casinos: the full method

Lucky Ones is a 2024 Curacao casino run by Just Entertainment B.V. under licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and its own terms are specific about money: withdrawals are capped at €4,000 a day, €8,000 a week and €30,000 a month, profit above USD 50,000 in one day may be voided, and a balance sitting idle for 120 days loses €10 a month. Twenty-six countries are on its restricted list, including Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Poland and the UK. CasinoGuru rates it 3.3, Very low, and AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.2. This review reads the official terms, payments page and responsible gaming page against what the review sites record.

Just Entertainment B.V., Willemstad, and a licence number that two sources describe differently

Clause 1.1 of the terms names Just Entertainment B.V., registered under No. 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, and states licence OGL/2024/164/0246 from the Curacao Gaming Authority. The page footer repeats both. CasinoGuru agrees on the operator and the year 2024, places the casino in its medium-sized group with revenue above €5,000,000, but says the licence number is not specified. AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board and a company called DAMA N.V. Casinos, which does not match the terms. The terms carry the header Last Update 20.01.2024, Version 2.3, next to a licence number with the year 2024; both are shown here as written.

Disputes go to arbitration in Curacao only (clause 11.2), a claim must be filed within 1 year of the event (1.5), and the English version prevails over translations (1.4). The first step is a complaint through customer support (11.1).

€4,000 a day, €8,000 a week, €30,000 a month: what a big win looks like

Clause 9.4 sets the maximum withdrawal per UTC calendar day, week and month: €4,000, €8,000 and €30,000 (USD and CHF are the same figures; CAD, AUD and NZD get 6,000, 12,000 and 42,000 or 48,000 a month; NOK 40,000, 80,000 and 300,000). A €20,000 balance cannot leave in 5 days at €4,000, because the weekly ceiling of €8,000 allows only 8,000 + 8,000 + 4,000, so it takes parts of 3 calendar weeks. A €40,000 balance hits the €30,000 monthly ceiling and needs a second month. Amounts above the limits are paid in instalments or returned to the balance (9.7), and VIP or promotion terms may differ (9.9).

A second rule sits above the withdrawal caps. Clause 9.8 limits cumulative daily profit to USD 50,000, and the excess, including profit carried into later days, may be voided entirely. On a USD 80,000 single-day result, USD 30,000 would be exposed. CasinoGuru lists this daily limit as a con and cites a case where a 42,000 withdrawal was capped at 5,000 after wagering was met, about 88% of the amount unpaid.

  • Withdrawal ceiling: €4,000 per day, €8,000 per week, €30,000 per month
  • Daily profit ceiling: USD 50,000, excess may be voided
  • Instalments or return to balance above the limit
  • Separate payment-method limits may apply on top (9.13)

Eleven ordinary routes, ten coins, and no deposit limits for crypto

The official payments page lists card, Paysafe, Skrill, bank transfer, Mifinity, Neteller, Jeton, Neosurf, MuchBetter, Interac and SkrillQCO, 11 routes in all, plus ten coins through a crypto processor: BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, USDT, ADA, TRX and BNB. All are shown as free and instant. Minimum deposit is €20 (Interac €30, AUD 30, NOK 200, ZAR 400); the maximum is €4,000 for cards, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer and Interac, €2,500 for Mifinity and €10,000 for Paysafe, Jeton, Neosurf, MuchBetter and SkrillQCO. Crypto has no maximum. The page lists 18 currencies: 8 fiat (EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, ZAR, CHF) and 10 crypto.

Two clauses matter before paying in. Every deposit carries a 3x wagering requirement before the funds tied to it can be withdrawn (8.3), so a €200 deposit needs €600 of bets, and a withdrawal containing non-wagered funds may be refused or charged a fee. And deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits (8.4), which matters for anyone who relies on a self-set cap. Deposits must come from a payment method in the account holder's own name (8.5).

AskGamblers puts the minimum withdrawal at €20, with no fees, e-wallets in 0 to 72 hours and bank or card in 1 to 7 days, plus a pending period of 0 to 24 hours. A bank payout can therefore take up to 8 calendar days. The withdrawal tab of the payments page was not available, so method-by-method withdrawal limits are not stated here.

Verification can come at any time, and silence voids winnings

Clause 7.1 lets the casino ask for verification at any point, and 7.3 allows more checks even after earlier ones passed, including documents of higher quality. If the player does not respond, uploads nothing or refuses, the account may be treated as unverifiable: suspended, with all winnings and bonuses voided and funds withheld (7.5). Withdrawals can be held for as long as reviews take (9.3). The clauses cited here give no number of days.

Casino.org reports about 24 hours for the process, with photo ID, proof of the payment method and a utility bill, and video verification as a fallback. Trustpilot reviews from 25 and 26 April 2026 describe KYC asking for cards the player does not own.

120 days of silence, a €10 fee and 26 restricted countries

An account is dormant after 120 days with no login or transaction, and while the balance is positive a fee of €10 a month may be debited from the start of the month after dormancy begins (clause 6.10). A balance of €50 lasts 5 months of fees, so it is gone roughly 9 months after the last activity.

The other money clauses are broad. The casino may suspend, restrict or close an account at any time without prior notice and may limit what it says about the reason, withholding or voiding funds, bonuses and winnings if it finds a breach (6.12). Mistaken credits can be voided and reclaimed from any account later (6.11), and the player must report an incorrect credit within 24 hours (10.5). Clause 10.7 allows the casino to refuse to disclose, or even deny, limits and security checks on an account, and 10.9 lets it withhold the findings. In the sportsbook, bets may be voided or re-settled even after payout on price or feed errors (5.2), and maximum stake and win per bet are at the casino's discretion (5.7). CasinoGuru rates the terms Mostly fair but records 5 issues, naming bonus-hunting and betting-strategy restrictions.

Clause 3.3 bars deposits and real-money play from the USA, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Belarus, North Korea, China, Belgium, Portugal, Bulgaria, Curacao, Cyprus, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Ireland, Israel, Jersey, Taiwan and Russia, 26 in all. If a payment gets through from such a country, no refund is guaranteed (3.2). The bonus terms add a separate list where bonuses are unavailable: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus and Ukraine, with proof of residence possible. Germany, Italy, France, Poland and Spain are all on the restricted list, while the complaints CasinoGuru records come from Australia and Austria, neither on the list.

A €20,000 headline in short

The home page advertises up to 20,000 EUR or USD plus 500 free spins over four deposits, starting with 150% up to 3,000 and 200 spins. The official bonus terms, updated 25.07.2024, set 40x on bonus and free-spin winnings, 7 days, a maximum bet of 5 USD or EUR, and a cap of 5,000 on winnings from deposit bonuses, a quarter of the headline. Two clauses belong here because they affect the account: the terms list eight bonus-abuse behaviours, including cutting the stake by more than 80% after a large win, and the loyalty scheme pays one point per €25 wagered on slots, per €100 on roulette and per €250 on blackjack, with exchange from 1,000 points.

Games, support and the responsible gaming page

CasinoGuru counts 140 game providers, AskGamblers 80 or more, and sites quote game totals from 14,000 to 16,200, so no single number is safe. Casino.org notes there is no demo mode. CasinoGuru lists 24/7 live chat in English, French, German, Arabic and Norwegian, but says chat is mostly available after registration, and AskGamblers reports AI-style replies.

The responsible gaming page, updated 26.02.2024, says playing and deposit limits and self-exclusion are activated by contacting live chat, and links to four outside help sites. CasinoGuru records deposit, wager, loss and time limits plus self-exclusion; AskGamblers records only self-exclusion. A reader who wants a limit has to ask support, and crypto deposits cannot be limited at all.

38 complaints or 204: what CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot show

CasinoGuru's October 2026 data shows 38 complaints: 3 open, 2 unresolved, 11 resolved and 22 rejected, so 58% rejected. An earlier record from May 2026 shows 204 (6 open, 5 unresolved, 65 resolved, 128 rejected, 63% rejected); the counts differ by date and are shown as both. Three cases stand out: a deposit not credited (Australia, 29 April 2026), an account closed with profits withheld (Austria, 10 March 2026) and an A$3,200 complaint on USD 5,000 winnings voided for an alleged maximum-bet breach, rejected as unjustified (Australia, 28 November 2025).

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.2 (6.3 in an earlier record), a player rating of 4.3 from 6 reviews and 4 complaints, 2 of them resolved, with an average response of 3 days. Trustpilot shows 3.9 from 1,100 reviews in the May profile data and 3.5 from 1,116 in October. Sample reviews describe a refused withdrawal over a bonus the player says was declined, and lost winnings near the end of wagering.

Who this casino suits, and who should walk away

The terms suit a player who deposits from the €20 minimum, uses an e-wallet or crypto, lives in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway or Austria (none on the restricted list), and expects wins well under €8,000 a week. For that player the published limits are clear and fees are zero. It suits worse a player aiming for a large win: €30,000 a month and USD 50,000 a day are hard ceilings, and CasinoGuru's 42,000-to-5,000 case shows what a capped bonus does. It also suits worse anyone in the 26 restricted countries, anyone who needs a hard deposit limit on crypto, and anyone who plays rarely, because 120 days of silence starts a €10 monthly charge. With a Very low 3.3 from CasinoGuru and 58% of its complaints rejected, treat any balance above what you could lose as exposed.
