Inside PlayAmo

PlayAmo is a 2016 casino whose current terms, last updated 11 May 2026, set out hard numbers: withdrawals capped at €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week and €50,000 a month, a €25 monthly fee after 12 idle months, a 3x wagering rule on every deposit, and a restricted list of 227 countries. The sources disagree on who runs it: the terms name Saphirix Solutions SRL, the about page still names Novatrix SRL, and AskGamblers names DAMA N.V. CasinoGuru records 564 complaints against a Safety Index of 8.7. This review reads the terms, payments page and KYC policy, then sets them against those review sites.
Saphirix on the terms, Novatrix on the about page
Clause 1.1 of the terms names Saphirix Solutions SRL, Costa Rica, registration 3-102-933997, as owner and operator, under licence no. 0000091 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The footer of every page repeats this. The about page still says the site is run by Novatrix SRL, registration 3-102-893958, licence no. 0000002 from the same commission. CasinoGuru also lists Novatrix SRL, with two licences: Comoros (AOFA) number ALSI-202508056-FI2 and New Brunswick (TGC) number 0000002. AskGamblers names a third company, DAMA N.V. Casinos, under the Curacao Gaming Control Board.
So four sources give three operators and three regulators for a casino that CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date to 2016. The terms add that English prevails (1.5), the minimum age is 18 (2.2), disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica (17) and the independent dispute body is EGIS, which works under Tobique rules (15.5). The terms also list the Canadian province of New Brunswick as restricted, the same province named in CasinoGuru's licence line.
€4,000 a day, €16,000 a week, €50,000 a month
Clause 11.8 sets rolling withdrawal limits of €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week (the previous 7 days including today) and €50,000 a month (the previous 30 days). The same figures apply as $4,000, $16,000 and $50,000, or 4,000, 16,000 and 50,000 in CAD, AUD and NZD. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count. A €10,000 win takes three payout days: €4,000, €4,000 and €2,000. A €20,000 win is slower than the daily limit suggests: four days reach the €16,000 weekly cap, and under the rolling wording the last €4,000 can be requested on day 8 at the earliest.
The payments page adds per-transaction ceilings. Withdrawals top out at €4,000 on cards, e-wallets, Neosurf, Rapid Transfer, Interac (4,000 CAD) and bank transfer, at €250 on Paysafecard, and at the equivalent of €4,000 in crypto. Minimums are $/€10 for cards and e-wallets, 30 CAD for Interac e-Transfer and €500 for bank transfer, so a player holding €300 cannot use the bank route at all. Deposits start at $10/€20 and run to €4,000 by card, €10,000 on one e-wallet row and €1,000 by Paysafecard. Crypto deposits have no stated ceiling (clause 10.5), yet crypto payouts are capped at €4,000 equivalent.
- Daily, weekly, monthly withdrawal: €4,000 / €16,000 / €50,000
- Bank transfer withdrawal: €500 minimum, €4,000 maximum, 1 to 5 banking days
- Paysafecard withdrawal: €250 maximum
- Deposit by card: $10/€20 minimum, €4,000 maximum
Instant on one page, 72 hours on another, 30 working days for KYC
The payments page says the casino aims to pay within up to 12 hours and marks e-wallets, Neosurf, Paysafecard, Rapid Transfer and crypto as instant, cards and Interac as 1 to 3 banking days and bank transfer as 1 to 5 banking days. Clause 11.6 of the terms says 72 hours from approval, and clause 11.10 says bank transfers take 3 business days. AskGamblers lists e-wallets and crypto at 0 to 1 hours, cards at 1 to 5 days, bank at 1 to 7 days and a pending time of 0 to 12 hours, which puts a bank payout at up to 7.5 days.
Verification is the larger variable. The KYC policy says documents can be considered for up to 30 working days after the last requested document arrives, which is six calendar weeks. Under clause 8.5 withdrawals stay pending until verification is complete, and if the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of the withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video verification is required (9.4), and failing to comply leads to closure and forfeiture of funds.
€25 a month after 12 idle months, and the clauses around it
An account is inactive after 12 months with no login or gameplay, and the casino may then charge €25 a month, or the entire balance if it is under €25 (12.1). A €100 balance would be gone after four monthly deductions, 16 months after the last activity. Logging in and placing a wager stops the fee (12.2). Every deposit must also be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn (9.6): a €20 deposit means €60 of bets, and the casino may charge a fee or refuse the withdrawal if the turnover is missing.
Winnings can be taken away in several places. VPN use to get around geo restrictions may lead to confiscation (3.2). Accounts sharing an address, household, IP or device count as duplicates, with winnings confiscated and pending withdrawals cancelled (8.2). The bonus-abuse list in 9.3 includes keeping a deposits-to-bonus ratio above 50% and cutting stakes after a large win. No-deposit winnings are capped at €50 (11.7). A mistaken credit stays the casino's property and becomes a debt if already withdrawn (7.5). Claims lapse after one year (13), refund requests must come within 24 hours (14.1), server logs are final (15.3) and only the account holder may complain (15.2).
227 restricted countries, from Poland to Costa Rica
Clause 2.4 lists 227 countries and territories where real-money play is prohibited, and says violators get no refund or withdrawal. It includes Poland, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Japan, India, Sweden, Estonia, Curacao and Costa Rica, the operator's own country. In Canada only New Brunswick and Ontario are excluded. Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Norway, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Denmark do not appear on the list. Sweden appears twice: it is on the restricted list, and clause 2.5 separately denies Swedish players bonuses, promotions, VIP and loyalty exchanges.
Game access is narrower again. NetEnt is barred in 19 named countries, among them Italy, Portugal, Switzerland and Denmark, and Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play are unavailable in Sweden (3.3 and 3.4). A player in a country the casino accepts can still lack some of the 142 providers CasinoGuru counts.
142 providers or 90, 3,500 games or 2,000
The about page claims more than 3,500 games, while the profile data says 2,000 plus. CasinoGuru counts 142 game providers and AskGamblers 90 or more. CasinoGuru shows live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, bingo and dice, crash games, and betting with eSports betting; AskGamblers marks baccarat and craps as not available, a direct conflict. The homepage names Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Dynabit Gaming, Felix Gaming, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, 3 Oaks and NetGame, and promotes a Drops & Wins prize pool of €25,000,000 and a Lucky Spin worth up to 200,000. Support is 24/7 according to CasinoGuru and AskGamblers.
Four welcome offers in four places
The homepage advertises a welcome package of 3,500 €/$ plus 150 free spins. CasinoGuru lists 100% up to €1,000 with 100 spins and 50% up to €750 with 50 spins. AskGamblers lists 100% up to €100 with 100 spins, minimum €20, wagered 50x on the bonus. The profile data says 100% up to €100 plus 100 spins and a 50% second deposit. The bonus page has the current terms; the one clause worth knowing here is that bonus wins from a no-deposit offer stop at €50.
Safety Index 8.7 against 7.1, 564 complaints against 109
CasinoGuru's record in the record gives a Safety Index of 8.7, High, calls the terms unfair, finds no blacklist and shows an Excellent user rating from 57 reviews. It counts 564 complaints: 146 resolved, 392 rejected, 10 unresolved and 16 opened. A second CasinoGuru capture from 15 October 2026 shows 7.1, Above average, and 7 complaints; the two do not agree and they are not reconciled here. AskGamblers scores the casino 6.2 in one capture and 6.5 in another, with a player rating of 8.3 from 361 reviews or 8.4 from 394, and 109 complaints of which 98 are resolved.
CasinoGuru's cases show where the rules bite. A player in Alberta had a closure request ignored in a case involving C$14,160, and the casino agreed to a full refund (24 March 2026). An Australian seven-year member's account was closed and A$35,000 confiscated on an accusation of duplicate accounts made without evidence, still unresolved on 17 March 2026. A player in British Columbia waited under two weeks for a withdrawal on 26 April 2026. AskGamblers records a $3,000 withdrawal rejected over ID after an earlier payout, resolved. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 297 reviews in one file and 3.9 from 302 in another; one 1-star review from 5 April 2026 says documents were sent about 20 times.
Who PlayAmo suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player who withdraws under €4,000 at a time, can wait for a verification that may last up to 30 working days, plays regularly enough to avoid the 12-month inactivity clause and lives in a country outside the 227 listed. Responsible gambling tools are set out in a policy dated 1 July 2026: deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion through support; crypto deposits are outside deposit limits and cooling-off. AskGamblers lists no time limit, CasinoGuru does, so check the account settings.
It is a weaker fit for a player expecting one clear operator name, for anyone planning a single win above €16,000 who needs it within a week, for those who deposit by crypto and want self-set limits, and for a player whose address, IP or device matches another account in the household.
