Casiworx N.V., and a licence that is both granted and pending

The terms and conditions (updated 04.08.2025) say the site belongs to Casiworx N.V., a Curacao company at Groot Kwartierweg 10 with registration number 163922. Payments are handled by Xenith Limited, a Cyprus company with registration number HE 450395. Clause 1.3 of the terms states that Casiworx is licensed under number OGL/2024/1278/0497.

The footer on the VIP and KYC pages words the same number differently: Casiworx N.V. "has an application (OGL/2024/1278/0497) for a gaming license in progress with the Curacao Gaming Control Board". A granted licence and an application in progress are not the same thing, and the casino does not explain which one is current. AskGamblers lists the operator as Casiworx N.V., established in 2025, under the Curacao Gaming Control Board.

The same owner runs RockstarWin and Slotorush. CasinoGuru gives both a Safety Index of 3.1, which its scale calls very low. That score belongs to the sister sites, not to PokerBet, but it is the only group-level signal available for a brand that is under a year old.

The EUR 6,000 monthly cap and what it does to a big win

Deposits are generous: the terms allow EUR 5,000 per transaction and EUR 15,000 per day. Withdrawals are the narrow side: three maximum deposits fill the EUR 15,000 daily cap, while the same money takes 2.5 months to leave at EUR 6,000 a month. The minimum payout is EUR 30, and anything lower is rejected. The monthly withdrawal limit is set by VIP level and runs from EUR 6,000 at level 1 to EUR 15,000 at level 10, rising by EUR 1,000 per level.

A new account therefore starts at EUR 6,000 a month. A EUR 20,000 win would take four calendar months to pay out at that level, and clause 6.10 allows the casino to split larger payouts into instalments with no interest. Reaching level 10 needs 100,000 points, so for almost every player the level-1 or level-2 cap (EUR 6,000 or EUR 7,000) is the real limit.

Clause 7.2 adds a second ceiling: a maximum daily winnings amount, tied to VIP level and gaming activity, after which "no further winnings can be added for that day". The figure is not published, so a EUR 10,000 win cannot be checked against it in advance. Processing is promised within 1 to 3 business days after the documents are verified, and the casino only owes an explanation if the money has not arrived after 10 days. The terms mention possible withdrawal fees, to be shown at the time of the request, but give no amounts.

The site shows no public payments page, so deposit methods, e-wallet and crypto availability and pending times are not stated to a visitor who has not registered.

KYC at the first withdrawal, up to 72 hours of review

Registration needs only an e-mail, a password, a country and a currency. Verification comes later: the KYC policy makes a full check compulsory when you request a withdrawal. While the status is "In Progress" you can still deposit and play, but you cannot withdraw.

The required document is an ID card, passport or driving licence that does not expire within the next 3 months (90 days). Add the 1 to 3 business days of payout processing and a request sent on a Friday afternoon, with 72 hours of review plus 3 business days, can realistically reach the bank 6 days later or more. The terms also reserve the right to demand a notarised ID, to ask for proof of the source of funds, and to block and terminate an account whose due diligence cannot be completed, in which case deposited funds are returned. Bonuses above EUR 1,000 are granted only after verification.

EUR 5 a month after 12 idle months, and other clauses that cost money

An account counts as inactive after 12 consecutive months with no transaction. From then the casino may charge EUR 5 per month, and any balance that came from cashback is cancelled. At that rate an untouched balance of EUR 60 is gone in a year.

The identity rules are strict. Only one account per person is allowed, "one name, one account, one IP address". Players on a shared connection (households, airplanes, universities, libraries, cyber cafes, coffee shops and workplaces) receive no bonus, and a second account from the same IP address can void all bonuses and winnings. The casino may close any account at its absolute discretion without giving a reason, and a player who self-excluded within the past 12 months cannot register.

Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the incident. The casino acknowledges a normal complaint within 7 days and aims to resolve it in 28 days, extendable by another 28 days. Independent dispute resolution is open only if the amount is above EUR 5,000 or the complaint concerns responsible gambling, so a EUR 800 dispute stays with the casino's own support team.

No separate restricted-country list is published, and the terms say winnings can be confiscated if a player lives in a restricted jurisdiction.

The VIP table lists 10 levels. The reward rate climbs from 20% at level 1 to 30% at level 10, and level-up free spins run from 50 at level 2 to 1,000 at level 10. Thresholds are 100 points for level 2, 800 for level 3, 2,500 for level 4, 8,000 for level 5, 12,000 for level 6, 15,000 for level 7, 35,000 for level 8, 65,000 for level 9 and 100,000 for level 10. A personal manager is listed from level 7, and the coin earning rate improves from 1 coin per EUR 1,000 wagered at level 1 to 1 coin per EUR 500 at level 10.

The casino's cashback page says rakeback of 20% is paid out every 30 minutes (48 payouts a day), tied to VIP level, but rakeback does not accrue while a bonus is active. A player who wants the monthly cap raised from EUR 6,000 to EUR 7,000 has to collect 100 points first, which is why the withdrawal limit and the VIP grind are linked.

Bonus: EUR 3,000 plus 300 spins, with a 5x cashout cap

The headline is a welcome package of EUR 3,000 plus 300 free spins. AskGamblers breaks it into four deposits of EUR 200, EUR 500, EUR 800 and EUR 1,500 with a minimum deposit of EUR 20 and 45x wagering on deposit plus bonus. The maximum bonus bet is EUR 3, the bonus lasts 7 days and winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins are capped at 5 times the deposit. On a EUR 200 deposit the cap is EUR 1,000, and the 45x requirement means EUR 18,000 of turnover in 7 days. That is EUR 2,571 of bets every day, and at the EUR 3 maximum bet it means at least 6,000 bets. The EUR 1,000 maximum payout is only 5.6% of the EUR 18,000 turned over. AskGamblers records no complaints about PokerBet Casino, a player rating of 8 out of 10 from a single review and a CasinoRank of 7 out of 10. Trustpilot has no profile for pokerbetcasino.com. CasinoGuru has no separate review for this site, so there is no Safety Index, no complaint count and no payout history to check.

Zero complaints on a site founded in 2025 does not show that payouts work, because almost no player has yet reached the EUR 30 minimum, the KYC step and the monthly cap. The only external numbers concern the sister brands, which CasinoGuru rates at 3.1.

Who suits PokerBet Casino and who should look elsewhere

It suits players who deposit modest amounts, expect to withdraw well below EUR 6,000 a month and are happy to send ID before the first payout. The 10-level VIP club and 20% rakeback reward regular volume.

It does not suit anyone chasing a large win, because EUR 6,000 a month stretches a EUR 20,000 payout over four months. Players who need a confirmed licence, a published payment list, a full complaint history or a quick payout on a weekend should also look elsewhere.
