Our verdict

Royal Vegas is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Royal Vegas accepts players from far fewer countries than its 19 account currencies suggest: clause 1.1.2.2 of the terms (version 7.7, updated 25 February 2026) bars residents of 95 listed entries, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Germany, Estonia and Ontario. The operator is Baytree Interactive Ltd of Guernsey, licensed by Kahnawake under number 00892. The record is mixed: CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.8, Above average, but counts 344 complaints and calls the terms unfair, AskGamblers players give 3.9 from 64 ratings, and Trustpilot gives a score of 1.5 from 53 reviews. Sign-up bonuses carry 70x wagering and a withdrawal cap of 6 times the first deposit.

Baytree Interactive Ltd and Kahnawake licence 00892

The terms name Baytree Interactive Ltd (69691), a Guernsey company at Kingsway House, St Peter Port, as owner and operator, and state that it is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence number 00892, issued on 16 February 2022. All transactions take place in Canada, where the principal servers are based, and the contract is governed by the law of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake (clause 10.9). Any legal action must start within 6 months of the cause arising (10.11).

The same terms cover 17 sites of the Cityviews Group, among them jackpotcitycasino.com, luckynuggetcasino.com, spincasino.com and spinpalace.com, so a ban or a bonus claim at one of them can follow the player to the others. CasinoGuru lists three licences: Kahnawake, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. AskGamblers describes the group as Bayton Limited Casinos with MGA and other regional licences. The terms themselves name only Kahnawake, and they say accounts cannot be opened for residents of Ontario.

95 restricted entries, from Estonia to the United States

Clause 1.1.2.2 says the casino cannot open accounts or process bets or financial transactions for residents of Afghanistan, American Samoa, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Botswana, Brazil, the British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Cameroon, China, Colombia, Cuba, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela and Vietnam, among others. The full list has 95 entries, counting the five French territories as one. The casino may change the list at its discretion.

The currency list is a poor guide. Royal Vegas offers 19 currencies, including AUD, BRL, ARS, CHF, SEK, DKK, PLN, MXN, PEN, JPY and INR, and residents of each of those countries are on the restricted list. The terms are offered in English (CA), English (NZ), French (CA), Spanish, German and Greek (CY).

£10,000 a day, €4,000 a week for big winners

Clause 7.7 sets the maximum withdrawal at £10,000 or the currency equivalent per 24 hours. Clause 7.6 adds a second ceiling: a player who withdraws 5 times or more their lifetime deposits across the casino group faces a detailed game review and may withdraw only €4,000 a week, with the rest returned to the account. The clause applies at management's discretion and progressive wins are exempt. A €20,000 win under that cap takes 5 weeks, and the cap allows €208,000 over 52 weeks, while the daily maximum of £10,000 would allow £70,000 over 7 days.

A withdrawal is held in pending for a rolling 24 hours, and the terms state that no withdrawal is processed over weekends (7.8). During pending the balance stays accessible and the request can be reversed. AskGamblers lists a pending period of 24 to 72 hours, e-wallets at 24 to 48 hours, cards at 2 to 6 days and bank transfers at 2 to 7 days, which puts a bank payout at about 3 to 10 days, with up to 2 more days if the request meets a weekend. Clause 1.1.19 says uncontested pending funds may be reversed to the casino account if the player does not respond, and the casino is not liable for money played afterwards.

Twenty-eight ways in, twelve ways out

The deposit list has 28 entries: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz, Trustly, Interac, iDebit, instaDebit, MuchBetter, Rapid Transfer, Flexepin, Neosurf, Google Pay, Sofort, Giropay, EPS, POLi, Przelewy24, Multibanco, Boleto, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin and bank transfer. Only 12 work for withdrawals: Visa, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Interac, iDebit, instaDebit, MuchBetter, Rapid Transfer, EPS and bank transfer. CasinoGuru counts 27 payment methods, and the lists may include retired routes. Crypto goes in but does not come out.

Clause 7.4 requires withdrawals to use the deposit method up to the deposit amount, to the registered name only, and says charges may apply. Clause 1.1.10 lets the casino pay winnings in euros whatever the account currency. Cash is never accepted (1.6.4.1), and some funds are collected by Digiprocessing Limited of Gibraltar (7.10).

Verification at €2,000 and notarised copies

Under clause 7.1 the casino may ask for documents at registration or before a transaction: proof of income where applicable, photo ID, a bank statement or utility bill no older than 6 months, and proof of ownership of the payment method. The note to clause 7.4 says identity must be verified when single or cumulative transactions reach €2,000. Clause 1.6.4.2 goes further: for substantial or exceptional withdrawals, notarised copies of a bank statement, a government photo ID and a utility bill are required.

The cardholder name must match the account name (1.1.17), the casino may run credit checks on cardholders (7.2), and failure to send requested documents may end the account (7.1). No review time is stated, so the 24 hours of pending are a minimum.

70x, 6 times the deposit and an €8 bet limit

The welcome offer in the project data is up to $1,200: 100% up to $300 on each of the first four deposits plus 10 daily spins. AskGamblers shows the same structure in euros, at 100% up to €300, which is €1,200 over four deposits. Clause 5.7 sets a minimum 70x wagering requirement on bonus amounts: the terms' own example of a €100 deposit and €100 bonus is €7,000 of bets. On a €300 bonus that is €21,000. Clause 5.7.3 limits a withdrawal after a sign-up bonus to 6 times the first deposit, so a €300 first deposit caps the payout at €1,800. A €100 first deposit caps it at €600. Progressive wins are exempt.

While a bonus is active the maximum bet is €8 per round and 50c per line (5.8.5), and single bets of 30% or more of the bonus count as irregular play (5.8), which is €90 on a €300 bonus, although the €8 cap binds first. Contribution varies: 100% for most slots, 50% for NetEnt slots, 10% for re-spin slots, 8% for roulette, table poker and most blackjack, 2% for Classic Blackjack, and 0% for baccarat, craps, Sic Bo and progressive jackpots (5.8.1). At 8%, a €21,000 requirement means €262,500 of roulette bets. Winnings from free spins and no-purchase offers, after 70x, are capped at 100 casino credits (5.7.1).

€10 a month from the sixth idle month, and other forfeitures

An account is inactive after 6 consecutive months without a login. From then the casino may charge an administration fee of €10 a month over an 18-month period, and whatever remains is forfeited (1.5.2.1). That is up to €180 in fees; a balance of €50 is gone after 5 monthly charges. Bonuses, bonus winnings and loyalty points lapse after 6 months from issue even if the wagering is done (1.5.3 and 5.4).

Clause 6.4 lets the casino confiscate funds left in play for 90 days or longer on games other than video poker, and clause 6.5 allows winnings to be confiscated when a player has self-excluded at other casinos because of gambling problems. Clause 10.17 lists 14 grounds for voiding winnings, including a name mismatch on a card, cashing in before a promotion's requirements are met and chargebacks. A suspended player must complain within 30 days or the casino may withhold contested funds and exclude them from the rest of the group (1.4.2).

344 complaints, a 1.5 on Trustpilot and a 3.9 from players

CasinoGuru records 344 complaints, a Safety Index of 7.8, Above average, and rates the terms unfair. AskGamblers ranks the casino 5.9 and shows a player rating of 3.9 from 64 ratings. Trustpilot gives a score of 1.5 from 53 reviews. The sources held give no individual complaint with an amount or date, so the 344 cannot be split into cases.

The formal route is narrow. A complaint must be raised within 6 months of the issue, a player has 4 weeks to answer the casino or the matter is considered resolved, and no complaint may be logged within 1 week after a withdrawal (10.14.1). Escalation goes to eCOGRA and then the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which needs the dispute reference number. AskGamblers lists deposit limits, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and no cool-off, wager, loss or time limit.

Who Royal Vegas suits and who should avoid it

It suits a player in Canada or New Zealand, neither of which is on the restricted list, who wants Interac, iDebit or instaDebit in both directions, keeps each withdrawal under £10,000 a day and can supply a utility bill under 6 months old.

It is a poor fit for anyone living in the 95 listed places, for a player who wants a bonus with lighter wagering than 70x, for one who depends on a crypto payout, since the 4 coins listed are deposit only, for a player who may go 6 months without logging in, and for a reader who gives weight to 344 complaints and a 1.5 on Trustpilot.
