The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Slotobit (slotobit.io) is run by Casiworx N.V. of Curaçao, and its own terms, dated 4 August 2025, give hard numbers: a €30 minimum withdrawal, deposits of up to €5,000 at a time and €15,000 a day, a monthly payout ceiling of €6,000 at VIP level 1 that rises to €15,000 at level 10, a €5 monthly fee after 12 idle months, and bonus winnings capped at 5x the deposit. The outside record is weaker. CasinoGuru gives a Very low Safety Index (3.3 in its May 2026 text, 3.0 in its October data), AskGamblers shows 0 complaints and an 8.7 player rating, and Trustpilot has 3 reviews. The site footer even calls its licence an application in progress.

Casiworx N.V., and a licence that is both held and pending

Clause 1.2 of the terms names Casiworx N.V., Groot Kwartierweg 10, Curaçao, registration 163922, as the owner of Slotobit, with Xenith Limited Ltd. of Nicosia, Cyprus (registration HE 450395) as payment agent. Clause 1.3 says Casiworx is licensed under number OGL/2024/1278/0497. The footer on every page says something different: Casiworx N.V. "has an application (OGL/2024/1278/0497) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board". The two statements sit on the same site and are not reconciled. CasinoGuru lists the Curaçao Gaming Authority with the same number and dates the brand to 2024, and AskGamblers also gives 2024.

Curaçao law governs (22.1) and Curaçao courts have exclusive jurisdiction (22.2). Clause 1.6 lets the casino change the terms at any time without notice. Clause 14.10 states that the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not resolve player complaints, so the regulator is not a route for a payout dispute.

The same licence number turns up elsewhere. CasinoGuru lists OGL/2024/1278/0497 for StakeMania and SlotyStake as well, and the RockstarWin profile records the same operator and number. One Trustpilot reviewer on the SlotyStake profile (28 October 2025) names slotobit, stakebro and intellectbet as "the same mirrors". That is an allegation from one person, not a finding.

From €6,000 to €15,000: the monthly withdrawal ladder

The headline limit in clause 6.9 is "up to 15 000 EUR" a month, and it is tied to the VIP page. The VIP page shows what that means in practice: level 1 (Novice Navigator, 20% reward) allows €6,000 a month, level 2 €7,000, and each level adds €1,000 until level 10 (Crypto Kingpin, 30% reward) at €15,000. Level 2 needs 100 points, level 5 needs 8,000, level 8 needs 35,000 and level 10 needs 100,000. Points come from stakes, but the page only says "a fixed wagered amount" per game category earns 1 point and does not give the amount.

A new player therefore starts at €6,000. A €10,000 win paid in full would take 2 months at level 1 (€6,000 then €4,000). A €45,000 win would need 8 months at level 1, and 3 months even at level 10. Clause 6.10 allows the casino to split such a payout into instalments without interest. Clause 7.2 adds a daily winnings cap whose amount is not published, and says that once it is reached no further winnings are added for that day.

Level-up free spins start at level 2 with 50 and reach 1,000 at level 10, and a personal manager is ticked from level 7.

  • Level 1: €6,000 a month, 20% reward
  • Level 5: €10,000 a month, 24% reward, 8,000 points
  • Level 10: €15,000 a month, 30% reward, 100,000 points

€30 out, €5,000 in, and the days between

Deposits are capped at €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 per day (clause 5.4). A minimum deposit is required but the terms give no figure (5.1); AskGamblers records €20 as the minimum for the bonuses. Money must come from a payment method in the account holder's own name (5.2), and payouts go back to the same method where possible (6.2).

Withdrawals below €30 are rejected (6.5). The casino aims to process requests within 1 to 3 business days after the documents are verified, and must explain a delay once the money has not arrived after 10 days (6.6). AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 3 to 5 days, bank transfers at 3 to 5 days and a pending period of 1 to 5 days. Added together, a bank payout is 4 to 10 days by AskGamblers' figures, and the sources do not say whether the pending period overlaps the casino's own 1 to 3 business days.

Fees are unclear. Clause 6.8 says withdrawal fees may be charged and will be shown on the request, while the support FAQ says all transactions are free of charge. The project listing for Slotobit shows 16 deposit methods, including Interac and MuchBetter, and 18 withdrawal methods, adding Binance and Dogecoin, in 16 currencies: eight fiat (EUR, USD, CAD, NZD, NOK, DKK, BRL, TRY) and eight coins. CasinoGuru did not capture a payment count.

Verification starts at €2,000 deposited or the first withdrawal

The AML page sets the trigger: KYC "once a player has deposited €2,000" or when a withdrawal is wanted. Since one deposit can be €5,000, a single payment can pass the line. The player then has a 30-day window to supply three things: ID, proof of address and proof of payment. The target is 2 business days, with reasons given if it passes 10 business days. Clause 6.6 then starts its own 1 to 3 business days, so the casino's own steps come to 3 to 5 business days before any payment method clock starts.

Accepted ID is a passport, national ID card or driving licence. Address proof is a utility bill or bank statement under 3 months old, with online bills in PDF only. Card payers must show the card with only the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. The casino may also ask for a notarised ID at its sole discretion (6.7), may ask for source of funds at any moment (5.7), and will not pay out bonuses above €1,000 until verification is passed (9.4). If verification cannot be finished, the account is blocked or ended and deposits are returned unless a legal duty requires holding them (10.5). Materially false information means cancelled registration and no winnings (10.7).

The €5 inactivity fee, the 5x cap and other clauses that cost money

An account is inactive after 12 months without a transaction, and clause 3.2 allows a fee of €5 a month. A €30 balance would be gone in 6 months. Any cashback balance on an inactive account is cancelled (3.3).

Bonus terms add the sharpest edges. Winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins can be withdrawn only up to 5x the deposit, so a €100 deposit has a €500 ceiling. The maximum bet with a bonus is €3, including bonus buys. A bonus lasts 7 days, free spins must be activated within 24 hours, and bonus winnings expire after 30 days unused. Only one deposit bonus can be claimed per day, and playing more than one game at once or using parallel sessions can forfeit the bonus and its winnings. AskGamblers puts the wagering on the welcome offers at 45x bonus plus deposit.

Beyond bonuses, clause 6.11 requires non-bonus deposits to be wagered once before withdrawal and lets the casino forfeit all funds if fraud or laundering is suspected. Clause 16.5 voids winnings made during prohibited practices such as bonus abuse, duplicate accounts or using bugs, and clause 20.6 lets it reclaim winnings made with funds paid in error. Complaints must be filed within 6 months (14.1). Free arbitration through ADR is available only for claims above €5,000 or about responsible gambling (14.8). The €30 floor for no-deposit and free-spin winnings is also stated as $30, CA$45, NZ$60, 100 PLN, 180 BRL, 225 DKK and 300 NOK. Bonus terms also exclude Poland from no-deposit bonuses and Argentina and Mexico from deposit bonuses. No list of restricted countries is published; clauses 2.3 and 8.2 refer to the registration page.

Games: 9,000 slots claimed, studios and live tables named

The support FAQ claims more than 9,000 slots and over 80 providers, with live dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. AskGamblers describes thousands of games across slots, table games, video poker, scratchcards, crash games, virtual sports and live casino, and says the volume impressed its reviewer. CasinoGuru's record did not capture a provider count. The homepage shows a Drops & Wins prize pool of €2,000,000 a month, weekly races and Iconic21 live tables. A homepage banner also offers 30 free spins for joining the casino's Telegram channel; no terms for that offer were found.

The welcome package is advertised as €3,000 plus 300 free spins, with a first deposit of 100% up to €200 plus 100 free spins, a Weekend Reload of 100% up to €1,000, a Wednesday Reload of 100% up to €500 plus 150 free spins and a Friday Match of 103% up to €300.

Safety Index 3.0 to 3.3, no complaints, three reviews

CasinoGuru's Safety Index is Very low in both records: 3.3 in the May 2026 text and 3.0 in the October 2026 data, a conflict we cannot resolve. It rates the terms as fair, finds no blacklisting and lists 0 complaints. Its cons include live chat mostly after registration. AskGamblers shows CasinoRank 7.4, a player rating of 8.7 and 0 complaints.

Trustpilot is thin. The profile for slotobit.io is unclaimed with 3 reviews and a TrustScore of 2.8, although the profile data records 3.6 stars. The one sample review, a 1-star from 9 April 2026, says chat support was not working and no email could be found, and calls the site a scam without details. The site lists support@slotobit.io, and legal@slotobit.io for unresolved disputes. AskGamblers shows live chat as 24/7, and the site states no hours.

Who Slotobit fits and who should look elsewhere

The terms suit a player who deposits in crypto or e-wallets, expects to withdraw less than €6,000 a month, and can accept a 5x deposit cap on bonus winnings. Limits and self-exclusion exist, but take effect only once support confirms in writing (12.11) and apply per account (12.6).

It is a poor fit for anyone who wants a regulator to arbitrate a dispute, since the Curaçao authority says it will not, or who plans a large win that would take months at the level 1 limit. It also does not suit players relying on the licence wording, because the terms and the footer disagree on whether the licence is held. With a Very low Safety Index and three Trustpilot reviews, small deposits and early verification are the cautious reading of the sources.
