How we rate casinos: the full method

SlotoRush is a carnival-themed casino whose rulebook names two different companies. The body of its terms, dated 4 August 2025, says Casiworx N.V. of Curacao holds licence OGL/2024/1278/0497, while the footer on every page says 3-102-945845 SRL of Costa Rica operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202511035-FI2. The money rules are clear: €15,000 a day in, €6,000 to €15,000 a month out by VIP level, €30 minimum withdrawal, and a €5 fee after 12 idle months. The outside record is thin and poor. CasinoGuru's Safety Index fell from 3.1 to 2.8, its user rating is "very bad", AskGamblers shows 6.6 with no player reviews, and the Trustpilot profile for slotorush.eu is closed with 0 reviews.

One rulebook, two operators: Casiworx N.V. and 3-102-945845 SRL

Clause 1.2 of the general terms says SlotoRush belongs to Casiworx N.V., incorporated in Curacao at Groot Kwartierweg 10 with registration number 163922, and names Xenith Limited Ltd. of Nicosia, registration HE 450395, as payment agent. Clause 1.3 gives licence OGL/2024/1278/0497, and the governing law and the courts are those of Curacao (22.1 and 22.2). Clause 14.10 adds that the Curacao Gaming Authority does not rule on player complaints.

At the bottom of the same page, and of the bonus terms, KYC policy, responsible gambling page, VIP page and support page, a different text appears. It names 3-102-945845 SRL, registration 3-102-945845, in Jaco, Costa Rica, a licence from the government of the island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, number ALSI-202511035-FI2, and a payment processor, AUROX TECHNOLOGIES LTD of Cyprus. The sister site IntellectBet has already moved its terms body to this second version, dated 5 October 2026; SlotoRush has not. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both still give Casiworx N.V. and a 2024 launch, and AskGamblers describes the casino as regulated by the Government of Curacao. Clause 14.10 names the Curacao Gaming Authority as the body that does not rule on complaints, while the footer names Anjouan.

€15,000 a day in, €6,000 to €15,000 a month out

Clause 5.4 allows deposits of up to €5,000 per transaction and €15,000 per day. Withdrawals are bound by the VIP ladder: €6,000 a month at level 1 and €15,000 at level 10 (clauses 6.9 and 7.2). One day of maximum deposits is therefore 2.5 months of level-1 withdrawals, and 3 days of maximum deposits, €45,000, would take 7.5 months to come back out at that level, and 6 days of maximum deposits, €90,000, would take 15 months. A player who wins €30,000 at level 1 is paid over 5 months, and at level 10 over 2 months, in two equal payments of €15,000. Larger payouts may be split into instalments with no interest (6.10). AskGamblers and the profile data show only the €15,000 monthly figure and no per-transaction, daily or weekly limit. A win of €18,000 would be paid in 3 months at level 1 (€6,000 three times) but in 2 months at level 10 (€15,000 and then €3,000).

The minimum withdrawal is €30 (6.5). The stated aim is 1 to 3 business days after documents are checked, with a reason given if a payout is still missing after 10 days (6.6). AskGamblers publishes a time matrix: e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, cards 3 to 5 days, bank transfers 3 to 7 days and a pending time of 1 to 5 days. A bank payout at the slow end is 5 days of pending plus 7 days of transfer, or 12 days; an e-wallet payout adds 0 to 24 hours. Fees are described in conflicting ways: AskGamblers and the support FAQ say transactions are free, while clause 6.8 says withdrawal fees may be charged and shown at the time of the request.

The profile data lists 15 deposit methods (Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, MiFinity, bank wire, Interac and eight coins) and 14 withdrawal methods, and 17 currencies if the 8 coins are included. The registration form offers 11: CAD, EUR, PLN, the Mexican peso, the South African rand, the Australian dollar, USD, NOK, NZD, HUF and DKK. CasinoGuru's record recorded no payment methods at all. Deposits not linked to a bonus must be wagered once before withdrawal (6.11).

Seventy-two hours of document checks before the first payout

The KYC page, last updated on 24 April 2024, says verification is compulsory once a player asks to withdraw. It lists an ID document, a selfie with that ID and a bank statement or utility bill on request. The ID may not expire within 3 months and proof of address has to be 3 months old or newer. The review takes up to 72 hours from receipt. While the status is "In Progress" the account can play and deposit but not withdraw. Clause 4.2 names the ID and a utility bill, 6.7 allows a notarised ID, and 5.7 to 5.9 allow a source-of-funds request with suspension or closure as the penalty. Bonuses above €1,000 are only granted after verification (9.4).

The refund policy is separate. A deposit refund is possible only within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 calendar days if someone else used the account, and pays out in 7 to 14 working days after an email to the KYC address. Once a deposit, or the bonus on it, has been played, no refund is possible.

From a 300% headline to a 98% Friday match

The homepage says Welcome Package, 300% up to €3,000 plus 300 free spins. The promotions list on 31 October 2026 breaks down differently: a first deposit welcome bonus of 100% up to €200 plus 100 spins, a Weekend Reload of 100% up to €1,000, a Wednesday Reload of 100% up to €500 plus 150 spins, a Friday Match of 98% up to €300 and a Halloween bonus of 250% up to €1,666 plus 166 spins. AskGamblers shows a 100% match up to €1,500 plus 100 spins from a €20 deposit and welcome steps at 45x on deposit plus bonus, ending in 200% up to €1,500 on the fourth deposit. The bonus page covers these in detail; the rules below apply to all of them.

The official bonus terms do not give a wagering multiplier, only that the bonus must be wagered "a certain number of times". They set the maximum bet at €3 and cap winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins at 5x the deposit. A €100 deposit therefore ends at €500 of bonus winnings at most. The match percentages also fix the deposit needed to collect a full bonus: about €306 for the Friday Match of 98% up to €300, about €666 for the Halloween bonus of 250% up to €1,666, and €750 for the 200% up to €1,500 step on AskGamblers' list. Winnings from a no-deposit bonus or free spins need a deposit wagered once and a withdrawal of at least €30. Deposit bonuses are closed to Argentina and Mexico and no-deposit bonuses to Poland.

Fees and forfeitures: €5 a month, 30 days, six months

Inactivity is defined as 12 months without a transaction, after which €5 a month may be charged. A balance of €25 would be used up in 5 months. Bonus winnings that are not wagered or used within 30 consecutive days expire. Bonus validity is 7 days from activation, and free spins must be activated within 24 hours of crediting. Only one deposit bonus is allowed per day, and the bonus is refused to anyone sharing an IP address, a household, a library or a workplace connection (9.1). Playing several games at once with an active bonus, or from several browsers, can cost the bonus and the winnings. Withdrawing before the wagering is complete removes the bonus and everything it produced.

A complaint has to be filed within 6 months. The casino answers within a week (2 business days for responsible gambling) and aims to solve it in 4 weeks, plus 4 if needed. Free arbitration exists only above €5,000 or for responsible gambling cases, and this version of the terms names no arbitration body.

Ontario, the Dutch Caribbean and a 171-country form

The Legal use page, updated on 4 August 2025, bars the United States with its territories, the Netherlands with Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten, Ontario, France, the United Kingdom, Australia and Spain, plus UN-sanctioned and FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions such as Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Lebanon and Mali. A separate payment-network list adds Afghanistan, Algeria, Cambodia, Egypt, Qatar, Russia, Ukraine, Vietnam, Singapore, Turkey, China, the UAE and Japan, among others.

The registration form from one connection, lists 171 countries. Brazil, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Belgium, Cyprus, Latvia and Israel are not among them, while Australia, Canada, Estonia, Lithuania and Malta are. Australia is banned by the legal page and still selectable, so the form and the rulebook disagree.

9,000 slots, a carnival VIP ladder and chat hours that conflict

The support FAQ promises more than 9,000 slots, blackjack, roulette, craps and video poker from over 80 providers, with live dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. CasinoGuru's record gives no provider count, so there is nothing to check it against. The homepage lists Popular, New Releases, Bonus Buy, Drops & Wins and an in-house "SlotoRush Games" category. The VIP ladder has 10 levels with names such as Masked Marvel, Bright Bandit, Carnival Champion and Supreme Showstopper. Rewards run from 20% to 30%, level-up spins from 50 at level 2 to 1,000 at level 10, and the top level needs 100,000 points. The level-up spins climb 50, 75, 100, 150, 250, 400, 600, 800 and 1,000 spins from level 2 to level 10, which adds up to 3,425 spins for a player who climbs the whole ladder, and the Wednesday Reload is worth another 150 spins. The VIP page puts the level 8 reward at 600 spins and the level 9 reward at 800 spins, and its carnival names run from Masked Marvel at level 1 to Supreme Showstopper at level 10.

Live chat is described as open during business hours by AskGamblers, with the table saying 24/7 and the text saying otherwise, while CasinoGuru says chat is mostly available after registration. CasinoGuru lists 8 support languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Finnish, Danish, French, Norwegian) and the footer offers 13 site languages. The responsible gambling page lists wagering limits, a loss limit, a session limit, time alerts, game limits and self-exclusion. AskGamblers counts 5 of 10 tools and shows no deposit limit.

Safety Index 3.1, then 2.8, and a closed Trustpilot page

CasinoGuru's Safety Index was 3.1, Very low, in its 8 May 2026 record and 2.8, Very low, on 15 October. Its user rating is "very bad". It found no unfair or predatory clause, no blacklist entry and 1 complaint. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.6, 0 complaints and no player reviews yet. Trustpilot lists slotorush.eu as a claimed but closed profile with 0 reviews, and no profile exists for slotorush.com. No complaint text is available in the sources, so the low score cannot be tied to a case.

Who SlotoRush suits, and who should look at the paperwork first

It suits a player who wants a documented ladder of payout limits, who accepts a €3 bet cap on bonus play and who expects to withdraw less than €6,000 a month.

A player who needs to know which company and regulator stand behind the site should check first, because the footer and the terms body disagree. It is a poor match for a player planning a large win, for anyone who wants a track record of reviews, and for residents of the banned territories.
