The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
SvenBet is a Curacao-licensed casino and sportsbook run by CW Marketing B.V. Its terms set withdrawal ceilings of €1,000 in 24 hours, €7,000 a month and €50,000 in total net winnings per account. They also charge €10 a month on accounts idle for more than 6 months and require identity checks once deposits or withdrawals add up to €2,000. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 2.2, Very low, AskGamblers lists 53 complaints, and Trustpilot shows 1.7 from 28 reviews.
CW Marketing B.V., licence OGL/2024/376/0148, and a Costa Rican footer
Clause 1.1 of the terms names CW Marketing B.V., registered in Curacao under commercial register number 143854, as operator, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2024/376/0148. The payment processor is Valdosa Trading Co. Ltd. of Nicosia, Cyprus. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both give CW Marketing B.V. as owner and 2018 as the launch year, and the licence number matches the one on the EvoBet site.
The footer of the bonus terms says instead that SvenBet and its rights belong to Green Champions Leader S.R.L., Costa Rica, registration 3-102-917157. The sources do not explain the difference, so the reader should treat the contracting company as unconfirmed. The site shows 7 currencies in its settings: EUR, USD, NOK, AUD, CAD, BRL and PLN.
€1,000 a day, €7,000 a month, €50,000 in total
Clause 62.8 limits withdrawals to €1,000 over 24 hours, subject to the payment provider's own limits. Clause 63.3 limits them to €7,000 per month per account, with exceptions for higher VIP levels at the casino's discretion. Seven days of full daily withdrawals therefore exhaust a month. Clause 63.1 caps net winnings at €5,000 in any 24 hours, and clause 63.2 caps net winnings at €50,000 per account. CasinoGuru lists a daily win limitation, a very low monthly withdrawal limit and a €50,000 lifetime withdrawal maximum among its cons, and AskGamblers writes that high rollers may find the low maximum withdrawal thresholds limiting.
The instalment rule contradicts itself. Clause 62.8 pays winnings over €10,000 in equal monthly instalments, while clause 63.3 reserves monthly instalments for winnings over €30,000. A win of €15,000 would take 3 months at €7,000 a month under either clause. A win of €30,000 takes 5 months, and a win at the €50,000 cap takes 8. Once approved, payments are processed within 72 hours (clause 62.1). The profile data lists bank transfers at 3 to 5 days, so a bank payout is 6 to 8 days from approval, while AskGamblers puts e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours and banks at 0 to 72 hours.
Verification at €2,000, extra checks above €2,300, frozen after 30 days
Clause 56.10.1 makes verification mandatory when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000, which is 4 deposits of €500. The documents can include an identity card, bank cards, bank statements, proof of source of wealth and source of funds, and utility bills, and in some cases a selfie with the ID or a call or video call. Clause 63.3 adds that a payout above €2,300 needs proof of identity, age and residence, and that the site may apply the same checks to smaller payouts.
If the account is not verified within 30 days of the first request, clause 56.10.2 freezes it for play and transactions. If the player refuses or cannot supply a requested document, the casino may suspend the account and confiscate the funds. Clause 62.1 requires a passport or national ID before the first electronic payout, and clause 62.4 requires the ID number to be typed exactly as printed on the document. The KYC page gives a player who has not yet requested a withdrawal 48 hours after the payout request to send documents, and 3 business days for the review.
€10 a month after 6 months of silence, and other balance-draining clauses
An account with no log-in for more than 6 consecutive months is dormant under clauses 6.1 to 6.4. The casino may charge €10 a month, or the whole balance if lower, and may close the account and reset the balance to zero. A balance of €120 left alone lasts 12 months of fees, so it is gone 18 months after the last log-in. Cashback on a dormant account expires immediately.
Clause 63.4 allows a player with one deposit only to cash out at most 15x that deposit: €750 on a €50 deposit, with all other winnings removed. Clause 63.6 requires every deposit to be wagered 3 times, and clause 62.10 requires the first payout to follow a bet of 100% of the deposit at odds of 1.50 or higher. Clause 62.3 mentions a 20% fine on total deposits when several accounts are found. Clause 2.5.4 bars sign-ups from the USA, Curacao, Malta, the UK, Spain, Lithuania and Australia. The site's own geo-block list has 23 codes, the profile data lists 31 restricted countries including Estonia, and the bonus terms exclude 48 territories from promotions.
79 game brands, 13 payment routes and a 10:00 to 02:00 chat
The homepage copy from 6 November 2025 lists 79 game brands in the filter, including Evolution, Ezugi, Evoplay, NetEnt, Nolimit, Novomatic, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Red Tiger, PG Soft and Spribe. CasinoGuru calls the live dealer range wide. The payments page copy from 21 April 2025 lists 13 methods with a $25 minimum: Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe card, Ewallet and Astropay up to $2,000, and CashtoCode, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USD Coin and USDT versions up to $5,000. The profile data lists 16 deposit and 12 withdrawal methods, including Visa and MasterCard, while AskGamblers marks card withdrawals as not offered and the profile data gives cards 1 to 3 days.
The about page gives live chat and support as 10:00 to 02:00 UTC+2 every day, email at support@svenbet.com. CasinoGuru notes chat is not 24/7 and lists 8 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Finnish, Italian, French and Norwegian. AskGamblers' checklist has deposit limit, self-exclusion and cool-off, 3 of 10, and AskGamblers' editorial says players who value commitment to responsible gambling may find the site lacking.
8 complaints at CasinoGuru, 53 at AskGamblers, 1.7 on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru's Safety Index was 2.2 in May 2026 and 2.1 in its 15 October 2026 record, both Very low, with 8 complaints and the terms rated unfair. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 8.0, a player rating of 7.7 and 53 complaints. Trustpilot shows 1.7 from 28 reviews on an unclaimed profile, and a later pull shows 1.6 from 30. None of the five reviews shown has a company reply.
On 15 January 2025 a reviewer says the account had been verified for almost 5 months before the casino said the documents were forged, and that court action in Curacao was under way. On 23 September 2024 another says winnings are always forfeited. On 15 September 2023 a third says he had waited 2 months for a withdrawal and quotes the casino's reply that it had no additional information to share. On 30 September 2023 a fourth names SvenBet, live-bet and EvoBet as sites that do not pay winnings even from verified accounts. These are the reviewers' own claims.
A 120% bonus at 45x or 50x
Clause 58.3.4 sets wagering for a casino bonus at 45x deposit plus bonus, while AskGamblers lists the 120% up to €1,200 welcome offer at 50x with a €25 minimum. On a €100 deposit and a €120 bonus, 45x of €220 is €9,900 of bets, or €11,000 at 50x. The bonus maximum bet is €5 or 15% of the bonus, whichever comes first, so €9,900 means at least 1,980 bets. Clause 58.3.1 gives the bonus 30 days, about €330 of bets a day, but the bonus terms say 7 days, about €1,414 a day. The bonus page has the full package.
Who SvenBet suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player who deposits modest amounts, expects to withdraw under €1,000 a day and €7,000 a month, accepts that total net winnings stop at €50,000, and logs in at least every 6 months. It is a poor fit for a player who wants to withdraw €10,000 or more quickly, wins on a single deposit above 15 times that deposit, wants a clear contracting company, or relies on a proven record of paid disputes: the Very low Safety Index and the Trustpilot cases point the other way. Players in the geo-blocked and prohibited countries listed in the terms should not register.
