From Vulkan Spiele to Fiery Play: who runs it and under which licence

The old vulkanspiele.com domain no longer resolves, and the casino now lives at fieryplay.com. The terms (last updated 20.05.2026) name Nixxe B.V., Cassandraweg 52, Willemstad, Curacao, registration number 147116, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board under number OGL/2024/1363/0705. Payments are handled by Kaurum Limited, a Cyprus company with registration number HE 387933, acting as authorised agent for Nixxe.

The founding year depends on the source. The casino's own text says it was founded in 2026, CasinoGuru lists 2024 and AskGamblers 2026, which fits a rebrand of an older Vulkan Spiele operation. A German-language site at vulkanspiele.de still exists, but it is an affiliate portal that sends visitors to the casino. The casino is not under German GGL rules, so the 1 EUR stake limit and similar German restrictions do not apply to it.

USD 450 per card withdrawal and two payout timetables that disagree

Deposits start at USD 10 per card transaction and go up to USD 100,000. The deposit side is broad: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, ten crypto assets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Binance Pay, BNB, Dogecoin, Tether, USDC, Toncoin and Tron), plus Sofort, Klarna, N26, DKB, JetonBank and Sparkasse. Withdrawals by card are capped at USD 450 per transaction, which AskGamblers also lists, with a USD 10 minimum. A EUR 2,000 card win would therefore need at least 5 separate payouts. The terms set approval times by size, excluding weekends and holidays: up to USD 300 within 2 days, USD 301 to 1,500 within 5 days, USD 1,501 to 15,000 within 14 days and anything from USD 15,001 within 30 days. A USD 20,000 win could wait up to 30 days for approval before the payment processor starts.

The home page shows a different table in euros: up to EUR 499 in up to 3 business days, EUR 500 to 4,999 in 5, EUR 5,000 to 29,999 in 14, EUR 30,000 to 49,999 in 21 and over EUR 50,000 in up to 30 business days. The two timetables disagree for almost every band, and the stricter one is in the binding terms. AskGamblers reports 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets and crypto, 1 to 5 days for banks and cards, and a pending period of 3 to 14 days.

Three further rules touch payouts. Money goes back through the deposit method. If turnover is less than 2 times the deposit, the casino may withhold 20% of the withdrawal, with a minimum of USD 0.5. And if withdrawals plus balance reach 20 times lifetime deposits, payouts can be limited to EUR 5,000 per 30 days.

Verification: video calls, source of funds and 7 calendar days

Checks can block withdrawals while they run. Standard verification asks for an ID, a photo of the payment card and a photo of the player holding the documents. The casino may also ask where the money came from, for example a salary or occupation proof with a bank statement. Additional verification for larger flows includes source of wealth and final approval by senior management.

The terms add something less common: a verification video call, in an enclosed room with nobody else present, covering the account history, gambling activity and experience of the site. The player has 7 calendar days from the notification to complete it. A refund request needs verification within 24 hours. Wrong or incomplete details can void transactions or close the account, so a mismatch between registration name and card name is a risk to a EUR 1,000 payout, not a formality.

Rules that can cost a player money

Duplicate accounts lead to forfeited winnings that the casino may reclaim, and masking an IP address or location with a VPN or proxy lets it void bets, bonus and winnings. An account inactive for 6 months or more can be closed or suspended without notice, and the balance is refunded or, if the player cannot be found, handed to the gambling authority. A sports or esports bet is capped at USD 50,000 in winnings regardless of odds.

The list of 40 excluded jurisdictions in clause 4.4 includes Australia, Brazil, France, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta and the Czech Republic, with the right to change it without notice. Estonia, Germany and Poland are not named. The terms also reserve the right to charge a fee equal to its costs on funds withdrawn without being played, and to collect fees incurred before an account is closed.

Wagering is 40x on the bonus, the maximum bet is EUR 5, the window is 5 days and a withdrawal made before the requirement is met zeroes the bonus and its winnings. 69 complaints, 45 rejected: what CasinoGuru and Trustpilot record

CasinoGuru assigns a Safety Index of 7.4, rated above average, finds 2 issues in the terms and rates them mostly fair. It lists 69 complaints: 4 open, 20 resolved and 45 rejected. An older extract showed 49, so the count has grown within weeks. Three cases stand out: a Finnish player whose withdrawals stayed unprocessed after KYC (28 April 2026), an Austrian player whose EUR 699 account was deleted during the rebrand (24 April 2026), and a German player whose EUR 1,000 winnings were confiscated over alleged multiple accounts (24 April 2026).

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 5.9 and a player rating of 3.5 from 2 reviews. Trustpilot shows 1.6 stars for fieryplay.com from about 35 reviews, with one review describing EUR 4,500 confiscated in July 2026. The old vulkanspiele.com page holds 1.9 stars from 42 reviews. Rejected complaints and low user scores point the same way, even when the formal safety rating is respectable.

Who Fiery Play suits and who should stay away
