The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Wild Sultan is a Curacao casino run by Next to You B.V. under licence OGL/2024/189/0118, issued on 5 September 2024. Its terms, last updated 25 September 2024, set a €20 minimum deposit, a €50 minimum withdrawal, a ceiling of €5,000 per rolling 7 days and a €5 monthly fee on accounts idle for 6 months. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.5, High, but Trustpilot shows 1.6 stars from 221 reviews, and AskGamblers has no review of it. The sources disagree on the operator, the support hours and the complaint deadline, and this review states each conflict beside the clause it comes from.
Next to You B.V., company 145738, and the earlier operator
Clause 1.3 of the terms names Next to You B.V., company number 145738, registered on Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curacao, and licence OGL/2024/189/0118 from the Curacao Gaming Control Board, issued on 5 September 2024. Next to You B.V. processes payments only for Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Interac and eZeeWallet (1.5), and card payments go through a separate processing company (1.4). An older page of the casino names a different operator, The Luck Factory B.V., with Curacao eGaming licence 1668/JAZ issued on 9 March 2018, and older reviews list that company, so they may describe a different legal entity.
The English text prevails (11.1), Curacao law governs with exclusive Curacao courts (17.1) and the minimum age is 18 (2.2.1). Changes to the terms take effect 14 days after posting (1.6). CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2015, counts 57 game providers and 10 payment methods, and gives a Safety Index of 8.5, High.
€5,000 per rolling 7 days, and a €50 minimum
Clause 6.1.1 sets the minimum withdrawal at €50 or CAD 50, which is 2.5 times the €20 minimum deposit (5.2). Clause 6.3 caps withdrawals at €5,000 per rolling 7 days, with other terms by player status. A win of €20,000 therefore takes 4 weeks to pay out in full. The cap averages €714.29 a day, or about €260,000 over 52 weeks. The account must be verified first (6.2), and withdrawals are processed within 2 working days once the documents are accepted, after which funds take 1 to 5 days to arrive depending on the method (6.4). That puts the worst case at 7 days after approval, and unusual or high wins may take longer (6.4.1).
Money goes back by the deposit method where possible, otherwise by bank transfer (6.5), and the casino may redirect a withdrawal to another method at its discretion (6.5.1). The standard deposit maximum is €1,000 (5.2) and every deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn (5.5). The data held lists the currencies EUR, CAD, CHF, BTC and BCH and gives e-wallets 0 to 2 days, bank 1 to 5 days and cards 1 to 5 days. A refund of a deposit is at management's discretion, by the same method and not earlier than 7 days after the deposit (15.5).
What clause 3.1.2 asks for at the first withdrawal
Verification happens at the first real-money withdrawal request or at intervals set by the regulator. The casino asks for a valid ID, a proof of address less than 6 months old and copies of every card used, photographed on both sides with the 4 corners visible and the middle 6 digits hidden (3.1.2). The list is not exhaustive (3.2), source of funds and source of wealth may be requested (3.3) and payments can be held until the checks are satisfactory (3.4). Politically exposed person and sanctions screening applies to every player (3.6). Trying to dodge a check ends in a closed account and confiscated winnings (3.5).
€5 a month after 6 months idle
An account is inactive after more than 6 months from the last active session, and the casino may charge €5.00 a month, or the equivalent in another currency, until the account is active again or empty (8.1 and 8.2). That is €60 over a year, and a balance of €30 is gone after 6 charges, and each charge takes 16.7% of it, about €0.17 a day. The terms give no notice period for this fee.
Other clauses that cost money: a duplicate account closes the accounts and confiscates the winnings (2.8); suspected fraud, laundering, collusion or cheating allows a freeze, closure and confiscation (15.2); the casino may close any account without explanation (15.4); and its liability is capped at one hundred euros (14.7). A payment made by mistake must be repaid (14.4). Funding from a business account or a third party's payment method is a breach that can end in closure and confiscation (5.10.2).
A 1,000x ceiling and a €5 maximum bet inside the bonus rules
Clause 7 holds the figures that matter. Slots count 100% towards wagering and every other game only 5% (7.3), and bets from the real-money wallet do not count (7.4). A player who receives a bonus without a previous deposit cannot withdraw more than €50 (7.5). A withdrawal request cancels all pending bonuses (7.6). With bonus funds the maximum bet is €5 on slots and €50 on table or live games, and a higher bet can cost the winnings and the account (7.11). The most that can be converted to real money is 1,000 times the original bonus (7.12), which for a €20 bonus is €20,000. Bonus funds expire after 30 days (7.13) and deposit offers are valid for 1 to 7 days (7.10).
The wagering multiple of each bonus is shown in the player's account and is not given in the terms. The home page copy of April 2025 advertised 100% up to $500 plus 20 free spins on the first deposit, while the data held records no welcome offer because review sites differ.
Ten named countries, and why that list is not the whole picture
Clause 2.6 bans players located in, or resident in, the United States, Curacao, North Korea, Great Britain, Italy, Israel, Myanmar, Turkey, Iraq and Iran, 10 named countries. It adds that some jurisdictions have their own regulations, giving France and Spain as examples, and leaves the check to the player. Clause 2.2.2 also excludes permanent residents and citizens of Curacao. Clause 2.2.12 prohibits VPNs, proxies, external player-assistance programs and the Martingale system, and clause 2.2.11 prohibits bots and artificial intelligence software.
7 days, 1 month or 6 months to complain
The terms set two short deadlines: a complaint about a game result within 7 calendar days of the session (2.11), and any other complaint within 1 calendar month (2.12). The casino promises to answer by email within 8 weeks at most. The separate complaints page of December 2025 says instead that complaints are free and must be filed within 6 months of the bet or incident. It promises confirmation within 1 week, resolution within 4 weeks, and 5 working days for responsible gambling cases, then a free alternative dispute resolution procedure whose decision binds both sides. The two documents conflict, and a player should file inside the shorter 7-day window to be safe.
Games, support hours and self-exclusion
CasinoGuru counts 57 providers. The home page copy of April 2025 shows slots from Red Tiger, Octoplay, Pragmatic Play, Flatdog, Trifecta, Wazdan, Galaxsys, Hacksaw, Mancala and Booming, and a live casino with Evolution tables such as Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time. Clauses 1.8 and 16.1 give support hours of 10:00 to 22:00 CET, 7 days a week, by live chat or email, while CasinoGuru marks live chat as available 24 hours. Clause 9.4 offers self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months that cannot be cancelled or shortened, plus deposit limits, a reality check and session time limits.
Safety Index 8.5, 7 complaints and 221 Trustpilot reviews
CasinoGuru records 7 complaints in total without a split by outcome, and gives the Safety Index of 8.5, High. Trustpilot shows 1.6 stars from 221 reviews, far below what an index of 8.5 on a 10-point scale would suggest. AskGamblers has no review, so there is no CasinoRank or player rating to compare. The sources give no complaint amounts, countries or dates, so no case can be described.
Who Wild Sultan suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player who deposits between €20 and €1,000, withdraws less than €5,000 a week, lives outside the 10 named countries and can complain within 7 days. It does not suit a player who expects a €20,000 win to be paid at once, who leaves an account idle for 6 months, who needs support after 22:00 CET, or who wants a bonus with a stated wagering multiple in the terms.
