How we rate casinos: the full method

Zoome is a 2022 crypto-friendly casino run by Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica under Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000002. Its terms, last updated 13 February 2026, publish unusually concrete numbers: withdrawals from €50, a €1,000 daily, €5,000 weekly and €10,000 monthly ceiling, a 3x turnover on every deposit, and a €10 monthly fee on accounts idle for 12 months. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.7 (High) with 56 complaints, AskGamblers ranks it 7.8 with a player rating of 8.6 from 26 reviews, and Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 117 reviews. The sections below set the rulebook against those scores for a player deciding whether to deposit.

Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica, and a Tobique licence

Clause 1.1 of the terms names Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958, as owner and operator, working under E-gaming licence No. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The same clause mentions Vixatrix Limited of Limassol, Cyprus (registration HE 459370). The footer says the casino is part of GO Affiliates. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2022 and lists the Tobique licence as well.

Disputes follow a narrow route. Clause 17 sends every dispute to arbitration in Costa Rica and waives court action elsewhere. Clause 13 sets a one-year deadline for any claim. Clause 15.5 names EGIS (egis.io, disputes@egis-adr.com) as the independent dispute body, operating under Tobique rules, and clause 15.3 makes the casino's server logs final in any argument about game results. The casino can also suspend or ban an account without notice or explanation (7.8). English is the governing language (1.5) and the minimum age is 18 (2.2).

Fifty restricted countries, from Estonia to the United Kingdom

Clause 2.4 lists 50 countries and regions where real-money play is prohibited: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, Canada (New Brunswick and Ontario), Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guam, Guernsey, Haiti, Hawaii, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Salvador, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela, the Virgin Islands and Yemen. A player who registers from one of them is not entitled to a refund or a withdrawal.

The list has an oddity. Japan is restricted, yet the bonus terms print limits in Japanese yen (a €10,000 win cap equals 1,200,000 JPY). Clause 3.2 forbids VPN use to get around location rules and allows confiscation of winnings. Sweden is allowed to play but gets no bonuses, promotions or VIP points (2.5). Separate lists in the bonus terms bar Poland, Sweden, Israel, Spain, the UK and the USA from all bonuses, and exclude about 60 further countries from no-deposit bonuses and free spins, among them Portugal, Denmark and India.

€20 in, €50 out, and a bank payout that takes up to 72 hours plus 3 business days

The payments page lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, bank transfer, Neosurf, CashToCode, ezeewallet and Giropay via MiFinity or Jeton at a €20 minimum and a €4,000 maximum, free of fees and instant. Interac runs from C$15 to C$6,000. Crypto deposits go from 0.0008 to 0.168 BTC, 0.01 to 2.4 ETH and 20 to 4,000 USDT. The terms say no upper limit can be set on crypto deposits (10.5), so a player who wants a cap has to use another method or the deposit limit tool. Clause 4.1 lists the accepted currencies as EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD, ZAR, BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC and USDT.

Withdrawals start at €50 (11.1). The payments page shows bank transfer, MiFinity, Interac e-Transfer, Ecopayz and PayAnyBank, plus Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin. Bank transfer and MiFinity are capped at €1,000 per request. Visa and Mastercard payouts are described in the terms (Visa Original Credit Transfer, Mastercard Payment Transfer, personal cards only), though the payments page does not list cards. The casino may pay by a different method than the one requested (11.5), and money deposited by card is first returned to that card up to the net deposit (11.9).

The timing sources disagree. The terms aim to process requests within 72 hours of approval (11.6) and process bank transfers within 3 business days (11.10); the payments page says bank transfers take 24 hours; AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 1 hours, cards at 3 to 5 days, bank at 3 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 24 hours. Read literally, a bank payout can mean 72 hours of approval plus 3 business days of processing, so up to 6 days. Intermediary banks may charge up to about €16 (11.11).

Three caps: €1,000 a day, €5,000 a week, €10,000 a month

Clause 11.8 sets the ceilings: €1,000 per day, €5,000 per rolling 7 days and €10,000 per month, with equivalents of 1,500 CAD, AUD or NZD a day, 12,000 NOK and 21,000 ZAR. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward them. Larger requests may be split into instalments (11.1). The practical effect is easy to work out. A €10,000 win takes 10 days at the daily limit and fills the monthly cap in one go. A €25,000 win from regular play takes three months: €10,000, €10,000 and €5,000.

These caps interact with the bonus cap. A single deposit bonus may produce at most €10,000 in winnings; the bonus terms give the example of an €11,500 win after wagering, of which €1,500 is deducted. That amount equals exactly one month of withdrawals. Cashing out also means clearing the 3x deposit turnover described in the next section.

Verification before the first payout, and a 28-day clock

Clause 11.2 reserves the right to verify identity before any withdrawal. The documents named are a government photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and proof of the payment method, such as the front and back of a card or an e-wallet screenshot (9.5, 18.2). Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script; otherwise the casino can ask for a video of the player holding the ID and stating name and date (9.5). A phone call may be required (8.4).

Time limits are stated in several places and do not match. Under 8.4, a player who cannot be reached by phone or email within 28 days of a withdrawal request has the account locked until verification is completed. Clause 9.3 repeats 28 days and says the block comes without confiscation, while clause 14.6 for refunds gives 2 weeks. The AML policy adds that review of the documents can take up to 30 business days after everything is submitted, which is about six weeks. Bitcoin players face an earlier check: ID must be sent before playing with BTC, and deposits and bets are blocked until it is done (2.7). Expired or mismatched documents allow suspension, with the balance forfeited (18.4).

3x turnover, a €10 monthly dormancy fee and what else costs money

Clause 9.7 says every deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal, so a €500 deposit means €1,500 of bets before cash-out, and the casino may charge a fee or refuse the payout otherwise. Dormancy: after 12 months without login or play, a fee of €10 a month is taken from the balance, and a balance under €10 is taken whole (12.1). A €120 balance on a forgotten account is gone in a year.

Duplicate accounts, defined as the same address, household, IP or device, forfeit winnings and can be asked to repay what was withdrawn (8.1 to 8.2). Money credited by mistake remains the casino's property and becomes a debt if already withdrawn (7.5). A player who finds a bug and does not report it is liable for the full cost (9.6). Fraud allows the casino to confiscate the balance and charge up to the available balance (9.2). Bonus abuse examples include a deposits-to-bonus ratio above 50% (9.4). Deposits made from someone else's account lose their winnings (10.3).

The bonus terms add their own limits: a maximum bet of €5 while wagering, a 10x cap on welcome bonus winnings, €2,000 for deposit free spins, €1,000 for loyalty free spins and €150 for no-deposit winnings.

The welcome offer in numbers, kept short

The bonus terms describe three deposits: 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins, 50% up to €750 plus 50 free spins, and 100% up to €750 plus 100 free spins, each from a €20 deposit and each with a 40x wagering requirement. Free spins are in Elvis Frog in Vegas by BGaming or Fruit Zen by BetSoft; they must be activated within 1 day and wagered within 7. AskGamblers lists the first deposit at 100% up to €350, which conflicts with the casino's own €1,000. Slots count 100%, roulette, poker and card games 5%, other games 0%. At the €5 bet cap, a €1,000 bonus at 40x needs €40,000 of play, at least 8,000 bets, within 7 days. The bonus page has the details.

Games, software and support

CasinoGuru counts 124 game providers and 30 payment methods. The about page names Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming and Booongo. The menu has slots, an Only Zoome section, Hold and Win, instant win, crash games, jackpot games, table games, a live casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows, poker), tournaments, a Lucky Box and a Lucky Spin. No sportsbook appears. NetEnt is barred in 19 listed countries, including Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the USA (3.3), and Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play are unavailable in Sweden (3.4).

CasinoGuru records live chat around the clock, and the terms give support@zoome.casino for email. The site language menu offers English (also Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada), German, Canadian French, Norwegian, Finnish and Italian. Support languages are not stated.

Responsible gambling tools: limits yes, but crypto slips past

The responsible gaming page describes deposit, loss and wager limits per day, week or month. A decrease applies at once, an increase only after email confirmation and after the old limit expires. Cooling-off periods are 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months; self-exclusion runs 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely. AskGamblers confirms deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion and cool-off, and marks reality check, self-assessment test, withdrawal lock and a national exclusion register as missing.

The weak point is crypto. The page admits that deposit limits cannot always be applied to crypto, and that crypto deposits may still arrive during cooling-off or self-exclusion.

56 complaints and a split Trustpilot score

CasinoGuru shows 56 complaints in total and a Safety Index of 8.7, tier High. The sources give no breakdown of resolved and rejected cases and no individual case with an amount, so no single dispute is quoted here. AskGamblers ranks the casino 7.8 and the 26 players who rated it average 8.6. Trustpilot is lower: 3.1 stars from 117 reviews. The gap between 8.6 on AskGamblers and 3.1 on Trustpilot is a reason to read recent reviews before depositing. Players with disputes can use EGIS, though arbitration in Costa Rica and the one-year deadline narrow other routes.

Who Zoome suits, and who should stay away

Zoome fits a player who deposits from €20, expects to keep winnings under €10,000 a month, accepts a 3x turnover and wants crypto or Interac. It fits worse a player who hopes for a large win: €25,000 takes three months to pay out, and the bonus caps are lower still.

It should be avoided by anyone in the 50 listed countries, which include the UK, the United States, Poland, the Netherlands and Estonia, by players who dislike a €10 monthly dormancy fee, and by anyone who wants payouts guaranteed within a day, since the terms allow 72 hours of approval plus 3 business days for banks and up to 28 days of verification.
