Inside 888Starz

888Starz is run by Bittech B.V. and has operated since 2020 under a Curacao licence, number OGL/2024/665/0201 according to CasinoGuru. This review rests on AskGamblers, CasinoGuru and Trustpilot. They paint two pictures: AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.4 and a player rating of 8.9 from 137 reviews, while CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 3, Very low, citing a high amount of withheld winnings, and 72% of 515 Trustpilot reviews are one star. Limits are reported as €5,000 per e-wallet withdrawal and €2,200 per bank transaction.
Bittech B.V., and three licences in one line
CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both name Bittech B.V. as owner and operator and date the brand to 2020. CasinoGuru lists three licensors: the Curacao Gaming Authority with number OGL/2024/665/0201, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority of the Comoros. AskGamblers names only the Curacao Gaming Control Board and notes that the licence number appears in the terms but not on the website.
Trustpilot splits the brand across two profiles. The 888starz.bet profile has 515 reviews and a hidden rating, and the older 888starz.com profile has 54 reviews and 2.1 stars. Support is reachable at support@888starz.bet according to AskGamblers.
On access, the picture is mixed. AskGamblers shows only a notice that the casino is restricted for its own US address, with no list. No source used here gives an official list of restricted countries. The profile record, kept for country pages, excludes the US, the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, France, Bonaire, Aruba, Curacao and Sint Maarten, 9 territories in all, and a Canadian complainant on AskGamblers quotes the terms as naming the UK, USA, Cyprus and the Netherlands with an "etc.", which is a claim, not a confirmed reading.
€5,000 for e-wallets, €2,200 for banks, no monthly figure
AskGamblers gives different ceilings by route: €5,000 maximum for an e-wallet withdrawal, €2,200 for a bank transaction and just over €319,000 for crypto. Its withdrawal limit field says not stated. CasinoGuru lists a low monthly withdrawal limit of €5,000 as a con. If a monthly limit of €5,000 applies, a €20,000 win takes 4 months to pay out.
A €10,000 win paid by bank at €2,200 per transaction needs 5 transactions, and 2 by e-wallet at €5,000. Minimums are stated inconsistently: €10 in the AskGamblers text, against €4.57 (or 5.01 USDC) as the crypto minimum on the same page. For deposits the text says €10, but the bonus table shows €15 for deposits 2 to 4.
Timing per AskGamblers: e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, cards 1 to 7 days, bank transfers 1 to 7 days, pending time 0 to 24 hours, weekend cashouts marked No and no withdrawal fees. Adding the stated maxima, a bank withdrawal can take up to 8 days: 1 for pending and 7 for the bank.
- E-wallet maximum: €5,000 per withdrawal
- Bank maximum: €2,200 per transaction
- Crypto minimum: €4.57, maximum just over €319,000
- CasinoGuru: monthly withdrawal limit of €5,000
46 ways in, 39 ways out, and 73 on CasinoGuru
AskGamblers counts 46 deposit methods and 39 withdrawal methods, and CasinoGuru counts 73 payment options. The names include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Monero, Zcash, UPI, Pix, Papara, Interac and bank wire. The currency list runs past 100 entries and mixes fiat with crypto. CasinoGuru lists as a con that not all payment methods are available in all countries.
Since the withdrawal side has 39 entries against 46 for deposits, the route used to deposit should be checked against the withdrawal list before paying in.
KYC with forfeiture: what the bonus page says
The only official text on verification is on the bonus rules page: KYC procedures may be required and failure to comply can lead to forfeiture. AskGamblers makes no verification statement. The practical picture comes from complaints. On Trustpilot a player says a 2,500 EGP deposit was withheld after identity verification on 13 September 2026, and the company replied on 6 October that the decision on the account and remaining balance was final.
The reply closed the case. AskGamblers also carries a $500 complaint, withdrawal blocked and a restricted payment method forced, which was rejected.
Seven to 30 days and 35x: the bonus rules that decide payouts
The welcome package is four steps, 100% up to €300, 50% up to €350, 25% up to €400 and 25% up to €450, with 150 free spins in total, all at 35x on the bonus. The bonus article covers the details. The point for a review is time: the official page says only that bonuses are time-limited, usually 7 to 30 days, and requires opt-in. A €100 bonus at 35x is €3,500 of bets, which is €500 a day if the shorter window applies.
One AskGamblers player reported winning 114.75 CAD from a no-deposit offer and facing a wagering requirement of 3,442.50 CAD, 30 times the win, with no games available for bonus play; another gave the casino 1 out of 10 for what they called a wagering trap. A $3,981 withdrawal denied after the wagering was completed, tied to deposits made between 2 and 5 August 2025, was resolved. Max bet, max cashout and excluded games are not stated in the sources used here.
118 or 123 providers and a sportsbook under the same login
AskGamblers lists 118 game providers and CasinoGuru 123, naming Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Yggdrasil, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and Quickspin. The game types are slots, table games, live casino, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and sports betting, plus a mobile app. AskGamblers marks RTP as not publicly audited and RNG as not tested.
Chat all day, 10 support languages, 2 safety tools
Live chat runs 24 hours, by AskGamblers and CasinoGuru. CasinoGuru counts 51 website languages but only 10 support languages and lists the limited support languages as a con, while AskGamblers lists 43 languages. Responsible gambling is thin: self-exclusion and cool-off exist, and deposit, wager, loss and time limits and reality checks do not.
Safety Index 3 against a 7.4 CasinoRank
CasinoGuru records 13 complaints in the record of 15 October 2026 and a Safety Index of 3, Very low, with a con noting a very high amount of withheld winnings in complaints. AskGamblers shows CasinoRank 7.4, a player rating of 8.9 from 137 reviews, an average complaint amount of $755, an average duration of 8 days and an average response of 2 days. Its resolved count is stated two ways, 24 of 26 and 24 of 28, so the figure is not fixed.
The cases are mostly delays. A Ksh190,000 withdrawal approved on 7 September 2026 was reported missing, and Ksh5,413 delayed for over a month is unresolved. A zl2,750 withholding since 10 October 2026 is resolved. On Trustpilot a player reported $5,350 restricted on 18 October 2026, and another a NGN 170,638 withdrawal rejected three times with "technical difficulties #01" on 12 August 2026. Trustpilot shows no rating for 888starz.bet because it removed fake reviews; of 515 reviews, 72% are one star and 18% five.
Who 888Starz suits and who should skip it
It can suit a crypto user, since the crypto minimum is €4.57 and the maximum €319,000, with 0 to 24 hour pending, and a player outside the 9 territories we record as excluded. It suits someone who wants casino and sports under one account across 46 deposit methods.
It does not suit a player expecting to withdraw more than €5,000 in a month by e-wallet, a player who wants deposit or loss limits, or anyone who needs the licence number and the withdrawal rules in a document they can read before depositing. With a Safety Index of 3 and a stated forfeiture clause for failed KYC, the amount deposited should be one the player can afford to wait on for the 8 days or more shown above.
