The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Bob Casino is run by N1 Interactive Ltd of Valletta under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/394/2017, issued on 1 August 2018. The terms (version 2.8, updated 23 January 2024) are long and specific: €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month in withdrawals, mandatory verification at €2,000 of cumulative withdrawals, every deposit wagered 3 times, a €5 monthly fee after 12 idle months, and 128 listed countries where play is prohibited. Outside the rulebook the record is mixed: CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.4 but marks the terms as unfair, AskGamblers shows 23 complaints with 22 resolved, and Trustpilot showed 2.9 stars from 47 reviews. Estonia is one of the blocked countries.
N1 Interactive Ltd, registration C 81457, MGA licence from 2018
The footer of the terms names N1 Interactive Ltd, a Maltese company with registration number C 81457 and a registered address at 206 Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta. The licence is MGA/B2C/394/2017, issued on 1 August 2018, and the terms have been effective since 16 November 2018. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both give 2017 as the year the brand was established, and both name the same operator. Maltese law governs the terms and the English version prevails over translations. In the dotted date format the terms use, the licence date is 01.08.2018, the effective date 16.11.2018 and the latest update 23.01.2024.
The terms open with an unusual Austrian clause: by accepting them the player waives claims to recover stakes under the Austrian Supreme Court ruling 9 Ob 20/21p of 24 June 2021, and the amounts sent to the operator are treated as trust deposits under Maltese law. The ruling is dated 24.06.2021 in the same format.
€4,000 a day, €40,000 a month: what a large win turns into
The terms and the payments page agree on the ceiling: €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €40,000 per month (the same figures apply in USD, CAD and NZD). The weekly figure is the one that bites. A win of €20,000 could in theory leave at €4,000 a day, but the weekly cap of €10,000 stretches it to 2 weeks. A win of €40,000 needs 4 weeks at the weekly cap.
Above €40,000 the terms allow the casino to divide the payout into monthly instalments of €20,000. On a €100,000 win that is 5 months of payments. CasinoGuru's editorial quotes €20,000 a month while the casino quotes €40,000; the €20,000 matches the instalment size for very large wins, the €40,000 is the standard monthly cap.
A single withdrawal is limited too. The payments page lists €4,000 per transaction for cards, e-wallets, Trustly and bank transfer, and only €250 for Paysafecard. If the amount exceeds the limit of a payment system, it is paid in instalments.
- Daily: €4,000; weekly: €10,000; monthly: €40,000
- Above €40,000: instalments of €20,000 a month
- Per transaction: €4,000, but €250 for Paysafecard
Instant e-wallets, 1-3 banking days for cards, a €500 floor for bank transfer
The payments page lists 10 deposit rows and 8 withdrawal rows, all marked free. Deposits are instant and start at €20 (Interac at $10), with maximums of €4,000 on cards, €1,000 on Paysafecard, €5,000 on Trustly and €10,000 on Neosurf and one e-wallet.
On withdrawals the minimum is €10 for cards, Trustly, Paysafecard and e-wallets, 30 CAD for Interac e-Transfer, and €500 for bank transfer, which takes 1 to 5 banking days. Cards take 1 to 3 banking days and Interac the same. E-wallets and Trustly are listed as instant. AskGamblers gives its own figures: e-wallets 0 to 1 hours, cards 1 to 5 days, bank 1 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 12 hours. Added together, a bank payout can take up to 7 days plus the 12-hour pending period, so about 8 calendar days.
The terms list four currencies (EUR, USD, CAD, NZD), while the profile data lists NOK and PLN as well, so those two should be treated as unconfirmed.
Verification at €2,000, a phone call, and a two-week deadline
The terms let the casino check identity before any payout, and make verification mandatory once cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000. A player who withdraws €500 four times has therefore hit the trigger at the fourth request, not at the first.
The document list is open-ended: ID, proof of the payment method and utility bills, which must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, otherwise the casino may demand a video verification. It may also ask for a selfie with ID, a selfie with ID and a special sign, a phone call or a live video call, and the account is not verified until that conversation has taken place. If the casino cannot reach the player by email or phone within 2 weeks, the account is locked, and a failed check can end in closure and confiscation of winnings. For players in Germany the account must be verified within 30 days of registration and/or up to a deposit of €150.
The 3x deposit rule, the €5 dormant fee and 128 blocked countries
Every deposit must be wagered 3 times before the related funds can be withdrawn; the sentence appears three times in the terms. A €100 deposit therefore needs €300 of bets, and the minimum €20 deposit needs €60. If the player skips this, the casino may charge a fee on the deposit and the withdrawal.
An account with no login for more than 12 months can be charged €5 a month from the 13th month. If the account stays idle for 30 months, the balance is remitted back to the player, and kept by the company if the player cannot be located. Charged every month from month 13 to month 30, that is 18 fees, or €90, which is our own arithmetic from the clause.
The terms list 128 countries and territories where real-money play is prohibited by our count, among them Estonia, Brazil, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, India, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Ontario. Sweden gets no bonuses at all, and Ireland, Finland and Croatia get no deposit-based bonuses. Using a VPN from a restricted country lets the casino block the account and confiscate the funds.
Other clauses decide who keeps the money in a dispute. A duplicate account allows the casino to suspend payouts and reclaim winnings, and refuse the deposit refund. Roulette bets on black and red together, or any equal bets covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers, are listed as fraud. A deposits-to-bonuses ratio above 50% counts as promotion abuse. A chargeback lets the casino take the full available balance. The casino may also close any account without reason or notice. One CasinoGuru case fits the pattern: winnings of 1,000 RUB were confiscated from a player in Poland in August 2019 for a suspected duplicate account and received no reaction.
Players from Germany have extra costs. The terms charge a 5.3% fee on every real-money bet, so a €1 bet costs €1.05, and set a monthly deposit limit of at most €1,000 and an hourly reality check followed by a 5-minute wait. The 5.3% fee is €53 on every €1,000 staked, so €1,000 of bets costs €1,050.
94 providers or 50 plus, and 8 of 10 safer-play tools or 2
CasinoGuru counts 94 game providers, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, Playtech, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and Push Gaming. AskGamblers counts more than 50 and names Evolution Gaming as the live dealer supplier. The profile data lists more than 2,500 games.
Live chat runs 24 hours a day according to both CasinoGuru and AskGamblers, and the support address is support@bobcasino.com.
The terms describe deposit, loss, wager and session limits per day, week or month, a cooling-off period, self-exclusion, an hourly reality check and an addiction quiz. An increase to a limit takes effect only after email confirmation and after the previous limit has expired. AskGamblers counts 8 of its 10 tools as present, while CasinoGuru counts only the deposit limit and self-exclusion.
2 complaints on CasinoGuru, 23 on AskGamblers, 22 resolved
CasinoGuru records a total of 20 complaints, 2 direct and 18 on related N1 Interactive casinos. Its status counts of 7 open, 10 unresolved, 130 resolved and 373 rejected add up to 520, so they do not match that total, and it shows only 4 user reviews. Its Safety Index is 8.4 (High) in one record and 7.4 (Above average) in another, and it marks the terms as unfair for the duplicate-account confiscation clause, the restrictive bonus redemption time limits and the low-risk play rule.
AskGamblers records 23 complaints, 22 of them resolved, with a player rating of 8.5 from 261 reviews in one record and 8.6 from 289 in another. Three of the cases it lists are a withdrawal held for more than two months (€2,000), a $45,000 win of which $35,000 was disputed, and a withdrawal of €7,254.50 pending for over a week. All three are marked resolved. Trustpilot gave 2.9 stars from 47 reviews on bobcasino.com.
The terms point disputes to the casino's support first, then to its management after escalation. After 8 weeks without a result the player may take the case, free of charge, to the ADR service CasinoReviews.com or to the Malta Gaming Authority.
The welcome package in two lines
AskGamblers lists a three-deposit package of 100% up to €100 with 100 spins, then 50% up to €200, then 50% up to €200 with 30 spins, at 40x the bonus. The bonus page covers the steps, codes and wagering sums in full.
Who Bob Casino suits, and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player in a permitted country who wants a Malta-licensed operator, withdrawals of up to €4,000 a day, instant e-wallets, and a complaint route to the MGA or a named ADR body. It is workable for deposits of €20 to €500 whose wins stay inside the €2,000 verification trigger.
It is a poor fit for a player who expects to win above €40,000 and wants the money in one payment, for anyone who deposits mostly to claim bonuses (the 50% ratio clause), for players in Germany facing the 5.3% bet fee, and for anyone in the 128 listed countries, which include Estonia. Players who prefer a published bonus validity and maximum bet should know that this review does not cover the official bonus terms page.
