What differs from Sol: four statuses, euros and a EUR 125,000 ceiling

Flagman is run by GALAKTIKA N.V. of Willemstad, registration number 140803, under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. Payments go through Unionstar Limited of Limassol, a subsidiary. Sol, Jet and Fresh use the same company and licence. Flagman differs in three ways. It has four statuses where Sol has nine. Its limits are in euros where Sol's are in kroner. And it states one overall ceiling, a maximum payout of EUR 125,000 per month unless agreed otherwise. CasinoGuru dates the casino to 2025, and the terms say they came into effect on 28 December 2024.

60 countries excluded

The legal requirements clause bars account opening, deposits and real-money bets from 60 listed places, among them the UK, the USA, France, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, South Africa, Nigeria, the UAE and the Philippines. It is two entries shorter than Izzi's list of 62, because Greece and Lithuania are not on Flagman's. Germany, Denmark, Canada and Australia are not listed. A player who gives false location details has all deposits and withdrawals declared void.

EUR 4,000 a day for Iron and Silver, none for Diamond

The daily fiat limit is EUR 4,000 for Iron and Silver, EUR 10,000 for Platinum and unlimited for Diamond. Iron, Silver and Platinum share a monthly crypto limit of USD 1,000,000, and Diamond has none. The monthly cap of EUR 125,000 sits above all of these. At EUR 4,000 a day the cap is reached after 31 days, and a EUR 60,000 win at Iron takes 15 days. The text read gives no weekly figure for the base limits, although the dynamic rule says limits are checked over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days.

That dynamic rule sets the limit for each period at the higher of the base limit or 3 times the deposits made in the period. A player who deposited EUR 5,000 in a day can therefore request up to EUR 15,000 that day, above the EUR 4,000 base. Amounts over the limit are paid in instalments.

The casino says it processes payments no later than 24 hours after the request, and for amounts above EUR 1,250 it may run extra checks for up to 48 hours. The homepage lists cards and e-wallets as instant and crypto as up to 1 hour, with no payment fees; the terms add an exchange-rate margin for most currencies. AskGamblers shows e-wallets at 0 to 72 hours and bank at 0 to 5 days.

1x wagering, a 10% commission and the 25% risk-free penalty

A deposit must be wagered once in casino or sports bets before the player can withdraw. If not, the casino may cancel the withdrawal or take 10% of the amount as a processing commission. Bonus bets do not count, and crash game wins below odds of 1.3 do not count either. A deposit with less than 5% left at the next deposit is treated as lost. A risk-free pattern, such as covering red and black or punto and banco, lets the casino raise the requirement to 3 times the deposit, count only slots, or hold up to 25%. On a EUR 1,000 deposit, 10% is EUR 100 and 25% is EUR 250.

Betting while a request is pending cancels it

A withdrawal request stays in the balance until it is sent to the payment system. The terms warn that players should not bet during that time, because a bet can cancel the pending request. The casino can also change or stop this procedure at any time without notice.

IDs at EUR 1,250 and 2,000, source of funds at EUR 10,000

Identification is required for a withdrawal of EUR 1,250 or more, and the casino may verify identity once total deposits pass EUR 2,000. Above EUR 10,000 in deposits it may ask for proof of the source of funds. Documents are due within 10 days of the request. The casino says it typically reviews them within 10 days of a complete package. If the player misses the 10 day deadline, or the casino cannot reach the player within 10 days of a withdrawal request, the account may be blocked or permanently suspended.

Bonus rules and the six-month reset of bonus-store currency

The homepage lists a welcome bonus of up to 150%, up to 500 free spins on the second deposit, 75% on the third, reload offers up to 50% and 135 spins, and weekly cashback from 4% on EUR 50 to 100 of turnover up to 10% above EUR 5,001. The bonus page has the full terms. The general clauses add that the largest counted bet is EUR 5 (EUR 3 for Finland), slots count 100% and other games 0%, and no-deposit winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus. Virtual currency collected for the bonus store is reset after 6 months without gaming activity. The birthday bonus needs deposits of EUR 500 at Silver, EUR 2,000 at Platinum and EUR 3,500 at Diamond in the previous 30 days.

Closure rules and the missing responsible gambling page

Accounts linked to a deleted or blocked account can be deleted without notice. After a fraud or collusion finding the casino owes no refund; in other cases it may return the balance subject to a withdrawal fee at its discretion. The terms and homepage menu show no responsible gambling page or tools.
