Katch Up N.V., two Cyprus subsidiaries and Cyprus courts

Clause 2.1 says the website is operated in CIS countries by Darmaco Trading Limited of Nicosia and outside the CIS by Darklace Limited of Limassol, both subsidiaries of Katch Up N.V. of Curacao. The Responsible Gaming page gives the parent company's registration as 131629 and its licence as OGL/2024/863/0412 from the Curacao Gaming Authority. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2014. AskGamblers lists another company, Pomadorro N.V., so the review sites disagree about who the operator is.

Clause 27.1 puts the terms under Cyprus law and gives the Cyprus courts exclusive jurisdiction, even though the licence is Curacao. The minimum age is 18 (4.1). A player outside the CIS contracts with Darklace Limited, not with the licence holder, which matters when a complaint is sent. Skrill and Neteller payments are processed by Katch Up N.V. (8.19).

A $5,000 guaranteed monthly limit and two free payouts a day

Clause 8.14.5 guarantees each verified account a monthly withdrawal limit of no less than $5,000, or the equivalent, and says anything above that is set individually by the operator and may be revised. Another listing lists $100,000 a month, which the terms contradict. A $20,000 win on an account held at the $5,000 base would take 4 months to pay out.

Clause 8.15 allows no more than 2 payouts a day without charge, and a third payout in the same day costs 10%. The same clause lets the casino withhold 10% of a withdrawal of funds that have not been wagered, or refuse the payment and require a wager equal to the deposit. Clause 30.1.3 adds that if bonus winnings exceed $5,000 the casino may restrict the withdrawal to $5,000 in any 7-day period and put the rest back in the account.

Processing takes up to 24 hours once the profile is verified (8.13.2), and the time for the money to arrive then depends on the bank or method. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 72 hours and cards and bank transfers at 3 to 5 days, with a pending period of 0 to 24 hours. At the slowest AskGamblers figures, an e-wallet withdrawal can take 72 hours, plus the 24 hours of processing the terms describe, so 4 days. Deposits made through Qiwi cost 3% and through YandexMoney 4% (8.18).

ID at $1,000, a 48-hour check and a phone call

A withdrawal of $1,000 or more triggers identification (8.14.3): a copy of a passport or ID, a utility bill that is not a mobile phone bill, and card copies if a card was used. Clause 8.16 lets the casino run an additional check of game transactions for up to 48 hours above the same amount. The phone number in the profile must be confirmed by a call from a company representative (8.14.1), and a video call to check past sessions can be demanded (10.5 and following).

Clause 5.2 says players must provide documents within 48 hours of the request, after which they are verified within 48 hours, and the casino can extend that period if it suspects a rule violation. A bank statement must be issued within the last 3 months, with the name, account number, IBAN and BIC and all four corners visible. In suspected payment fraud cases, a notarised ID not provided within 7 days of the request leads to account closure and forfeited funds (8.2.2).

Fees of 10%, 20% and 30%, and a refund that costs at least $35

The terms list many percentage charges. Moving funds between payment systems without play can lead to a block and confiscation of 30% of deposits and withdrawals, at least $100 (8.8). Suspicious activity can bring a 10% commission on each deposit and withdrawal, or a block with confiscation of 20% of deposits plus payouts, at least $100 (10.8). A refund of a deposit made by mistake loses 10% (10.9). A refund request under clause 8.2.2 is decided within 20 business days and costs 10% of the transaction, at least $35. An underage account is written off down to its deposits plus a 10% commission, at least $30 (6.5.2).

Clause 10.8 also names prohibited patterns: playing Player and Banker or red and black together, activating bonuses straight after a withdrawal, and repeated deposit and withdrawal cycles. With $1,000 of deposits and $500 of payouts, a 20% confiscation would put $300 at risk.

Dormancy: 6 months, then closure with notices at 30 and 3 days

Under clause 12.5 an account inactive for 6 continuous months may be closed or suspended without notice, although the same clause says the player is notified 30 days and again 3 days before the deduction, and any action halts the process. Support can restore the deleted balance, according to the same clause. That is shorter than the 12 months at HellSpin and the 18 at FatBoss, and the terms state no fee schedule for the idle balance.

Bonus terms in brief: four wagering mechanics and a $50 no-deposit cap

Norway is not on it.

Status depends on total bets, with 100% of real-money bets and 10% of bonus bets counted (29.1.2): Regular at $100, Bronze at 3,000 dollars, Silver at $20,000, Gold at $40,000, Platinum I at $300,000, up to $10,000,000,000 for the last level.
