The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
LetsLucky's own terms name Just Entertainment B.V. of Curacao as the operator and OGL/2024/164/0246 as the licence, the same company and number that stand on the sister site LuckyDreams. Withdrawals are capped at €4,000 a day, €8,000 a week and €30,000 a month (clause 9.4), and profit above USD 50,000 in one day may be voided (clause 9.8). The terms also list 26 restricted countries, among them Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Poland and the Netherlands, and charge €10 a month on accounts idle for 120 days. Trustpilot shows 4.1 of 5 from 616 reviews, while CasinoGuru's two records disagree: 35 or 204 complaints.
Just Entertainment B.V., number 160603, and a licence number in a 2022 text
Clause 1.1 of the terms and the footer of every page state that letslucky.com is operated by Just Entertainment B.V., registered under No. 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence no. OGL/2024/164/0246. This settles the question left open by the review sites: AskGamblers also names Just Entertainment B.V., while CasinoGuru's older record named Hollycorn N.V. and its record of 15 October 2026 marked the casino as unlicensed.
One oddity: the terms are headed Version 2.3 and Last updated 20.03.2022, yet they quote a licence number carrying the year 2024, so the date in the header has not followed the text. The identical wording, company number and licence number appear on luckydreams.com, so the two brands are one operation with one rulebook. Disputes are settled exclusively by arbitration in Curacao under Curacao Civil Procedure Rules (clause 11.2), any claim must be filed within 1 year (clause 1.5), and the English text prevails over translations (clause 1.4). No outside dispute body is named.
26 restricted countries, and Germany, Spain, Italy and France are on the list
Clause 3.3 bars players in these places from depositing and playing for real money: the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Belarus, North Korea, China, Belgium, Portugal, Bulgaria, Curacao, Cyprus, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Ireland, Israel, Jersey, Taiwan and Russia. That is 26 entries, and clause 3.2 adds that the company does not guarantee a refund if a player from one of them manages to pay in anyway.
The profile data blocks about 230 country codes, a far longer list that includes Czechia, Ukraine, Turkey and India, so the printed list and the practical one differ and the printed one is the contract. A reader in Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Portugal or the Netherlands is named in the terms as excluded, which is the first thing to settle before a €20 deposit. The separate bonus terms (updated 9 July 2024) add a second list of 8 countries with no bonus access: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, the Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus and Ukraine.
22 deposit rows, 22 withdrawal rows, €20 in and €4,000 out
The payments page says every method is fee-free and gives 22 currencies: EUR, USD, CHF, CAD, AUD, NOK, RUB, NZD, ZAR, KZT, BTC, ETH, USDT, BCH, XRP, BNB, TRX, LTC, DOG, USDC, ADA and UZS. The minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent, for example 30 AUD, 200 NOK, 1,500 RUB or 0.0001 BTC. The deposit table has 22 rows, 11 fiat and 11 crypto. Cards and vouchers go up to €10,000 per transaction, e-wallets and bank transfers between €2,500 and €10,000, and crypto has no maximum. The method names are logos, so only AskGamblers' list of 30 deposit and 23 withdrawal methods names them, and the official page shows fewer rows than that count.
The withdrawal table also has 22 rows. Minimums are €20 for the card and e-wallets, but €30, €50 or €200 for the six bank-transfer rows, and every fiat row tops out at €4,000 per transaction except one e-wallet at €2,500. Crypto maximums include 0.12 BTC, 20 ETH, 4,000 USDT and 200 LTC. A player who wants to take out €150 by bank transfer may find the minimum is higher than the amount. The page states no processing times, so the 0 to 1 hour e-wallet and 1 to 6 day bank figures below come from AskGamblers and are not the casino's own promise.
€4,000, €8,000, €30,000 and the USD 50,000 profit clause
Clause 9.4 counts limits by UTC calendar day, week and month: 4,000 USD, EUR or CHF a day, 8,000 a week and 30,000 a month, with higher figures in CAD, AUD, NZD and NOK (6,000, 12,000 and 42,000 CAD or AUD for the day, week and month). Because the per-transaction cap on fiat is also €4,000, one request uses up the whole day. A €8,000 balance leaves in 2 days. A €30,000 balance takes 3.75 weeks at €8,000 a week, so about 4 weeks. A USD 36,000 request, the amount in a Trustpilot case from 6 September 2026, is above the monthly cap and spills into a second month.
Clause 9.7 says an amount over the limit may be paid in instalments or returned to the balance. Clause 9.8 is harder: a cumulative daily profit above USD 50,000 may be voided entirely, including profit carried into later days, at the casino's discretion. Clause 9.9 lets different limits apply to VIP status or specific promotions, so the caps above are the non-VIP figures. AskGamblers adds the timing: e-wallets 0 to 1 hours, cards 1 to 5 days, banks 1 to 6 days, a pending period of 0 to 24 hours and no weekend cashouts. A bank payout can then take 24 hours plus 6 days, 7 calendar days.
Verification at any point, with no document list and no deadline
Clause 7.1 lets the company ask for verification at any point in time, and clause 7.3 lets it ask again after a successful check, with documents of higher quality or by non-standard methods. Withdrawals may be held for the time needed to complete these checks and an anti-fraud review (clauses 9.2 and 9.3). No document list, no trigger amount and no deadline is printed. If the player does not respond, clause 7.5 allows the account to be treated as unverifiable, which means suspension, voided winnings and withheld funds.
Clause 10.7 to 10.9 go further: the company may decline to tell a player that a security check exists, may withhold details of its findings, and may halt payments while the check runs. AskGamblers records a USD 1,210 complaint of an account restricted right after a withdrawal request on 21 March 2026, resolved, and on Trustpilot a player says that on 14 April 2026 a fully verified withdrawal was still pending after a month. Another waited almost 4 days on 26 April 2026.
Three times the deposit, €10 a month, and 40x with a €5 bet cap
Clause 8.3 puts a 3x wagering requirement on every deposit before related funds can be withdrawn, and a withdrawal of unwagered money can be refused or charged a processing fee. A €100 deposit therefore needs €300 of bets first. Clause 6.10 treats an account as dormant after 120 days without a login or transaction and allows a fee of €10 a month while a balance remains, so a €50 balance disappears in 5 months. Clause 6.11 turns funds credited by mistake into a debt, and clause 6.12 allows an account to be closed at any time without notice, with funds voided on a finding of breach or bad faith.
The bonus terms cover the welcome offer, and the bonus page has its headline figures. Their rules bite harder than the amounts: wagering is 40x, so a €100 bonus needs €4,000 of bets, or 800 bets at the maximum of €5 (8 AUD, CAD or NZD, 50 NOK, 100 ZAR). Roulette counts 25%, blackjack 10%, game shows 10% and baccarat 0%. Winnings from any deposit bonus are capped at €5,000, and the abuse list names Martingale and D'Alembert systems, betting both red and black, and cutting the stake by more than 80% after a big win. CasinoGuru rates the terms somewhat unfair, with 6 issues about wagering, low-risk play and max bets, and records a player from Austria whose €16,000 was confiscated on 31 March 2026 for breaching the bonus max bet.
Comp points return 0.1% to 0.2%, and VIP is by invitation
The bonus terms give 1 redeemable point and 1 status point for every €25 wagered on slots, every €100 on roulette and every €250 on blackjack or baccarat. Seven levels set the exchange rate: Sydney 200 points for €5, Tokyo 750 for €20, Amsterdam 2,000 for €60, Goa 6,000 for €200, New York 20,000 for €800, Ibiza 30,000 for €1,500 and Las Vegas 100,000 for €5,000. At Sydney, €5 costs €5,000 of slot wagering, a return of 0.1%; at Las Vegas, €5,000 costs €2,500,000 of wagering, 0.2%. The converted money carries 40x wagering.
The VIP Thrills page lists a personal account manager, higher bet limits, faster withdrawals, tournaments and events such as a Formula 1 Grand Prix, with no wagering threshold; the player is told to send a message. For games, CasinoGuru counts 109 providers in October 2026 and 140 earlier, AskGamblers 73, with all 23 categories available including crash games, bingo and live shows, and no progressive jackpots on AskGamblers' list. On responsible gambling the official page says playing limits, deposit limits and self-exclusion are set by contacting live chat, and clause 8.4 says deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits. AskGamblers found 2 of its 10 tools.
35 complaints or 204, a 4.1 on Trustpilot and a 6.1 Safety Index
CasinoGuru's record of 15 October 2026 shows a Safety Index of 6.1 (below average) and 35 complaints: 12 resolved, 1 unresolved and 22 rejected. The older record shows 6.5 and 204 complaints, of which 128 were resolved, 65 unresolved, 6 rejected and 5 open, with 39 user reviews. The counts cannot both be right for the same date. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.8 of 10, a player rating of 4.4 from 5 reviews, and 5 complaints of which 4 were resolved, with an average duration of 4 days. The unresolved one is USD 6,000 of voided winnings.
Trustpilot gives 4.1 of 5 from 616 reviews, 67% of them five-star and 14% one-star, and the company replied to no negative review. Its serious cases are about rules: about USD 2,800 removed for duplicate accounts on 11 June 2026, winnings lost after wagering was completed on 1 April 2026, and a second welcome bonus allegedly never credited on 13 March 2026. With clause 6.7 in the terms, linked accounts can all be sanctioned together.
Who should use LetsLucky and who should stay away
LetsLucky suits a player outside the 26 listed countries who deposits €20 to a few hundred euros, cashes out by e-wallet or crypto in amounts under €4,000, keeps every stake at €5 or below while a bonus is active, and logs in at least once every 120 days. It does not suit a reader in Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Portugal or the Netherlands, since the terms list those countries as excluded. It also does not suit anyone expecting a single win above €30,000 who cannot wait a second month, a player who wants a loss limit or session timer from a menu rather than from chat, or one who plays Martingale-style systems with a bonus running.
