Sol Casino Review

GALAKTIKA N.V., licence OGL/2024/169/0146 and four sister casinos

Clause 2 of the terms names GALAKTIKA N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, registration 140803, as operator, with licence OGL/2024/169/0146 issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority on 28 October 2024. Payment processing is handled by Unionstar Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, registration HE 356131, a subsidiary of the operator. The footer shows 2018 to 2026, and CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2019. The same operator and licence number sit behind Fresh Casino, Lex Casino, Martin Casino and Rox Casino, so the Sol rulebook is the template for all five.

Sol's own details are the status names, the kroner figures and the bonus panel. The law is that of Curacao, with exclusive jurisdiction for its courts, and the minimum age is 18 (clause 4.1). The terms can change at any time without notice once posted.

Nine statuses, NOK 40,000 a day at the bottom and NOK 4,500,000 a month at the top

Payout limits depend on loyalty status. Crystal, Quartz and Onyx players can withdraw NOK 40,000 per 24 hours, NOK 200,000 per 7 days and NOK 800,000 per 30 days. Agate, Topaz, Opal and Sapphire raise that to NOK 100,000, NOK 500,000 and NOK 2,000,000. Ruby and Diamond get NOK 150,000, NOK 750,000 and NOK 4,500,000. At the casino's own conversion of about NOK 10 to the euro, the entry tier is €4,000, €20,000 and €80,000.

The limit is dynamic. Clause 8 sets each period's limit at the higher of the base figure and 3 times the deposits made in that period, so a player who deposits NOK 20,000 in a day can withdraw up to NOK 60,000 that day only if that beats the base limit. Cryptocurrency payouts are capped at the equivalent of $50,000, $250,000 and $1,000,000 per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days for every status, but only if the deposit was made in crypto, because crypto withdrawals are enabled only for winnings from crypto-funded bets.

A win of NOK 400,000 at the entry status therefore takes 10 days at NOK 40,000 a day, or 2 weeks at the NOK 200,000 weekly limit. Jackpot wins are paid in full as one payment, and a request over the limit of a payment system is paid in instalments.

1x deposit wagering, a 10% commission and the risk-free play penalty

Clause 8 requires a deposit to be wagered once in casino games and in sports before a withdrawal. If the requirement is not met, the casino may cancel the withdrawal or withhold a 10% commission to recover payout fees. A player from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine or India faces 1x to 3x depending on status, and in India and Brazil roulette and instant games count 20%.

Risk-free play is penalised: betting red and black together, banker and player together, or playing instant games only to clear the deposit can raise the requirement to 3x, exclude those bets, force the deposit to be wagered in slots, or cost up to 25% of the withdrawal. A deposit is treated as lost, and needs no wagering, when less than 5% of it remains at the next deposit. An instant-game win counts only at odds of 1.3x or higher, while losing bets count in full. On a NOK 10,000 deposit, that is at least NOK 10,000 of bets, and NOK 30,000 if the 3x penalty applies.

ID at NOK 7,000, source of funds at NOK 100,000 and a ten-day clock

Identification is triggered by amount. A withdrawal of NOK 7,000 or more, and any other case that needs validation, requires a clear copy of the passport or ID, and a card used for deposits needs front and back photos with the middle digits hidden. Above NOK 7,000 the casino may spend up to 48 hours checking the gaming transactions. If total deposits pass NOK 20,000 it can ask for identity documents, and above NOK 100,000 for proof of source of funds.

The requested documents must be submitted within 10 days, and the casino says it typically reviews a complete package within 10 days, with no maximum for complex cases. If it cannot reach the player within 10 days of a withdrawal request, the account can be blocked or permanently suspended for incomplete KYC. The AML clause also demands a passport copy, a second ID and proof of address, and records are kept for at least 5 years.

Pending withdrawals are cancelled by betting, and other rules that cost money

Clause 8.13.5 explains the sharpest rule in the cashier. A withdrawal request stays in the balance until it reaches the payment system, and if the player keeps betting and the free balance runs short, pending withdrawals are cancelled one by one, newest first, until the bet is covered. A cancelled request cannot be reinstated. A requested NOK 50,000 can therefore vanish into one NOK 60,000 session.

Funds must go back to the same payment instrument as the deposit, and money from a third party's account is confiscated. Each household, email, IP address or device gets one account, and winnings from duplicates are lost and can be reclaimed. The casino may close an account and refund the balance subject to a withdrawal fee. The terms contain no dormancy fee.

The restricted list in clause 4 names roughly 60 countries and territories, including the UK, USA, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, the UAE, Israel and China. Norway, Denmark and Finland are not on it, and a player who gives misleading location details has all deposits and withdrawals declared void.

Bonus terms in brief: 45x on 50% up to NOK 3,000

The bonus article has the offers. In the sign-up panel the casino bonus is 50% with a NOK 100 minimum first deposit, a NOK 3,000 cap, winnings capped at 5x the bonus and a wagering requirement of 45. The sports bonus is 150% up to NOK 1,000 at 10x. AskGamblers lists 100% up to €300 plus up to 500 spins and 100% up to €600 as well. The default maximum bet with a bonus is NOK 50, no-deposit winnings are capped at 10x the bonus, and only slots count at 100%.

Self-exclusion by support, and what AskGamblers lists

The responsible gambling policy offers temporary or permanent restriction of the account on request to support, plus a five-question self-test and links to GamCare, Gambling Therapy, Gordon Moody and Gamblers Anonymous. It does not describe self-service limits. AskGamblers lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off and a self-assessment test as present, and a reality check as missing.

Who Sol suits and who should look elsewhere

Sol suits a player who deposits modestly, wagers each deposit once, expects withdrawals below NOK 40,000 a day and has an ID ready before reaching NOK 7,000. It is a poor fit for a player who bets on while a withdrawal is pending, who plays both sides of roulette to clear a deposit, or who wants a regulator outside Curacao to hear a dispute.
