Founded 2001, 2017 or 2019: which date holds

The Irish version of the About page says Spin Casino has operated "since 2001", the home page says "since 2019", and the FAQ says "going strong since 2017". CasinoGuru gives 2019. The operator is stated without variation: Baytree Interactive Ltd, company number 69691, registered at Kingsway House, St Peter Port, Guernsey, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under number 00892, issued on 16 February 2022. The terms (version 7.5, last updated 19 May 2025) are shared with 17 group sites, including Lucky Nugget and Jackpot City, and the About page places Spin inside Super Group (SGHC) Limited, the owner of Betway.

The licence list is contested. CasinoGuru shows Kahnawake, the Malta Gaming Authority and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. The terms, however, say the casino cannot open accounts for Ontario residents, and they name no other licence. AskGamblers calls the group Bayton Limited Casinos. The RNG is audited by eCOGRA according to the FAQ, and complaints that the casino does not settle can go to eCOGRA's dispute service.

$1,000 in three parts and a 35x requirement

The offer is 100% up to $400, then 100% up to $300 twice, plus 10 daily spins on the Mega Millionaire Wheel, with a $10 minimum deposit. Players have 7 days from account opening to claim, an unused match is forfeited after 2 months, and the daily spins expire 30 days after the last deposit. The bonus page has the full terms; three numbers matter here.

The bonus terms set 35x. Their own example, a 100 deposit with a 100 bonus, needs 3,500 wagered, so a $400 deposit with a $400 bonus needs $14,000. Clause 5.7 of the general terms speaks of a 70x minimum, which would make that $28,000; the two pages disagree. A sign-up bonus withdrawal is limited to 6 times the first deposit, so $2,400 on the $400 tier, and 35x on the two $300 tiers is $10,500 each (the whole $1,000 package carries $35,000 of wagering at 35x), with progressive wins exempt, and the maximum bet while wagering is €8 per round and 50c per line. Blackjack, roulette and table poker count 8%, and baccarat, craps and progressives 0%.

Cashout in 2 to 6 days, or 4 to 10: the timetable conflict

The FAQ describes the sequence: the amount leaves the balance into a 24-hour pending period, then cards take 1 to 5 working days, e-wallets 2 to 24 hours and bank transfers 2 business days. That is 2 to 6 days for a card. AskGamblers lists a pending period of 24 to 72 hours, e-wallets 24 to 72 hours, cards and banks 3 to 7 days, which puts a card payout at 4 to 10 days. The Irish payment page marks Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, eZeeWallet and paysafecard as instant and Visa, Mastercard and Swift as 1 to 3 business days.

Clause 7.7 caps withdrawals at £10,000 or the equivalent per 24 hours; no per-transaction or monthly limit is stated. Clause 7.8 adds that nothing is processed over weekends. A card in another person's name is refused (FAQ), and winnings may be paid in euros whatever the account currency (clause 1.1.10).

Eight, twelve or nineteen payment methods

CasinoGuru counts 8 payment methods. The Irish payment page lists about a dozen: Visa, Mastercard, Swift, paysafecard, Skrill, MuchBetter, NETELLER, ecoPayz and eZeeWallet, with Neosurf for deposits only and Swift, AstroPay and MiFinity for withdrawals only. Other listings name 19 deposit methods, including Maestro, Interac, iDebit, Trustly, Giropay, Zimpler, Rapid Transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and 15 withdrawal methods. No cryptocurrency appears in any of them. The account can be held in 21 currencies, from EUR, USD and CAD to THB, AED and QAR.

€2,000 triggers identity checks, and six kinds of wealth proof

Verification is required at single or cumulative transactions of €2,000 or more (clause 7.4). Clause 7.1 lists photo ID, proof of address no older than 6 months, proof of payment-method ownership and proof of income where applicable. The FAQ's source-of-wealth section names six accepted documents: bank statements, a payslip, recently filed business accounts, details of an asset sale, a divorce settlement with court order, and an inheritance Will statement. For substantial withdrawals clause 1.6.4.2 asks for notarised copies of a bank statement, ID and utility bill. The casino states no time for the review.

The 5x lifetime-deposit rule and four other costly clauses

Clause 7.6 applies when a player withdraws 5 times or more their lifetime deposits across the group. The account is then reviewed and paid at most €4,000 a week. A player with €1,000 deposited who wins €10,000 would wait 3 weeks: 4,000, 4,000 and 2,000. Progressive wins are exempt and management decides when it applies.

Other clauses: a balance idle for over 6 months is charged €10 a month for 18 months, €180 in total, then forfeited (1.5.2.1); bonuses and loyalty points lapse after 6 months (1.5.3); funds left in play for 90 days may be confiscated (6.4); and a player who claimed a sign-up bonus at another group casino and wagered it less than 100 times cannot claim another (5.6). Complaints must be filed within 6 months, answered within 4 weeks, and cannot be logged in the first week after a withdrawal (10.14.1).

Ninety-four countries where accounts are refused

Clause 1.1.2.2 lists 94 entries, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Brazil, Mexico, India and Ontario. Ireland, the rest of Canada, New Zealand and Norway are not listed. The casino can amend the list at any time.

CasinoGuru records 356 complaints and rates Spin Casino 8, High. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.2 and a player rating of 3.8 from only 18 ratings. Trustpilot shows 3.7 stars across 2,654 reviews. The cases are not itemised here. In the other direction, AskGamblers counts deposit limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality checks and a self-assessment test among the tools but no time, wager or loss limits; the casino itself offers breaks from 24 hours and exclusion from 6 months.

Over 450 titles, live poker up to €1000 a hand

The FAQ claims over 450 titles and an average RTP of 97%, with some titles higher; these are the casino's own figures. CasinoGuru counts 42 providers, and the casino names Games Global, Pragmatic Play, OnAir Entertainment and Spribe.
