The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Spinia is a 2018 brand of N1 Interactive Ltd, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/394/2017, and its welcome package is small: up to €250 and 50 spins over two deposits. The money rules matter more than the offer. Its terms cap withdrawals at €4,000 a day and €40,000 a month, make identity checks mandatory at €2,000 of cumulative withdrawals and charge €5 a month after 12 idle months. Review sites disagree sharply: AskGamblers shows 9 out of 10 from 152 reviews and 5 resolved complaints, Trustpilot shows 2.2 of 5 from 109 reviews, and CasinoGuru flags the terms as unfair with 7 issues. The sections below set the rulebook beside those records.
A 2018 brand on the same Maltese licence as a sister site
The footer and terms state that spinia.com is owned and operated by N1 Interactive Ltd, Maltese company number C 81457, registered at 206 Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta. The licence MGA/B2C/394/2017 was issued on 1 August 2018, and the terms took effect on 16 November 2018. They are version 2.8, last updated on 23 January 2024. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date the brand to 2018, and CasinoGuru does not blacklist it.
The same company, licence and almost the same rulebook sit behind Betamo, so a complaint pattern at one brand is worth reading at the other. Comparing the two texts line by line shows few differences. Spinia states its limits in euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars and New Zealand dollars, and it has no mention of a €75,000 monthly tier or the Austrian court waiver found at its sister. Terms and Maltese law decide disputes, and the English text prevails.
€10 out, €20 in, and a €4,000 daily ceiling
A deposit starts at €20 or $10 and a withdrawal at €10. The ceilings are 4,000 a day, 10,000 a week and 40,000 a month in EUR, USD, CAD or NZD. If a player wins more than €40,000, the casino may pay in monthly instalments of €20,000, so a €60,000 win could take 3 months. Even inside the limits, a €10,000 balance needs 3 days at the daily ceiling, and the weekly cap is reached on the third day.
The speed claims do not line up. The home page calls cashout instant, the terms say some options take up to 5 working days, and AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 1 hours, cards at 1 to 5 days and bank transfers at 3 to 5 days, with a pending period of 0 to 24 hours and no weekend cashouts. A bank transfer can therefore take up to 6 days from the request. Money returns to a card up to the amount deposited, and the casino may charge fees on a refund. Every deposit must be turned over 3 times first, so a €50 deposit needs €150 of bets before it can leave.
- Deposit: from €20 / $10
- Withdrawal: from €10
- Limits: €4,000 daily, €10,000 weekly, €40,000 monthly
- Bank transfer per AskGamblers: 3 to 5 days, plus up to 24 hours pending
Twenty-one methods on AskGamblers, three of them Russian
AskGamblers lists 21 deposit methods and CasinoGuru counts 18. The AskGamblers list names Payz, Mastercard, Neteller, Paysafecard, instaDebit, Visa, Sofort, Trustly, Skrill, iDebit, Maestro, Rapid Transfer, Interac, Klarna, Neosurf, bank wire, EPS and ecoVoucher, and also Yandex Money, QIWI and WebMoney. Russia is on the terms' prohibited list. CasinoGuru adds MiFinity, CashtoCode and Revolut. No cryptocurrency appears in either list. The terms recognise EUR, USD, NZD and CAD only, although the profile data also shows NOK and PLN accounts. Method-level limits and fees are not stated here.
Verification: €2,000, a selfie with a special sign, and a 2-week clock
Identity can be checked before any payout, and the check becomes mandatory when cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000. The casino may ask for a selfie with ID, a selfie with ID and a special sign, or a call, and failing the procedure ends in account closure and loss of winnings. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video session is required. If the casino cannot reach the player by email or phone within 2 weeks, the account is locked.
CasinoGuru names the KYC window as one of its 7 unfair-terms findings, calling the time frame for information unreasonably short. The records show the effect: a case from the Netherlands of a €3,000 verification stuck from February 2022, and a case from Germany of a €100 withdrawal cancelled on 10 June 2021 because the deposit came from a third party. The terms confirm the second point, since third-party payments lead to confiscated winnings and the deposit being returned to the account holder.
Roulette on 25 numbers, a 50% bonus ratio and a Swedish exclusion
The anti-fraud list makes covering 25 or more of 37 roulette numbers with equal bets a ground to end the account and suspend payouts, with no reasons given. Promotion abuse includes a deposit-to-bonus ratio above 50%, max bets on volatile slots and a switch to low-volatility games after a large hit. Registration free spins claimed from an IP address that differs from the stated country allow the casino to withhold winnings.
The prohibited-country list names 128 jurisdictions, including the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Brazil, Estonia, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States. Sweden gets no bonuses, and Ireland, Finland and Croatia get no deposit bonuses. A VPN breach allows the casino to confiscate all funds. German players pay a 5.3% fee on each bet, so a €1 bet debits €1.05. The inactivity rule is €5 a month from month 13, with the balance returned at month 30 if the player can be found.
Slot races, a €3.8 million counter and the VIP scale
CasinoGuru counts 101 game providers, AskGamblers lists 44 and claims 2,000+ video slots. AskGamblers marks progressive jackpots as not available, yet the home page showed a Spinia jackpot counter of €3,755,108.34 on 31 October 2026, a mismatch the sources do not explain. The home page advertises 7 slot races a week, with cash prizes paid once daily and over 300 winners a day.
The VIP scheme starts automatically after the first deposit and gives 1 point per €20 staked. The first level, Rookie, pays a €5 reward and the top level carries a prize of €50,000. A VIP complaint on AskGamblers concerned a €5 level bonus that was refused over bonus-setting confusion; it was resolved on 16 February 2021. Live chat runs 24 hours, there is no phone line, and AskGamblers noted on 30 October 2026 that the site did not currently show encryption, although the terms mention 128-bit SSL.
The €250 package and its €5 bet limit
The offer is 100% up to €100 plus 25 spins, then 50% up to €150 plus 25 spins, at 40x the bonus with a €5 max bet, according to the review sites. The bonus page covers codes and the maths.
Safety index 8.4 or 7.2, and 5 versus 9 complaints
CasinoGuru gave the casino a safety index of 8.4 (High) in one record and 7.2 (Above average) in another on the same day. Its complaint total was 564 when related N1 Interactive brands were included, with 146 resolved and 392 rejected, and 9 direct complaints (2 resolved, 7 rejected) in the second record. The biggest case is a €70,000 refund claim from the Netherlands dated 29 March 2023, closed when the player stopped responding; the claim said the casino held no Dutch licence.
AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 9.1 and a rating of 9 from 152 reviews, with 5 complaints, all resolved in about 3 days. Examples: a €250 withdrawal refused over a duplicate account, and €500 of winnings delayed with inconsistent wagering explanations. Trustpilot shows 2.2 of 5 from 109 reviews, 74% one star and 17% five stars, with 5 reviews in the past 12 months. The cases there include a Wheel Drop win unpaid on 23 August 2025, an unresolved NZD 1,450 payment from 1 July 2025 and a 21 October 2026 review saying 10k of winnings was withdrawn from the balance with no reply.
Fit: small slots stakes, not big wins
The casino fits a small-stakes slots player from an allowed country who values 24 hour chat, a €20 entry point and e-wallet payouts quoted at 0 to 1 hours. It fits worse when a win could pass €2,000 before documents are ready, when the stake level is large, or when the player lives in one of the 128 prohibited countries. Under the instalment clause, a €200,000 win would be paid over 10 months at €20,000 a month. The low-volume reading is the safer one: a €50 balance left idle can be consumed by the €5 monthly fee in 10 months.
