How Winrolla got 2.8/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index5.0/10weight 60%
Trustpilot2.5/5weight 10%
Combined: 5.0/10, shown as 2.8/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for Winrolla, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Winrolla is a young casino (CasinoGuru dates it to 2025) whose terms, version 1.12 of 19 August 2026, name no operator company and no licence number anywhere on the site. They do state the money rules: EUR 500 a day and EUR 7,000 a month at level 1, rising to EUR 5,000 a day and EUR 75,000 a month at level 5; up to 96 business hours of processing; a x1 rollover with a 10% to 15% commission; a minimum of EUR 20 wagered in the month of a withdrawal; and a EUR 5 monthly fee after 180 days idle. 35 jurisdictions are excluded. CasinoGuru scores it between 7.8 and 5 depending on the date.
No company name, no licence number
Winrolla uses the same terms template as Sportaza, but with one gap that Sportaza does not have. Sportaza prints a licence clause and a company in its footer; Winrolla's terms, footer, privacy notice and responsible gaming page give neither a company name nor a licence number. The footer says only that the site accepts customers over 18. The applicable law clause says that disputes are settled under the applicable law without naming a country or court (14.1). For a player this means there is no named regulator to write to, and complaints end at the casino's own committee.
CasinoGuru lists the casino as established in 2025. AskGamblers has no review page for it.
35 excluded jurisdictions, wider than Sportaza's 21
Clause 2.3 bars residents of 35 places: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine, the UK, the USA, Cote d'Ivoire, the Central African Republic, DR Congo, Cuba, Haiti, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan and Venezuela. Compared with Sportaza's list of 21, Winrolla adds Denmark, Estonia, Sweden, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, Malta and Lithuania, among others. The list can change without warning.
EUR 7,000 a month at level 1, EUR 75,000 at level 5
Clause 6.11 gives limits per transaction, per day and per month by level. Level 1 is EUR 500, EUR 500 and EUR 7,000. Level 2 is EUR 1,000, EUR 2,000 and EUR 25,000, level 3 is EUR 1,000, EUR 3,000 and EUR 30,000, level 4 is EUR 1,500, EUR 4,000 and EUR 50,000, and level 5 is EUR 1,700, EUR 5,000 and EUR 75,000. The upper levels are far higher than Sportaza's EUR 10,000 to 20,000 a month. The level is based on activity in the previous 90 days and falls to level 1 after a month without bets (6.12).
A EUR 20,000 win at level 1 takes 3 months under the monthly cap, or 40 days at EUR 500 a day. At level 5 it fits into 4 days at the daily cap. Only 3 withdrawals can be pending at once (6.13).
Time is the other cost. The finance team has 96 business hours, about 4 working days, from the request, and again from the previous payout, and works from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday (6.15). Sportaza gives 3 business days for the same step. A request sent on a Friday evening starts on Monday. The terms add that the casino can pay by another method than the one requested (6.10) and print no fee table.
- Level 1: EUR 500 a day, EUR 7,000 a month
- Level 3: EUR 3,000 a day, EUR 30,000 a month
- Level 5: EUR 5,000 a day, EUR 75,000 a month
- Processing: 96 business hours, Monday to Friday only
A EUR 20 monthly wagering floor and a x1 rollover
Clause 6.7 lets the casino decline a withdrawal if the player has not wagered at least EUR 20 in the calendar month of the request. A player who deposits EUR 500 at the end of one month and requests a payout on the 1st of the next with no new bets could be refused. Clause 6.8 adds a x1 rollover: if bets are below the deposit, winnings can be cancelled and a commission of 10% of the last deposit kept (at least EUR 0.5), or 15% when the deposit came by card or bank transfer. On a EUR 200 deposit that is EUR 20 or EUR 30.
30 days for documents, 10 days for the check
Documents requested by the casino must be sent within 30 days, or payment is withheld and the account can be closed permanently (5.3). The casino says it usually checks them within 10 days of a complete answer, and checks may happen before or after deposits and at withdrawal (5.2). Calls and face verification are allowed (5.5). A refund request is held until identity is shown, and without documents within 30 days the account is closed and the funds forfeited (6.6.4). Refunds of deposits are generally not given, and a request must come within 24 hours (6.6).
EUR 5 a month after 180 days, and funds voided on closure
An account with no login for 180 days is inactive, and the casino may charge EUR 5 a month, or the whole balance if lower (6.18). Closing an account with a balance or a pending withdrawal voids all the money (3.7), and the casino can close accounts without notice or reason (3.9). Duplicate accounts lose winnings and processed withdrawals can be reversed (3.2). Hedge and low-margin bets are prohibited, and for suspected breaches the casino may void winnings, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate the real-money balance (9.1 and 9.4). Mistaken credits are deducted, and a positive balance can be written off against debts (6.20, 6.22).
Bonus terms: 10 days to wager, EUR 80 cap on free-spin wins
The homepage advertises a first-deposit bonus of 100% and a welcome package of 300% with free spins; the bonus page has the offers. The general clauses set the limits. Casino bonuses must be wagered within 10 days and sports bonuses within 30, or they are voided (7.12). Slots count 100%, live games 10%, video poker 10%, Plinko 10% and table games 0% (7.7). Withdrawing before the requirement is met voids the bonus and its winnings (7.13). Winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at EUR 80 with x40 wagering (7.15). Single bets above EUR 100 and roulette bets covering 24 or more of the 37 numbers are listed as promotion abuse (7.19).
Games, currencies and support in 14 languages
CasinoGuru lists a large provider selection, live dealer games and 24/7 live chat with 14 support languages. The site covers casino, live casino, jackpots, sports, live betting, horse racing, virtual sports, challenges, tournaments, a shop and VIP levels. The withdrawal table names ten currencies: EUR, USD, NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD and CHF. NetEnt games are unavailable in 53 listed places, among them Estonia, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, the USA and Canada (15.2), and several branded slots have their own country lists. Which payment methods are open depends on the player's country and currency, and the terms list none.
Self-exclusion by email, nothing in the account
The responsible gaming page tells players to email cs@winrolla.com for a break or self-exclusion. It describes no deposit limit, loss limit or reality check, and CasinoGuru's listed con is limited responsible gaming options.
Safety Index 7.8, then 5, and a cancelled EUR 500 payout
CasinoGuru's records conflict. A copy from May 2026 shows a Safety Index of 7.8, Above average, with fair terms, while one from October 2026 shows 5, Below average, with unfair terms and 2 complaints. Trustpilot shows 2.9 from 30 reviews in one copy and 2.5 from 58 in a later one. On 4 April 2026 a reviewer described a EUR 500 withdrawal that was approved and then cancelled without explanation while he was a VIP player. Complaints go to cs@winrolla.com, then complaints@winrolla.com, and the casino says it replies within 10 days (13.7).
Who Winrolla suits and who should wait
Winrolla fits a player from outside the 35 listed places who accepts a rulebook with no named operator, bets at least EUR 20 a month and can wait 4 working days for each payout. It does not fit someone who wants a licence number to cite in a complaint, who expects EUR 5,000 a day without reaching level 5, or who leaves money idle for 6 months.
