The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Jackpot City has the largest welcome package of the three Baytree sister brands, up to $1,600 over 4 deposits, and a wide gap between the review sites. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8 (High) with 287 complaints, Trustpilot gives 4.0 stars from 10,941 reviews, and AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of only 2.4 beside a player rating of 5.2 from 108 ratings. The terms were reissued as version 7.9 on 8 September 2026 with a new Kahnawake licence number, 01059, and a new clause on circumventing controls. The casino's own pages state its game count as 500, 1,000 and 1,500.

Licence 01059 issued 26 August 2026, 00892 still in the footer

Version 7.9 of the terms names Baytree Interactive Ltd (company number 69691), Guernsey, and Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence number 01059, issued on 26 August 2026. The footers of the About page and the FAQ, in the same period, still print licence 00892 issued on 16 February 2022, the number used by the sister sites Lucky Nugget and Spin Casino. Two numbers on one brand are a point to confirm with support before relying on either. CasinoGuru adds the Malta Gaming Authority and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to the list of licences, yet the terms exclude Ontario residents and name only Kahnawake.

The brand says it opened in 1998, which matches CasinoGuru, and belongs to Super Group (SGHC) Limited with Betway and Spin. Its random-number games come from Apricot, described as established in 1994, and the RNG is audited by eCOGRA. Complaints go first to the casino, then to eCOGRA, then to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

Four tiers adding to $1,600 and the wagering figure that is not on the page

The welcome offer is a 100% match of up to 400 on each of the first 4 deposits, which adds to $1,600, plus 10 daily spins for the Mega Millionaire Wheel, with a $10 minimum deposit. AskGamblers lists variants of CAD 400, NZD 400 and ZAR 4,000. The wagering requirement of this particular offer is not stated on the pages available, so the only anchor is clause 5.7 of the general terms, a minimum of 70x. The terms' own example, a 100 deposit with a 100 bonus needing 7,000 wagered, scales to $28,000 for a deposit of 400 with a bonus of 400. Clause 5.7.3 limits a sign-up bonus withdrawal to 6 times the first deposit, $2,400 on the first tier, with progressive wins exempt. Free-spin winnings at 70x end in a payout capped at 100 casino credits (clause 5.7.1). The bonus article covers the offer itself.

Five coins in, no coin out, and £10,000 a day

The deposit list has 18 methods: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Interac, iDebit, Payz, Neosurf, Trustly, Pix and the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin and USDC. Banners in October 2026 advertise instant crypto deposits. The withdrawal list has 17 entries, the same minus Neosurf, and the sources do not give a crypto payout time. CasinoGuru counts only 12 payment methods. The payment page shows a $5 minimum for Visa, Mastercard, Ecopayz, Skrill and Neosurf, and 21 account currencies are offered.

Clause 7.7 limits withdrawals to £10,000 or the equivalent per 24 hours, and no per-transaction cap is stated. Each request waits 24 hours in a reversible pending state, with nothing processed at weekends; requests between Thursday 05:00 GMT and Sunday 05:00 GMT stay open to reversal until Monday 05:00 GMT. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 24 to 48 hours and cards and banks at 3 to 7 days, the casino lists Visa at 1 to 3 business days and says times can take up to 72 hours. A bank transfer under 500 in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD or AUD can carry a fee of 5; the thresholds are PLN 1,600 (fee 20), SEK 4,500 (45), NOK 6,000 (60) and INR 45,000 (450).

Version 7.9 adds a clause on getting around controls

Clause 6.6, new in the 8 September 2026 version, treats any attempt to circumvent, evade or manipulate the casino's self-exclusion, deposit-limit, security, fraud and verification controls as grounds to withhold or confiscate winnings, restrict, suspend or close the account, forfeit funds and report the matter to the regulator.

Older clauses still apply. Chargebacks at any group casino can be settled from a withdrawal (7.2.1). The casino can void winnings on 14 grounds, among them a name mismatch with the card and play in concert with others (10.17). Funds left in play for 90 days may be confiscated (6.4), a balance idle for 6 months is charged €10 a month for 18 months, €180 in all (1.5.2.1), and a player who withdraws 5 times their lifetime deposits is held to €4,000 a week (7.6). Legal action must start within 6 months (10.11), and a complaint cannot be logged in the week after a withdrawal (10.14.1).

Identity checks from €2,000

Clause 7.4 requires verification at single or cumulative transactions of €2,000 or more. The first withdrawal, a large one or a changed payment option can bring extra checks with copies of ID, per the withdrawal policy. Clause 7.1 lists photo ID, proof of address no older than 6 months, proof of payment-method ownership and, where applicable, proof of income, and the payment page says an ID and a recent utility bill may be needed to start a withdrawal. No review time is published.

Ninety-seven entries, Alberta now among them

Clause 1.1.2.2 lists 97 entries where accounts are refused, one more than Lucky Nugget and three more than Spin Casino. It adds Alberta, written as Alberta-Canada, and Ontario-Canada, besides the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Estonia, Brazil, Mexico and Zimbabwe. The casino can amend the list at any time. Site versions exist for Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Chile, Uruguay, Cyprus and in German.

500, 1,000 or 1,500 games: the casino's three counts

The FAQ and the app page say over 500 games and over 500 slots, the home page says over 1000, and the About page says over 1,500. CasinoGuru counts 39 providers, and the casino names Games Global, OnAir Entertainment and Pragmatic Play. The FAQ gives RTP examples led by Aces and Eights video poker and Atlantic City Blackjack, then 98% for live baccarat, 97% for Bank Buster Roulette and 96% for Basketball Star and African Quest. Wheel of Wishes has a WowPot jackpot starting at $2 million, and bets start at $1. There are free-roll and Sit and Go slot tournaments, video bingo, an iOS app, and an Android APK downloaded from the casino's website. Support is live chat and email, and CasinoGuru marks chat as 24/7.

287 complaints, 10,941 reviews, rank 2.4

CasinoGuru records 287 complaints and a Safety Index of 8. Trustpilot's 4.0 stars rest on 10,941 reviews, the largest sample of the three sister brands. AskGamblers puts the CasinoRank at 2.4 while its player rating is 5.2 from 108 ratings, so the rank and the ratings point in different directions. AskGamblers lists deposit limits, time limits, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and no cool-off, wager limit, loss limit or reality check. The cases behind the complaint count are not itemised here.

It suits a player who wants a four-step $1,600 package, crypto deposits, an app and a large public review base, and who will ask which wagering figure applies. It suits less a player in Alberta or Ontario, one who wants crypto withdrawals, or one who may leave the balance idle for 6 months.
