Sources
The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
National Casino is described three ways by its sources: CasinoGuru reviews the Estonian page, Moon Technologies OU with licence HKL000381 and a Safety Index of 7.8, while AskGamblers describes TechSolutions Group N.V. under Curacao and Kahnawake permits and no licence number. The outside numbers are favourable, 9.2 from AskGamblers players and 7.8 on CasinoGuru, yet Trustpilot reads 3.7 from 346 reviews with 55% one-star, and CasinoGuru logs 113 complaints. Withdrawals reach €4,000 a day and €50,000 a month, but only self-exclusion exists among the 10 responsible gambling tools AskGamblers checks. The official site is a JavaScript app that showed no terms text on 31 October 2026, so every figure below is attributed to a review site.
Moon Technologies OU or TechSolutions Group N.V.: three descriptions of one brand
CasinoGuru's page for the brand is the Estonian one, national-casino-ee-review. It names Moon Technologies OU as owner and operator, 2024 as the establishment year and the Estonian Tax and Customs Board licence HKL000381, and it classes the casino as very big with revenue above €20,000,000 a year. AskGamblers instead names TechSolutions Group N.V., gives 2021 as the founding year and lists the Curacao Gaming Control Board and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, without a licence number.
An affiliate page on the hyphenated domain national-casino.com, which is not the casino, adds a third version: TechSolutions Group N.V. with Curacao registration 144920 and a billing agent in Cyprus. The sources do not say which licence covers players outside Estonia, such as the complainants from India or Hungary. The official site could not settle it: on 31 October 2026 the home page rendered empty and the terms address showed only the menu, with Missions, Games, Live Dealers, Sports betting, Promotions, Hall of Fame and VIP.
€4,000 a day exhausts the €16,000 week in four days
AskGamblers lists limits of €4,000 per day, €16,000 per week and €50,000 per month, and CasinoGuru's editorial repeats the €50,000 monthly ceiling and counts the limit as a pro. The daily and weekly figures interlock: four full days at €4,000 use the entire weekly allowance, so a €20,000 win cannot leave inside one 16,000 allowance and needs a second week to finish. A €50,000 win takes 3.1 weeks at the €16,000 weekly cap, so 4 calendar weeks in practice; a €20,000 win needs 5 payout days.
AskGamblers lists a lower tier for self-excluded players: €500 a day, €1,500 a week and €5,000 a month. A balance of €5,000 would then take 3.3 weeks at the €1,500 weekly figure, and anything above €5,000 spills into a second month.
Payout speed is listed as e-wallets within 0 to 1 hours, cards 1 to 5 days and bank transfers 1 to 7 days, plus a pending period of 0 to 12 hours; the review text says 1 to 3 business days. A bank payout can therefore take up to 7.5 days. AskGamblers states that weekend cashouts are not available, so a request on Friday evening may wait until Monday, and that cheques are not offered.
- Per day / week / month: €4,000 / €16,000 / €50,000
- After self-exclusion: €500 / €1,500 / €5,000
- E-wallets 0 to 1 hours, cards 1 to 5 days, bank 1 to 7 days, pending 0 to 12 hours
Five methods on CasinoGuru, more than 40 on AskGamblers
The two review sites count the cashier differently. CasinoGuru lists 5 methods: Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Visa and Mastercard, and warns of possible deposit and withdrawal fees. AskGamblers says more than 40, naming among others Klarna, Trustly, Rapid Transfer, Jeton, eZeeWallet, MiFinity, AstroPay, Neosurf, Flexepin, Paysafecard, CashtoCode, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, Ripple, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay and BLIK. The profile data lists 31 deposit methods and 13 withdrawal methods, among them bank wire, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, MiFinity, AstroPay, Jeton and three cryptocurrencies, and 46 currencies.
The withdrawal list in the profile data (13 routes) is shorter than the deposit list (31). The fee question is open: the casino's own fee table is not among the sources, and the affiliate page gives a minimum of €10 for both deposits and withdrawals, a figure that comes from a site that is not the casino.
Verification: slow in the complaints, hours in the reviews
No official verification rules were readable, so the picture comes from cases. AskGamblers lists account verification issues among its cons and shows a withdrawal delay with repeated verification requests and a pending status, which was rejected. CasinoGuru's editorial names recurring withdrawal delays and account verification issues, while a CasinoGuru reviewer from Peru describes rapid verification and a withdrawal within hours.
Trustpilot gives a similar split. A review from 1 July 2026 describes a withdrawal that took about a week and needed three cards, and another from 2 June 2026 reports €2,000 of winnings withheld, with the operator replying that the balances were calculated correctly. The sources do not say why one withdrawal takes hours and another 7 days.
The Risk Game confiscation and other rules that decided cases
CasinoGuru rates the terms unfair in one file and somewhat unfair in another, naming bonus-hunting restrictions and low-risk betting limits. Its freshest example is a Greek complaint of 5 May 2026 in which winnings were confiscated because of use of a Risk Game feature during a bonus period.
An inactivity fee, a cap on winnings and a dormant-account clause were not found in any of the 3 sources. A Trustpilot reviewer from 5 August 2026 describes a cancelled withdrawal that returned to the balance and was spent, and one from 21 August 2026 says a crash game consumed money meant for the bonus wagering. The restricted country list is also not found: AskGamblers lists the casino as restricted in multiple jurisdictions, and CasinoGuru notes that not all games are available in all countries.
64 or 100 plus providers, 4K live tables and a crash game section
CasinoGuru counts 64 game providers, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming and Spribe, and AskGamblers counts more than 100. Both confirm live dealer games, AskGamblers with 4K streams. CasinoGuru marks slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, bingo, jackpots, poker, keno, scratch cards, crash games, live game shows and eSports betting as available, and the official menu shows sports betting and live betting.
Support is open 24 hours a day on both sites. CasinoGuru gives 5 website languages (Estonian, English, French, German, Italian), AskGamblers gives 5 too but a different set, adding Portuguese and Spanish, and lists 15 support languages. The VIP club has 15 levels according to the affiliate page.
1 of 10 tools: responsible gambling on AskGamblers
AskGamblers checks 10 tools and finds one, self-exclusion. Deposit, wager, loss and time limits, cool-off, reality check, self-assessment test, withdrawal lock and register participation are all marked absent. CasinoGuru mentions none of them. AskGamblers lists poor commitment to responsible gambling as a con, noting that the casino's terms require tools it does not provide.
113 complaints on CasinoGuru, 10 on AskGamblers, 3.7 stars on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru's Estonian page shows 113 complaints: 3 open, 2 unresolved, 80 resolved and 28 rejected, so 71% were resolved and 25% rejected. Another file of the same page shows only 2, so the counts are not consistent. The Safety Index is 7.8 (Above average), and users give an Excellent rating from 48 reviews; a merged note elsewhere shows 6.9 (Restricted). The three newest complaints are from April and May 2026: Greece for confiscated winnings, Switzerland for a delayed withdrawal and Australia for winnings not received within two weeks.
AskGamblers scores the casino 9.2 from 129 reviews in one record, 140 reviews in another and 141 reviews on 30 October 2026, and its CasinoRank moved from 6.7 to 8.9 between 15 and 30 October 2026. It records 10 complaints, 9 resolved, with a response time of 2 days and a duration of 12 days: a HUF 500,000 withdrawal marked successful but not received for more than 5 business days, INR 95,000 of missing deposits, and a rejected verification delay. Trustpilot shows 3.7 from 346 reviews (345 reviews in an earlier record), with 55% one-star and 38% five-star.
Who National Casino suits, and who should check twice
It suits a player who wants a large provider list, live dealers in 4K, a wide cashier and a €50,000 monthly ceiling, and who accepts that safer-play tools are limited to self-exclusion.
It is a poor fit for a player who wants a clear licence for their own country, a published fee table, deposit limits in the account or a card payout inside one day, since AskGamblers lists 1 to 5 days for cards. Anyone planning wins above €16,000 in a week should expect to wait for a second week, and anyone from a country with a restricted list should confirm eligibility with support before depositing.
