Our verdict

JustCasino is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

How we rate casinos: the full method

JustCasino is a Curacao casino run by Just Entertainment B.V. (reg. No. 160603) under licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and its own terms are specific about what limits a winner. Withdrawals are capped at €4,000 a day, €8,000 a week and €30,000 a month, daily profit at 50,000 USD and a dormant account pays €10 a month after 120 days. Germany, the UK, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland are on the barred list. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 6.5, AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 7.2, Trustpilot 4.1 from 1,226 reviews. This review reads the terms against those records.

Just Entertainment B.V. in Willemstad, licence OGL/2024/164/0246

The terms (version 2.3, last update 27 December 2023) state that JustCasino is operated by Just Entertainment B.V., registered under No. 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/164/0246. CasinoGuru repeats the same operator and licence number and dates the casino to 2023. It puts revenue above €5,000,000 a year and classes the site as a very big casino.

AskGamblers disagrees on one point: it names the Curacao Gaming Control Board and says the site is owned and operated by Dama N.V., while its own operator line says Just Entertainment B.V. The terms and footer say nothing of Dama N.V., so the terms are treated as primary.

Clause 11.2 sends every dispute to arbitration in Curacao under Curacao Civil Procedure Rules, and clause 1.5 requires a claim to be filed within one year. The English version prevails over translations (1.4), and the company may change the terms at its discretion (1.3).

€4,000 a day, 8,000 a week, 30,000 a month

Clause 9.4 sets the withdrawal ceilings per UTC calendar day, week and month: 4,000, 8,000 and 30,000 in USD, EUR or CHF. Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars get 6,000, 12,000 and 42,000 (48,000 for NZD), and Norwegian krone 40,000, 80,000 and 300,000. Amounts above the ceiling may be paid in instalments or returned to the balance (9.7). Clause 9.9 says the limits are present at all times, though VIP status or a specific promotion can set different terms.

Worked through, a €12,000 win takes at least 3 payout days at 4,000 a day, and as only 8,000 fits in one week the last 4,000 can land in the next week, up to 8 days after the first request. A €50,000 win takes 12.5 days at the daily limit and spans 2 months under the 30,000 monthly cap. Clause 9.8 also caps profit at 50,000 USD per UTC day, and any excess may be voided at the casino's discretion. AskGamblers states 100,000 USD per 24 hours; the terms are used here.

On the way in, the payments page shows a minimum deposit of EUR 20, USD 20, CHF 20, AUD 30, CAD 30, NOK 200, NZD 30 and ZAR 400, no fees and instant processing on every listed method. Per-transaction maximums are €4,000 by card, €2,500 by MiFinity, 4,000 CAD by Interac and €10,000 by Paysafe, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, Neosurf, MuchBetter, CashToCode and Rapid Transfer. Crypto has no stated maximum, from 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT, in 8 fiat currencies and 11 coins. Per-method withdrawal minimums are not stated.

AskGamblers gives withdrawal times of 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets and 1 to 7 days for bank and card, with 0 to 24 hours pending. Clause 9.12 warns that bank transfers can pick up intermediary bank delays or charges.

The 3x deposit turnover in clause 8.3

Clause 8.3 puts a 3x wagering requirement on every deposit, bonus or not. A player who deposits €100 must place €300 of bets before funds connected to that deposit can be withdrawn, and a withdrawal containing non-wagered funds may be refused or charged a processing fee.

Against the €20 minimum deposit the 3x rule means €60 of bets; against the €4,000 card ceiling, €12,000. The terms do not say how the turnover is tracked or what the processing fee is.

Verification can start at any time and has no stated deadline

Clause 7.1 lets the company ask for verification at any point, and 7.3 allows further checks even after earlier ones passed, including documents of higher quality. Clause 9.2 allows a hold before withdrawals for verification and an anti-fraud review. The terms list no documents, no time frame for review and no response deadline for the casino. An unresponsive player's account counts as unverifiable and may be suspended, with winnings voided and funds withheld (7.5).

Clause 10.7 says the player will be told of a restriction or document request unless telling them would harm an investigation, in which case the company may deny that any check exists; 10.9 adds that findings need not be shared. CasinoGuru lists a difficult verification process and account closure after large wins among its cons. Payment accounts must be in the player's own name (8.5), and third-party funding is banned (10.2).

€10 a month after 120 days, and the clauses that void winnings

Clause 6.10 treats an account with no login or transaction for 120 days as dormant and lets the casino charge €10 a month while the balance is positive. A €100 balance left alone is gone in 10 months after the 4-month wait.

Clause 6.12 lets the casino suspend or close an account at any time without notice and withhold or void funds on a breach or bad faith. Clause 6.11 allows mistaken credits to be reclaimed from any of the player's accounts later, and 10.5 asks the player to report one within 24 hours.

The bonus terms (updated 16 July 2024) list play patterns that can void winnings: Martingale or D'Alembert staking, betting both red and black, cutting the stake by more than 80% after a large win, and consistently betting large on high-RTP games. The 7-day validity and 40x are in the bonus article. CasinoGuru rates the terms Somewhat unfair with 6 issues (15 October 2026), down from Mostly fair in an older record.

26 barred countries, and a list that does not match our own

Clause 3.3 names 26 countries and territories where real-money play is not allowed, among them the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland and Russia. Clause 3.2 says a refund is not guaranteed if someone pays in breach. The bonus terms add 8 countries with no bonuses: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, the Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus and Ukraine.

CasinoGuru lists many restricted countries as a con without naming them, and the data this site holds for JustCasino blocks about 190 codes, far more than the 26 above. The terms are the safer reference.

169 providers, 9,500 games and what the sources say is missing

CasinoGuru counts 169 game providers in its 15 October 2026 record (141 in an older record), while AskGamblers counts more than 80 providers and more than 9,500 games. Named studios include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. CasinoGuru marks crash games, live shows, bingo, keno and scratch cards as available and eSports betting as not available; the menu also shows a sportsbook, tournaments and a Just Jackpots section. AskGamblers lists no progressive jackpot games, no game history feature and no independent RNG testing.

6.5 on CasinoGuru, 55 complaints and 1,226 Trustpilot reviews

CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 6.5, Above average, in its 15 October 2026 record (6.8 in an older record), and the casino is not on its blacklist. That record shows 55 complaints: 1 open, 22 resolved, 32 rejected. The older record listed 204 complaints, with 65 resolved and 128 rejected. In the newer record 22 of 55 complaints (40%) are marked resolved and 32 (58%) rejected, and CasinoGuru shows 29 user reviews.

Three CasinoGuru cases show the pattern. On 5 May 2026 a complaint from Australia reported a bet that jumped from 3 to 300 during bonus wagering; the case was waiting for the player's reply. On 21 April 2026 a complaint from Quebec concerned C$1,470 of winnings lost to a duplicate-account finding, and CasinoGuru judged the complaint unjustified. On 23 January 2026 a complaint from Germany concerned €5,000 lost when the account was closed for multi-accounting and bonus abuse detected through browser cookies, also judged unjustified.

AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.2 and a player rating of 6.9 from 11 reviews on 30 October 2026, with 10 complaints, an average response of 3 days and 7 of 9 payment complaints resolved. Its cases are delays: kr40,500 waiting over 3 days (unresolved), 1,100 USD delayed for weeks (resolved), and 4,140 USD won from a 200 USD deposit (resolved, Canada). Trustpilot shows 4.1 of 5 from 1,226 reviews; sampled 2026 reviews are mostly 1 star, citing balances removed as bonus winnings (2 May) and 1,470 USD removed for a duplicate account (25 April).

Responsible gambling: limits on request, not in the account

The responsible gambling page, last updated 1 February 2023, says playing and deposit limits and full self-exclusion are activated through live chat, open 24 hours. It links Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gordon House, and describes no loss limits, reality checks or cool-off. CasinoGuru marks deposit, wager, loss and time limits and self-exclusion as available, AskGamblers only self-exclusion, so the sources conflict.

CasinoGuru gives 5 support languages (Finnish, English, German, Arabic, Norwegian), and AskGamblers says chat is open only to registered users.

Who JustCasino suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a player outside the 26 barred countries who deposits €20 to 500, can meet a 3x turnover on every deposit, and expects wins well under the €4,000 daily limit. Crypto users get no stated maximum on deposits and an instant, fee-free route in 11 coins.

It does not suit a player who expects a six-figure win to be paid out quickly: €50,000 takes 2 months through the monthly cap, and any profit over 50,000 USD in a day can be voided. It also does not suit anyone who plays low-risk systems or wants a written verification schedule. CasinoGuru shows 32 of 55 complaints rejected, and the three cases it lists concern a bet that changed during bonus wagering, winnings lost to a duplicate-account finding and an account closed for multi-accounting.
