A 2024 brand on a shared licence, and why its score is lower

Clause 2 names GALAKTIKA N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, registration 140803, as operator under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/169/0146 of 28 October 2024, with payments handled by Unionstar Limited of Cyprus. The same company runs Sol, Fresh, Martin and Rox. CasinoGuru dates Lex to 2024, the youngest of the group except Martin at 2025, and puts its Safety Index at 5.2, Below average, against 7.6 to 7.7 for Sol, Fresh and Rox.

€4,000, €4,000, €10,000 and no limit: the four statuses

Lex has four statuses and a daily fiat withdrawal limit for each: €4,000 for BASIC, €4,000 for STANDARD, €10,000 for HERO and no limit for LEGEND. The crypto limit is $1,000,000 a month for BASIC, STANDARD and HERO, and none for LEGEND. The terms also say the maximum payout per month is €125,000 unless the administration agrees otherwise, so even a LEGEND player is bound by that figure in writing. A €60,000 win at STANDARD status takes 15 days at the €4,000 daily limit. At €4,000 a day, 30 days of withdrawals come to €120,000, so the €125,000 monthly ceiling matters in practice only to HERO and LEGEND players, and clearing €125,000 at €4,000 a day would take 31.25 days. The €4,000 daily limit is only 3.2% of the €125,000 ceiling.

The same dynamic rule as at the sister casinos applies: the limit for 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days is the higher of the status limit and 3 times the deposits made in that period. A player who deposits €5,000 in a day can withdraw up to €15,000 that day, more than the BASIC base of €4,000. Crypto withdrawals are open only to players who deposited in crypto, bet it and won, and funds go back to the instrument used for the deposit. A player who deposits €1,250 gets a dynamic figure of €3,750, which is below the €4,000 base, so the base applies, and seven days at the daily limit add up to €28,000.

The FAQ gives the status rule. A player reaches HERO with at least 450 points in the last 90 days or 200 in the last 30 days, and LEGEND with 800 in 90 days or 350 in 30 days. A dedicated manager is assigned at HERO and LEGEND, and is lost on a fall back to STANDARD. Because the points are counted over rolling windows, a status can be lost as well as won, and the daily limit goes with it. The 90-day route to HERO is 5 points a day and the 30-day route about 6.7 a day, and for LEGEND the 90-day route is about 8.9 a day and the 30-day route about 11.7.

Another listing lists 22 deposit methods and 19 withdrawal methods: Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, Sofort, Rapid Transfer, Paysafecard, Jeton, Siru Mobile, Flexepin, Revolut, bank transfer, Binance Pay and eight cryptocurrencies, namely Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, USDT, Dogecoin, Litecoin, TRON and XRP. CasinoGuru counts 19 payment methods, so the two counts differ, and the withdrawal side omits Paysafecard, Flexepin and Revolut.

ID at €1,250, deposits above €2,000 and a 48-hour check

Lex sets its verification thresholds in euros. A crypto withdrawal of €1,250 or more, and other cases that need validation, require a high-resolution copy of the ID page, with card photos if a card funded the account. A withdrawal above €1,250 also lets the casino spend up to 48 hours checking gaming transactions. Deposits above €2,000 allow an identity request and deposits above €10,000 a source-of-funds request. The €1,250 withdrawal threshold is 62.5% of the €2,000 deposit threshold, so a player can reach the first check before the second.

Payouts are processed within 24 hours of the request, and the FAQ says the money can take up to 5 business days to reach a bank. With the 48-hour check on top, a €2,000 withdrawal can mean 24 hours of processing, 48 hours of checks and 5 business days of banking, roughly 10 calendar days. The player has 10 days to send requested documents, and if the casino cannot reach the player within 10 days of a withdrawal request, the account can be blocked or permanently suspended.

Wagering, the 3x penalty and the other rules that cost money

A deposit must be wagered 1x. Otherwise the casino can cancel the withdrawal or keep a 10% commission, and play that looks risk-free, such as red and black together, can lift the requirement to 3x or cost up to 25% of the withdrawal. Betting while a request is pending can cancel the request, newest first, and a cancelled request cannot be reinstated. Duplicate accounts lose their winnings, third-party money is confiscated, and on closure the balance comes back minus a withdrawal fee. No dormancy fee is stated. In deposit wagering for instant games, a €10 bet that returns €10.5, odds of 1.05x, does not count, while one that returns €13, odds of 1.3x, does.

The restricted list is shared with the sister casinos: roughly 60 entries including the UK, USA, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, the UAE and Israel. Cashback, the FAQ says, covers only part of slot losses, and most losses in live or table games are not refunded. Responsible gambling is by request to support, with self-exclusion temporary or permanent, while AskGamblers lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, reality check and self-assessment, with cool-off missing.

Bonus terms in brief: €5 bet limit and birthday thresholds

The bonus article has the offers. AskGamblers lists 150% up to €600 and 100% up to €300 plus up to 500 spins. The default maximum bet with a bonus is €5, or €3 for players from Finland, and no-deposit winnings are capped at 10x the bonus. The birthday bonus requires deposits in the 30 days before the birthday of €500 for STANDARD, €2,000 for HERO and €3,500 for LEGEND. The €2,000 HERO threshold is €1,500 above the €500 for STANDARD, and the €3,500 for LEGEND is another €1,500 above HERO.

113 providers, the largest catalogue of the sister group

CasinoGuru counts 113 game providers at Lex, against 91 at Sol, 93 at Fresh and 90 at Rox. Slots count 100% toward bonus wagering, other games 0%, and jackpot games are excluded from bonuses. Tournaments run with minimum bets of €1 and the FAQ gives worked examples with €5 and €100 stakes, so a player who joins them should check the minimum before staking.

CasinoGuru records 18 complaints against Lex: 2 resolved, 13 rejected, 1 open and 2 unresolved. So 72.2% of them were rejected, a higher share than at Fresh, where 59% were. It lists 113 providers, 19 payment methods and 24/7 live chat. AskGamblers gives 7.8 for CasinoRank but only 9 player ratings, averaging 8.7, with e-wallets in 0 to 24 hours and cards and bank in 3 to 5 days. Trustpilot is lower at 2.5 stars from 97 reviews. The sources do not publish the complaint amounts.

Who Lex suits and who should look elsewhere

Lex suits a player who wants euro figures, expects wins under €4,000 a day, and will earn 450 points in 90 days to reach the €10,000 daily limit. It is a poor fit for someone who values a clean complaint record, since 13 of 18 complaints were rejected, and for a player holding more than €125,000 in winnings, who is held to the monthly ceiling.
