How Martin Casino got 3.7/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
AskGamblers CasinoRank7.5/10weight 30%
Trustpilot2.6/5weight 10%
Combined: 6.9/10, shown as 3.7/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for Martin Casino, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Martin Casino is the newest brand on the GALAKTIKA N.V. rulebook, and its bonus terms are the ones that differ: slots count 100% toward wagering but live casino, card and table games only 5%, roulette cannot be used to wager bonus funds at all, and a Real Wager bonus is credited straight to cash but stays locked until it is played through. The cashier follows the sister casinos, with a daily fiat limit of €4,000 for Simple and Advanced, €10,000 for Superior and none for Ultimate, and a €125,000 monthly ceiling. AskGamblers gives 7.5 from only 3 ratings, and Trustpilot 2.6 stars from 13 reviews.
Where Martin differs from the other four GALAKTIKA casinos
The terms name GALAKTIKA N.V. of Willemstad, Curacao (registration 140803) and licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024, the same operator and licence as Sol, Fresh, Lex and Rox. Another listing dates Martin to 2025, which makes it the youngest. The status ladder has four steps, Simple, Advanced, Superior and Ultimate, and the support address is help-martin@support.win. The amounts are shown in euros.
CasinoGuru's score for Martin was not available in the sources used, so the review rests on the terms and on AskGamblers and Trustpilot. That is a weaker evidence base than for Sol or Fresh, and the 3 AskGamblers ratings and 13 Trustpilot reviews are too few to say much about how Martin treats its players in practice.
Bonuses count 100% on slots, 5% on live casino and nothing on roulette
The bonus rules are written differently from Sol's. Bets in slot games count 100% toward wagering, bets in live casino, card and table games count 5%, bets in other games count 0%, and wagering bonus funds in roulette is prohibited. A €100 requirement cleared on live blackjack at 5% would need €2,000 of bets, 20 times the effort of the same requirement on slots. At the 5% weight a €5 bet counts as €0.25 of wagering, and a €3 bet by a player from Finland as €0.15.
Martin splits the balance in two, cash and bonus. Bets come from cash first, and the bonus balance is used only when cash falls below the minimum bet threshold of the provider's game: €0.2 for Pragmatic Play, 3oaks, Nolimit, Belatra, Yggdrasil, PG Soft and Quickspin, €0.1 for Hacksaw, BGaming, Thunderkick, Relax, NetEnt, Amusnet Interactive and Push Gaming, and €0.1 for any other provider. A free-spin bonus whose winnings fall below that threshold is marked Lost at once.
A Real Wager bonus is credited directly to cash and cannot be cancelled by the player. Its amount stays locked until the wagering is done, but cash above that amount can be withdrawn early: with a €10 bonus and a balance of €15, €5 is withdrawable. An Unlock Wager deposit bonus needs bets of 5 times the deposit, counted 100% on slots and live casino and 20% on table games, and it is cancelled if the player requests a withdrawal first. The default maximum bet with a bonus is €5, or €3 for players from Finland, and no-deposit winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus. The terms work through a Wager Win example: a €50 bonus at 5X is cleared when the winnings from it reach €250; a win of €90 makes the bonus 36% wagered, another €60 makes it 60%, a further €100 completes it, and €300 is then withdrawable.
€4,000, €4,000, €10,000 and no limit: the four statuses
Martin's daily fiat withdrawal limit is €4,000 for Simple, €4,000 for Advanced, €10,000 for Superior and none for Ultimate, and the terms put the maximum payout per month at €125,000 unless otherwise agreed. A crypto limit of $1,000,000 a month applies to the first three statuses and not to Ultimate. As with the sister brands, the limit for 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days is the higher of the status figure and 3 times the deposits of that period. A €60,000 win at Advanced status takes 15 days at the daily limit. At €4,000 a day, 30 days of withdrawals come to €120,000, so the €125,000 monthly ceiling bites only at the top statuses, and €125,000 would take 31.25 days at the daily limit. Seven days at the daily limit add up to €28,000, and a deposit of €1,250 gives a dynamic figure of €3,750, below the €4,000 base.
The terms promise processing no later than 24 hours after the request, and the FAQ says the money can take up to 5 business days to reach a bank. AskGamblers lists e-wallet withdrawals at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 0 to 72 hours, bank transfers at 0 to 5 days and a pending period of 0 to 48 hours.
ID at €1,250 and €2,000, source of funds at €10,000
A withdrawal of €1,250 or more, or any case that needs validation, requires a clear copy of the ID, and card photos if a card funded the account. Above €1,250 the casino may spend up to 48 hours checking gaming transactions. Deposits above €2,000 allow an identity request and deposits above €10,000 a source-of-funds request. A requested document is due within 10 days, a complete package is typically reviewed within 10 days, and a player who cannot be reached within 10 days of a withdrawal request can be blocked or permanently suspended.
Rules that cost money, and the bonus-abuse clauses
A deposit must be wagered 1x, or the casino may cancel the withdrawal or keep a 10% commission, and risk-free play can lift the requirement to 3x or cost up to 25% of the withdrawal. A pending withdrawal is cancelled, newest first, if the player keeps betting and the free balance falls short. The bonus-abuse clauses are broad: the casino may freeze or invalidate bonuses on evidence of similar behaviour on other projects it or its partners run, it owes no explanation, and its decisions under clauses 10.7 and 10.8 are final.
A player who uses no-deposit bonuses repeatedly without depositing cash can be asked to deposit the amount of the wagered bonus funds, at least €10, and wager that deposit 3 times. The bonus store currency is reset after 6 months without gaming activity. Social-media bonuses can be withheld if the player's deposits in the 30 days before activation are below €250. The birthday bonus needs deposits in the preceding 30 days of €500 for Advanced, €2,000 for Superior and €3,500 for Ultimate. No dormancy fee is stated.
The restricted list is the shared one of roughly 60 entries, including the UK, USA, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta and the UAE. AskGamblers lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality check and self-assessment as present, which is more than it records for Sol or Fresh.
7.5 from 3 ratings and 2.6 stars from 13 reviews
AskGamblers gives Martin a CasinoRank of 7.5 and a player rating of 7.7 from 3 ratings. Trustpilot shows 2.6 stars from 13 reviews. Welcome offers listed by AskGamblers are 150% up to €600 and 100% up to €300 plus up to 500 spins, and another listing lists 26 deposit methods and 20 withdrawal methods. No complaint with an amount and outcome appears in the sources.
Who Martin suits and who should look elsewhere
Martin suits a player who plays slots, accepts the 5% weighting of live games, and will keep withdrawals below €4,000 a day. It is a poor fit for a roulette or blackjack player chasing a bonus, since roulette is barred from bonus wagering and table games count 5% or 20%, and for a player who wants an established track record, because the sources hold 3 AskGamblers ratings and no CasinoGuru score.
