How GunsBet got 3.8/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index6.8/10weight 60%
AskGamblers CasinoRank8.1/10weight 30%
Combined: 7.2/10, shown as 3.8/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for GunsBet, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
GunsBet's own terms (version 1.0, dated 12 June 2025) name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica, registration 3-102-893958, and licence no. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. Withdrawals are capped at €2,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month, which is not the €7,500 and €15,000 that AskGamblers reports. A withdrawal waits on verification, and if the casino cannot reach the player within 2 weeks the account is locked and the request cancelled. An account idle for 12 months pays €20 a month. The terms bar 44 countries and regions, among them Brazil, Poland and the Netherlands. AskGamblers scores the casino 8.2, CasinoGuru 6.8.
Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica, and one licence the casino itself claims
Clause 1.1 states that gunsbet.com is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958, at an address in Potrero Cerrado, Oreamuno, Cartago. It adds that the company operates under licence no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and the footer repeats this as an e-gaming licence. CasinoGuru lists a second licence from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority in Comoros, number ALSI-202508056-FI2, but neither the terms nor the footer mention it, so only the Tobique licence rests on the casino's own word. Both CasinoGuru and AskGamblers date the brand to 2017, and CasinoGuru sizes it as medium, with revenue above €1,000,000 a year.
Complaints first go to Support and are escalated inside the company (clause 15.1). A player who is not satisfied can go to the dispute body EGIS, which works under the Tobique Gaming Commission rules, at disputes@egis-adr.com (clause 15.5). Beyond that, clause 17 sends every dispute to arbitration in Costa Rica and waives court action elsewhere, clause 13 bars any claim filed more than 1 year after it arose, and clause 15.3 makes the casino's server logs final in a dispute about game results.
44 barred countries and regions: Brazil, Poland and the Netherlands included
Clause 2.4 prohibits real-money play from 44 entries: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, the British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, New Brunswick and Ontario in Canada, the Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Poland, Romania, Russia, Salvador, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela and Yemen. Violators are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals. This answers a question the review sites left open: Brazil, where AskGamblers still showed a BRL welcome offer, is on the list.
The profile data blocks about 220 countries and includes France, Spain, Portugal and Sweden; the printed list names none of those, and Germany and Italy are not on it either. Sweden is handled differently: Swedish players cannot receive bonuses, promotions, VIP rewards or comp-point exchanges (clause 2.5). Clause 3.2 forbids VPNs and similar tools and allows winnings to be confiscated. The NetEnt catalogue is shut out of 19 countries, among them France, Italy, Portugal and Spain, so a player there is allowed in but without those games (clause 3.3).
€2,000, €5,000, €20,000: the caps the terms print
Clause 11.8 sets the withdrawal limits at €2,000 a day, €5,000 a week on a rolling 7-day basis, and €20,000 a month, resetting on the 1st. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and sit outside all three. AskGamblers instead reports €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month and no daily figure, so its weekly number is too high and its monthly one too low. The arithmetic runs on the official numbers: €5,000 is 2.5 days at €2,000 a day, and a €20,000 win takes at least 4 weeks at €5,000 a week. A €49,000 win would need about 2.5 months. Clause 11.1 adds that a request over a method's limit can be paid in instalments.
Speed is stated softly. Clause 11.6 says the casino aims to pay within 72 hours of approval, and clause 11.10 says bank transfers are processed within 3 business days, which is about 6 calendar days if the two follow each other. AskGamblers instead gives a pending period of 0 to 48 hours, e-wallets and crypto at 0 to 1 hours, banks and cards at 1 to 5 days and weekend cashouts. On the payments page Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter are listed as instant, and Visa and Mastercard as 1 to 3 days, each at €30 to €5,000 per request.
17 deposit rows, 19 withdrawal rows, and fees of 2.5% on some
The deposit table lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Zimpler, PaysafeCard, WebMoney, ecoPayz, Rapid by Skrill, Sticpay, Siru Mobile, Venus Point, AstroPay Direct, AstroPay Card, MuchBetter, iDebit and Interac, all instant, with a €20 minimum except Siru Mobile at €5 to €15. A fee of 2.5% applies to PaysafeCard, WebMoney, ecoPayz and both AstroPay deposits, so a €100 PaysafeCard deposit costs €2.50. The withdrawal table has 19 rows. The only fee-bearing ones are WebMoney at 2.5% and two bank transfers: 2.5% for €500 to €7,500, and 250 NOK for 5,000 to 50,000 NOK. Clause 11.11 warns that intermediary banks may add up to €16.
Counts differ by source: CasinoGuru says 43 methods and AskGamblers 30 or more, while the payments page shows no crypto row at all, although clause 4.1 accepts BTC, BCH, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT, XRP, BNB, ADA and TRX. The page lists 19 currencies including PLN, JPY, KRW, BRL and VND, the terms list 18 without them, and the minimum withdrawal is €30 on the table and €20 in clause 11.1. A card cash-out must go to a personal, non-corporate card from a supported country, and the casino may pay a different way than requested (clauses 11.3 and 11.5).
Two weeks to answer a phone call or lose the withdrawal
Withdrawals stay pending until every verification step is done, and clause 8.4 adds that a phone call may be required: if the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of the withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal canceled. Clause 9.3 repeats the deadline with a harsher result, termination and confiscation of funds. Documents are a government photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method, for example both sides of a card or an e-wallet screenshot, in Latin or Cyrillic script; otherwise a video verification with the ID in hand is demanded (clauses 9.5 and 11.2). An expired ID or a name or address that does not match can mean closure with the balance forfeited (clause 18.4).
A player paying with Bitcoin has to submit an ID before deposits and bets are allowed at all (clause 2.7). AskGamblers counts fast verification, 0 to 24 hours, among its pros, and CasinoGuru's editorial points to tight KYC timeframes among its 6 term issues, which fits the 2-week clock. A German reviewer on CasinoGuru describes severe frustration with verification and unresponsive staff.
40x, a €5 bet cap and a €10,000 ceiling on bonus winnings
Every deposit carries a 3x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn, and the casino may refuse the withdrawal or charge a fee (clause 9.7): €100 deposited needs €300 of bets. An account with no login or play for 12 months is inactive and pays €20 a month, or the whole balance if lower (clause 12.1), so €100 lasts 5 months after that point. Duplicate accounts, detected by shared address, household, IP address or device, forfeit winnings (clause 8.1), and a deposit-to-bonus ratio above 50% counts as abuse (clause 9.4).
The bonus terms, last updated 5 September 2024, run the welcome package in three steps: 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, 110% up to €550 plus 50 spins and 125% up to €625 plus 60 spins. Wagering is 40x the bonus, valid 7 days, with a maximum bet of €5, and bonus winnings above €10,000 are cancelled. On a €500 bonus that is €20,000 of turnover, or 4,000 bets of €5, and roulette, poker and live games count only 5%. The Friday reload of 60% up to €300 caps its winnings at €1,000, and a no-deposit win is capped at €50. About 85 slots are excluded from bonus play, among them Book of Dead, Reactoonz and Thunderstruck. CasinoGuru rates the terms somewhat unfair, with 6 issues.
Seven gun-named levels, 8,500 games and five limit tools
The VIP page lists seven statuses by comp points: Lasso (0 to 150, no bonus), Revolver (150 to 1,000, 100 spins), Rifle (1,000 to 5,000, 200 spins), Machinegun (5,000 to 15,000, €100 and 200 spins), Dynamite (15,000 to 30,000, €300), Bazooka (30,000 to 100,000, €500) and War Cannon (100,000 and above, €2,000). Exchange rates move from 15 to 1 down to 9 to 1. How many points a bet earns is not printed. The payments page claims 8,500 games and 70 live dealers; CasinoGuru counts 145 providers, AskGamblers 50 or more, and support chat runs 24/7 in English only according to AskGamblers.
The responsible gambling page lists a deposit, loss and wager limit per day, week or month; a cooling-off of 1 week to 6 months; and self-exclusion of 6 months, 9 months or 1 year, after which neither deposits nor withdrawals work. A lower limit applies at once, a higher one only after email confirmation. That is 5 of the 10 tools on AskGamblers' checklist, so its note that self-exclusion is missing does not match the official page, though loss and wager limits do not apply to sportsbook bets.
20 or 158 complaints at CasinoGuru, 8.2 at AskGamblers
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 6.8 (above average) in one record and 6.6 in its text extract. One record counts 20 complaints, 3 resolved and 17 rejected; the other 158, with 9 open, 52 unresolved, 95 resolved and 2 rejected. Its listed cases are small: a €49 withdrawal delayed for an Albanian player on 19 May 2025, a Finnish account inaccessible after a €50 deposit on 15 May 2025, and 120 CHF paid late after an account deactivation on 13 February 2025. An Australian reviewer reports over 5 years of easy withdrawals, a New Zealand reviewer two weeks of rejections.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8.2, a player rating of 8.2 out of 10 from 176 reviews and 31 complaints, 30 resolved. Its cases are larger: €8,600 delayed beyond the stated 48 hours, a €900 Friday bonus dispute and €800 delayed, all resolved. The Friday bonus pays up to €1,000 in winnings under the terms. Trustpilot has no usable profile for gunsbet.com.
Who GunsBet suits and who should skip it
GunsBet suits a player outside the 44 barred entries who deposits €20 to a few hundred euros by e-wallet, expects cash-outs below €2,000 a day, can answer a verification call within 2 weeks, and is content with English-only chat. It does not suit a player in Brazil, Poland, the Netherlands or Estonia, anyone planning to withdraw more than €20,000 a month, a bonus player who wants more than €10,000 of winnings or bets above €5, and a player who may be away from the site for 12 months with a balance above €20.
